Ibis Perpignan Sud Saint Charles

Hotel muy tranquilo, muy limpio, de fácil acceso... alejado de Perpiñán pero conveniente cerca de la autopista... mención destacada para el desayuno

Muy correcto pero lejos de todas las tiendas.

Normalmente en Ibis hay un pequeño restaurante donde se puede comer. Enseguida la persona muy amable me informó que como era la única en recepción solo podía servir pizzas congeladas y para llevar. Había cancelado el campanile porque el restaurante estaba cerrado los fines de semana. Cuando viajo, me gusta que me atiendan. He estado muchas veces en el Ibis, pero tacho esta dirección de mi agenda y no volveré a poner un pie allí. El año que viene me alojaré en una habitación de huéspedes o en el restaurante de un hotel Logis de France.

I will be leaving this review as average (not very extraordinary). Previously i have stayed in Ibis-Budget hotels, so i have idea how economic they are and accordingly what can we expect in return. However this time i chose (non-budget) in a hope to get better than budget option. May be i had higher expectations, i am not too sure. However, there were certainly few things which were important to mention. I stayed in Room No. 10 on 26 March 2024, and found out that the shower sewerage was blocked, hence water was accumulated in the shower area. Informed hotel administration, and the staff just said she has made a note of this. Afterwards didn't see any action. So couldn't take shower before checking out. This was one of the major issue i faced. Rooms were average (almost same if i was staying at Ibis Budget). Nothing too bad, nor anything extraordinary to be fair. However breakfast options were good and i must admit that they had good variety of buffet items they were offering. They have got their own secured parking for customers, so this is a plus point. Overall i shall mark my stay as average.

My motorcycle broke down while I was touring and while it was being repaired I was put up in this Ibis by my insurance company. Having stayed in plenty of Ibis hotels before I was more than happy with this and was not disappointed. Unfortunately the repairs took longer than I expected and I ended up staying for 3 days. Fortunately the staff were fantastic, they were really friendly, helpful and very flexible. It made a big difference to quite a stressful situation, and I cannot praise them enough. They are a great credit to the Ibis name.

We stayed (2rooms 1 night) at this hotel while on a business trip on 5November 2022. Hotel location: In the middle of an industrial area, no commercial center or restaurants around. Arrival at hotel/ The man who greeted us was barely polite. When I complained later about the lack of Wifi, he said it's broken, it's written on the door; If you have a complain, write to Ibis for refund... Room OK, but bathroom tiny and shower small and in need of refurbishing.

Standard Ibis Hotel, with no frills. Easy to find, (site is shared with an Ibis Budget) secure off street parking. Not the most glamorous of locations on a light industrial area, but for a transit stop it is close to the Autoroute. Efficient reception. Room is as to be expected at this price point - large enough, with bathroom that was a little tired, but OK. Aircon worked, but we kept it off to save power. Wifi good. Did not use the restaurant or bar.

Très bon accueil, parking gratuit fermé la nuit, les chambre très propres et bien insonorisées, le snacking et juste très bien, le matin petit déjeuner buffet salé ou sucré au choix avec même lait végétal pour les intolérance au lactose comme moi c'est relativement rare dans les hôtels..... Je recommande cet hôtel

J'avais réservé 4 chambres pour une nuit dans le cadre d'un déplacement professionnel par booking. mon client m'a annulé la veille, j'ai annulé dès que j'ai pu (avant midi la veille). Booking me dit qu'ils ne peuvent rien faire, qu'il fait voir avec l'établissement, mais la responsable de l'IBIS Perpignan Sud Saint Charles me dit qu'elle ne peut rien faire et reste inflexible, aucune de volonté de faire un geste un commercial et très désagréable (même les petits déjeuners ne m'ont pas été remboursés...). On est une petite société, cela nous a couté 399e et eux c'est 399e net dans la poche puisque pas de ménage, pas de petit dej... Je voyage beaucoup, un conseil, fuyez!
