We got a unit that says no window and since there is no other places with decent price and this is the only one that looks decently priced we tried for 1 night and we were very surprised with the outcome. It's nice and even without a window it's by far one of the most cleanest and nicest hotel we have stayed so far. It's right beside the car park and tucked away at a corner but that didn't bother us. We love it actually. It's also on ground floor so we didn't had to climb stairs or wait for lift. The check in was seamless with automatic check in. Amenities is great. Distance was a bit far from station but it's a good exercise and walk!

Special occasion for our wedding anniversary and well looked after by the Hilton Parmelia staff, and it’s always nice to see long time staff and the meet new. While diamond HH, we were upgraded to a beautiful Kings parlor room for the weekend, had an amazing breakfast in our room, and we always find the executive lounge enjoyable as a relaxing place to go and the food offered is often varied. We enjoy the Samuels restaurant and bar food menu, but I do miss the Caesar salad from the pre covid days. It used to be the best. We have stayed at other Perth hotels, including the DT but the Parmelia still comes out tops for us. Thank you for making the weekend so special.

La joven dama en la recepción a las 6:00 en la noche de Aprl 10 fue excelente !! Cuando se enteró de que mi equipaje estaba dejado en el taxi, me llevó del aeropuerto de Perth a este hotel y el taxi se fue, me ayudó enormemente. 1) compartir lo que sabía sobre los resultados de casos similares anteriores; 2) prestarme su propio teléfono celular, para que pudiera llamar a la policía; 3) ayudarme varias veces con mi comunicación con la policía local.

Great location, friendly staff. Met our expectations. Decor is a little dated and old and the hotel restaurant and bar were closed for renovation which is a pity, but the hotel was convenient to walk to food outlets, trains and attractions.

Hubby tenía una raca de ovino y yo tenía peces del día. Nos aconsejaron que nuestra habitación (Junior Club Suite) estaba lista y nos sorprendió agradablemente entrar en lo espacioso que era. La TV era mucho más grande de lo esperado, las pijamas en las camas eran algunas de las mejores que hemos experimentado y la cama en sí era muy cómoda. Good value for its price level. Basic room, clean enough despite being rather dated (still using the traditional key with that big plastic attachment). Check-in staff, breakfast & location also good. A few stops on the free Red CAT from Perth Stn to the block behind. A block away is the wonderful vast expanse of Langley Park with the Swan River at the side.

UUsuario invitadoThe Westin could be everything you would like from a great city hotel in a brand new curated precinct with restaurants and bars, completely deceived by the incompetence and complete apathy of the staff. El hotel está situado en una buena ubicación. El cuarto está bien mantenido, limpio y cómodo. Teníamos buenas 4 noches de sueño! Ver desde nuestra habitación es fantástico. El desayuno también era bueno.
¡Seguramente volverá!

Truth be told I found it a little dark to see well, but that’s the price of ambiance. We had a little problem with the bed on the first night and the staff quickly fixed it the next day. Great service. Excellent Italian restaurant in the hotel - you’ll have to book, even mid-week.

However I wouldn’t walk around here at night on my own. I checked in quite late in the evening after a long flight from the UK. I had booked a small queen room and it was small. There was only a bedside table on one side of the bed, no wardrobe but two hooks with hangers on. There was a kettle, safe and fridge. The hotel website also mentioned a washing machine and tumble dryer for guests. What they did not tell me before I arrived was that there was building works going on in the hotel which started at 8 am. Not great when I was struggling with the UK / Australia time difference. It was quite noisy. The bed was really comfortable as there was a padded mattress topper. There was also air-con in the room which could be used to heat or cool the room. Although there was a mirror over the sink in the bathroom there was no mirror in the room with decent lighting to sort make up etc. out. There was a full length mirror near the door but not particularly well lit. The shower room was clean, with two large newish white towels provided. The water from the shower was hot, and decent pressure. It did leak a little under the door but not too much to become a problem. One of the issues with the room was noise control - I could clearly hear my neighbours raising and lowering the blind so there was definitely noise escape around the large windows. I was also woken during the night by one of the neighbours snoring loudly. And woken a few times each night by people returning to their rooms late. There is no restaurant for breakfast at the hotel but there are plenty of cafes locally. I chose this hotel because it was priced competitively but would not have chosen it otherwise

La única desventaja es que no hay plaza de aparcamiento.

UUsuario invitadoLots of the reviews here, I believe, are reviewing Mercure on Hay (the newer, more upmarket hotel and possibly better of the two although I haven’t seen it), whereas lots of reviews in Mercure Perth on Hay are referring to Mercure on Irwin. I’ve compared the photos and the hotel details and official photos are definitely that way round. SO… this one, Mercure Perth (which is on Irwin St) is the bad one. It’s awful. It’s tired, badly fitted out, dingy and I hope never to stay here again. My room was down a corridor of *****ed (and stained) carpet that made me feel nauseous to look at. The room was ok, the bed comfortable, but more stained carpet, and lots of things didn’t work. Several light bulbs were broken, lots of curtain hooks missing, the room safe didn’t work, the bath had a rusty patch in it. The aircon was too cold for me and I followed the instructions to turn up the temperature but it didn’t warm up. Two phone calls and three hours later, someone attended my room, told me the air con wasn’t adjustable as it’s one temperature for the whole building so the instructions were incorrect. He turned it off (supposedly) and I then spent my stay with no aircon although the room was still cold and not stuffy and the control panel didn’t say ‘off’ so I think the whole thing was just BS and they couldn’t be bothered to deal with it or give me another room. Staff care factor of the attendant was zero, and of the front desk staff, close to zero. I got woken up in the early hours of the morning several times by skip bins being moved around in the laneway outside (very loud chains being dropped in the skip bins and noise reverberation). The next night the fridge started making such a loud noise in the middle of the night that I had to turn it off and use the spare towels to absorb the water as it defrosted. I’m just curious why Mercure keep this one running. Perhaps it’s set at a different price range but it’s not doing their brand any favours with two Mercure hotels so close together, especially with all the reviews mixed up.

BBenBenEl hotel esta en una buena locacion. Hay más de diez minutos a pie de la Terminal B y del supermercado, pero las habitaciones son muy pequeñas, como un hotel cápsula, Internet es muy lento y el estacionamiento cuesta 25 días al día, ¡lo cual es realmente caro!

UUsuario invitadoEste lugar tiene un contador de control que funciona hasta las 6:00 y en alguna parte en la impresión fina de miniscule, ¡Te cerrarán de la habitación cuando no se abre hasta las 6:00 en el Día Uno para registrarse incluso cuando haya pagado en total por 4 días! Así que cuando se encerra eso es $150 CARGA EXTRA para que alguien te deje entrar después de las 6:00. El hotel le da un parking para mostrar y me dieron 2 parkings para varias noches con un aviso verbal para mostrar el parking correcto en la noche correcta o mi coche se arrastrará!! y eso será $200 o $300 para liberar. Lo peor es que todas estas reglas sólo están disponibles por correo electrónico después de reservar y pagar en su totalidad. ¡Cómo colocan 101 reglas (traer roble, herramientas, etc) en este lugar con la cantidad de consecuencias punitivas ... ¡Esta gestión es mejor que en un campo de botella o prisión que en hospitalidad!
