Грязный номер, окно в ванной разбито, свет утром отключили. Не рекомендую там останавливаться.

Stay was good but not excellent. Pros: Location is very good. Food is good. Staffs are good. Room is spacious. Bed is good. Washroom is quite ok. Cons: Wooden floor is dirty. Carpet and sofa are dirty. The flooring of washroom is slippery. The cost I paid for suit room is comparatively high.

Excellent services in all angles.Good and cooperative staff , support is good ,food is also good. Refer to rooms are neat and clean.all toiletries are supplied.Wort for the money and can be refer to friends and others to be stay with this hotel.

Very neat and clean hotel in good location in pelling . We are very happy and satisfied with the service, foods and cooperation of hotel staff. Specially ***y ***y thanks to Shibe Kumer Das dada front desk ***ager for every shorts of support and information provuded making joyful our trip

Rooms were very clean and beds were good. Staff was accomodating and friendly. Shib Kumar Das is a good ***ager. They tried hard to make things go well. I would recommend the hotel to anyone but just realise that in the winter you will need heat. They have bed warmer pads.

The overall services were very good. only the bathroom space was little slippery which can be improved . Breakfast was very good however the dinner needs little improvement. the Hotel staff was professional , polite and cooperative. we had a good stay.

The service given was excellent! And talking about food it was delicious. The best part about the resort was karaoke.The rooms provided were well and good ,including the facilities provided in the rooms.Lastly I would like to add that the experience in this resort was one of the best experience i've ever had In a resort.

The hotel was literally awesome.The room was clean and bed and pillow was also soft.The staff of hotel are very nice.There is an fish tank with colourfull fishes.staff are joyfull.overall the experience was great and if I got another chance so I want to visit it again

This hotel was really good. We had a great time with our friends and all. The food was nice and even the bedrooms and bathrooms was clean. The view was also amazing from our rooms. Everyone should come here when coming to pelling bazaar. Overall everything was nice.
