Muy buen hotel con lindas habitaciones y muy buena gastronomía ! Volvería a alojarme en este hotel. Un poco caro pero para la zona es un buen precio . Es más moderno que la mayoría de los hoteles de la zona .La cena es de pasos y fue más Gourmet que otras de la zona

Excellent service, super clean, nice spa includes, restaurant delicious and the 2 servers in the kitchen are very profesional and excellent in their duties. We will visit Again for sure. Giovanna is a n excellent host. One of the best experiences we have had.

Greeted by a beaming smile from a charming receptionist, we were directed to our room on the second floor. It was large, clean and had everything one would need for a three night stay, including a balcony. The restaurant was equally clean and well laid out with a menu that changed nightly. The only two negative things were the food and the noise from the construction of the swimming pool. Don't get me wrong the food was excellent and well presented but a bit highbrow for someone wanting something substantial. Would I return to this hotel? No not in the low season. Everywhere was shut up for the summer. .There was nothing to do unless you were a walker. But I would recommend it.

Excellent location. Great service. The hotel has a jacuzzi and spa for guests to use, great. You get a voucher for a glass of wine, a great breakfast. Excellent price for this hotel, highly recommended. We had so much fun. It is easy to get from the hotel to excursions in the area. perfect What more can you ask for? Thanks to the hotel staff

Amazing and beautiful hotel, best location in The dolomite’s. The dinner restaurant was not good as we expected, the food was not great. Overall, it was great choice. We spent three nights.

Staff were all good except the dining staff who were very rude and careless. To be fair, two were so bad and rude and one of them (name Jalal) was good. Overall not satisfied with their service mainly during breakfast everyday.
On the other hand, amenities were all good but I was hoping they consider adding tissue boxes inside the rooms.

The hotel was modern, clean and well organized and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The wait staff serving breakfast weren't proactive (you had to wave them down every day and ask for coffee rather than them coming to ask if you'd like anything, etc) but they were nice/friendly, so that made up for their lack of taking initiative. The Spa was great and we very much appreciated the indoor Spa amenities! The only thing we really didn't like about our stay were the pillows - hard as rocks and we didn't have a comfortable sleep over the 3 days we were there. This issue (bad pillows) seems common throughout Italy as we only found a few hotels with good pillows. The hotel was walkable to the main town and had a few restaurants nearby.
