Perfect stay at Ginger Patna, perfect location, prompt service, very well maintained property, seems like brand new. Good food, specially the breakfast buffet, there is a gym in the hotel as well. I stayed at the property for 2 nights. Check In and Check out was super quick.

The staff was outstanding specially the staff Sameer hospitality was good. The ambience was good, food was nice and the kitchen staffs were humble. Room were Clean and the comfortable. Staffs were understandable and supportive. Will visit again soon. Thank you.

I stayed in ginger for 3 days. The service here is really good. Specially staff like Rajkaran & Avnish in dining is very polite and assistive. Room is good and clean. Remind of the dorm rooms doesn’t felt like hotel which os kinda good thing for me.

It was a good experience in ginger patna as the atmosphere and the interior works was also very nice too.The food was also very good and tasty and the service from Rajkaran and his team was also very pleasant and sincere.Overrall it was a great experience.

It was a remarkable experience and thanks for the food Mr.Ramkaran. You helped us in selecting dishes suitable to us who are not from north. We will also miss the room in which we had stayed. Frequent power cuts were there. But it didn't bother us much. After all those were easily solved by them without any delays

Good services, smooth checkin and checkout services assisted by Sameer and Riya Roy Rooms were clean and nice Food was also great to have All in a good experience and comfortable. No issues for the any requirement, was a quick room services.

Excellent stay with very good staff specially Chaitanya and riya were very good at reception... good smile good speaking skill handle guest with good ***ner good food also ... restaurant was also very good ... thank uh ginger patna for making feel special

It was gr8 ....and the behaviour ws very freindly and suppirting, and made tge stqy comfortable. Reception staff very polte. Reception staff also very nice . Railway station very near yo hotel. Some mention name Riya, Avnish . Overal excellent

I loved my stay in Ginger hotel since we get a good treatment from the staff especially Vikram Kumar... however it would be great if we have more option for Breakfast and Lunch...the hotel needs to bring in more items into the menu...other than that my stay was fine and I enjoyed it 😊
