La casa está amplia y equipada con baño completo, lavavajillas y lavavajillas. La cocina está completa. También tiene mesas especiales y mesa de comedor. La distancia del parque de reyes es especialmente cercana, el entorno interior y exterior es bueno.

Nos encanta quedarnos aquí , todo es genial pero nos quedamos anoche , tienen una microondas en su habitación pero no. Hoteles dejó de hacer hielo cuando estabamos en tiempos de congelar , podemos traer de vuelta hielo , algunas personas como bebidas con hielo cuando se quedan en un hotel , se pierde el hielo 😁 ¡Si no, amo este lugar!

Recomendación muy recomendada. Bienvenido por personal útil que salgan de su camino para hacerte cómodo. Nada es demasiado difícil para ellos. Habitaciones muy limpias con hojas de aprieto. Perfectamente cocinado y presentado desayuno con una amplia gama de opciones.

We wanted accommodation close to the Arena and this was perfect. The staff, cleanliness, breakfast, accessible bathroom, were all great. Shame about the comfort level of the bed and couch. The bed rolled into the middle big time and was very low. The couch was extremely low making it unusable for a person especially with a disability. They had obviously not thought about this aspect of useability only the bathroom to make it an accessible rating. We would stay again but not in that room and we would enquire about the comfort of the furniture.

La joven dama en la recepción a las 6:00 en la noche de Aprl 10 fue excelente !! Cuando se enteró de que mi equipaje estaba dejado en el taxi, me llevó del aeropuerto de Perth a este hotel y el taxi se fue, me ayudó enormemente. 1) compartir lo que sabía sobre los resultados de casos similares anteriores; 2) prestarme su propio teléfono celular, para que pudiera llamar a la policía; 3) ayudarme varias veces con mi comunicación con la policía local. A las seis de abril, a las seis de la tarde, la joven mujer en la recepción del hotel, la señora es genial!! Cuando se enteró de que mi equipaje se había olvidado del taxi y el taxi ya se había ido, me ayudó mucho. 1) compartir lo que sabía, el resultado final de la equipaje de una situación similar en el pasado; 2) prestarme su teléfono móvil para que pueda llamar a la policía; 3) ayudarme activamente a comunicarme con la policía local. Great location, friendly staff. Met our expectations. Decor is a little dated and old and the hotel restaurant and bar were closed for renovation which is a pity, but the hotel was convenient to walk to food outlets, trains and attractions.

Lots of the reviews here, I believe, are reviewing Mercure on Hay (the newer, more upmarket hotel and possibly better of the two although I haven’t seen it), whereas lots of reviews in Mercure Perth on Hay are referring to Mercure on Irwin. I’ve compared the photos and the hotel details and official photos are definitely that way round. SO… this one, Mercure Perth (which is on Irwin St) is the bad one. It’s awful. It’s tired, badly fitted out, dingy and I hope never to stay here again. My room was down a corridor of *****ed (and stained) carpet that made me feel nauseous to look at. The room was ok, the bed comfortable, but more stained carpet, and lots of things didn’t work. Several light bulbs were broken, lots of curtain hooks missing, the room safe didn’t work, the bath had a rusty patch in it. The aircon was too cold for me and I followed the instructions to turn up the temperature but it didn’t warm up. Two phone calls and three hours later, someone attended my room, told me the air con wasn’t adjustable as it’s one temperature for the whole building so the instructions were incorrect. He turned it off (supposedly) and I then spent my stay with no aircon although the room was still cold and not stuffy and the control panel didn’t say ‘off’ so I think the whole thing was just BS and they couldn’t be bothered to deal with it or give me another room. Staff care factor of the attendant was zero, and of the front desk staff, close to zero. I got woken up in the early hours of the morning several times by skip bins being moved around in the laneway outside (very loud chains being dropped in the skip bins and noise reverberation). The next night the fridge started making such a loud noise in the middle of the night that I had to turn it off and use the spare towels to absorb the water as it defrosted. I’m just curious why Mercure keep this one running. Perhaps it’s set at a different price range but it’s not doing their brand any favours with two Mercure hotels so close together, especially with all the reviews mixed up.

Llegamos a Perth en 2.30am y recibimos un taxi directamente del aeropuerto. Como estaba en medio de la noche, tuvimos que presionar un buzón y esperar a alguien para hablar con nosotros a través del orador, aunque estaban dormidos o no podían estar molestados, así que presionamos el buzón por mucho tiempo, Finalmente alguien vino por el orador que fue distorsionado y me dijeron que no había dejado mi dedo en el buzzer, nos dejaron entrar y de nuevo comenzó a decirnos sobre el buzzer, lo ignoramos completamente indicando nuestro nombre y cuántas noches nos Nos encantaría ver el hotel, pero no sería un hotel muy agradable. Definitivamente necesita decorar, la cama parece ir un poco abajo la cabeza de la colina, ya que sentimos nuestros pies eran más altos que nuestras cabezas, las patas estaban planas, teníamos una hoja luego una cuchara que había visto mejores días y necesita una nueva y luego una hoja superior. El baño era básico, tenía ducha aunque hizo algunos narizes extraños y la temperatura estaba arriba y abajo, no hay plug en la bañera de mano, había toallas que nunca usábamos. El desayuno era muy básico, sólo algunos huevos fríos, huevos fríos cocidos, salada y tostadas. En el hotel, el hotel está situado en una zona de la ciudad, cerca del servicio Freebus, llamado servicio de gatos que se puede saltar y salir en cualquier momento.

I have stayed at the hotel over the past 15 years and it has gradually become a little run down here and there but the worst change is the service, nobody has a smile or greets you as a guest, your just another inconvenience for them. I stayed in a ”Deluxe” King room last week and the Bathroom was dirty and the Shower over Bath is a disgrace (see photo). I don't think I'll be staying again until some marked improvements have been made.
