The room we stayed in was beautiful and faced the small plaza and arch and steps that lead up to the center of the historic town. The staff was very helpful and attentive to our concerns. Breakfast was welcome and provided good coffee, pastries, toast, fruit and eggs if you wanted them. The only reason I am giving four instead of five was that the bed was very firm, which we don’t like. But everything else about the hotel is charming and the location is wonderful. An easy walk to the mini metro, and some of the best restaurants we visited in Italy were right nearby.

Wonderful accommodation. Beautifully furnished, well equipped with lots of extras like bar fridge goodies, delicious Italian breakfast, unlimited nespresso. Accommodating staff. In the historical centre.

The Times was really perfect! It's new, clean and very funky. It's in a great location and an easy walk to pretty much everything in the area. The hotel was quiet. The breakfast was great and we LOVED that we had asked about eggs and they made us scrambled eggs every morning. The cappuccinos were also perfect. The staff was so helpful with any questions. Reception was really responsive when I had an issue with the safe and with calling us a taxi to the train station. The only negative for us was the bed - unfortunately it was fairly hard but didn't ruin our stay at all. I would absolutely stay there again on another visit!

So close to the centre albeit up the slope. Lovely old building with fabulously modern furnishings & bathroom. Nice little touches like free water bottles. Staff very nice. Comfy large bed. WiFi good. 2 TVs. No improvements spotted.

I can only confirm what other 5star reviewers have commented on. This hotel is a real gem, perfectly located for strolling around town, clean spacious rooms and a very good breakfast with literally freshly squeezed orange juice. The staff is super friendly too.

I can safely say that this is one of the best hotels I've been to. The hotel is located in a very good location, literally 3 min on foot from the very center of the city, ten minutes from the mini metro that takes you to the main railway station. The hotel is based on a boutique hotel style, so its very moder. The rooms are large and spacious with a number of interesting details. Each room has a Bluetooth sound system where you can play music, which I really liked. Also, the bathroom has a shower, which has a number of options, which is a very nice detail. What particularly surprised me was the free mini bar, which they replenish every day. You can also use their umbrella and many other facilities. We had a paid breakfast which was very good especially for Italy. A large selection of cured meat products, fruits, juices and sweets. It's really worth paying extra for breakfast. In the end, I was particularly impressed by the staff, receptionist Lorenzo, Barbara and Monica. They helped us with recommending restaurants and cafes calling taxis and other things with their kindness they helped a lot to make our trip much easier pleasant and better. I literally have not one bad word to say about this hotel, only words of praise and I would always be happy to return to it.

Ottima posizione in centro storico, nuovo e pulito, personale disponibile. Unico neo la nostra camera molto piccola e poco luminosa ma per il tempo che stai in camera ottima soluzione. Colazione ottima e abbondante, disponibile anche bar con cocktail pre e post cena.

interamente in pietra a vista e travertino, la struttura é un piccolo gioiello. Nonostante sia praticamente in centro storico la zona é molto tranquilla, ma nello stsso tempo raggiungibile sia a piedi che con le scale mobili. Abbiamo apprezzato molto la colazione a base di prodotti tipici d genuini e la vasca in camera. Tutto perfetto per il nosttoo ventesimo anniversario!
