I recently stayed at Tetra Hotel, Autograph Collection in Sunnyvale and was impressed by its modern design and spacious, comfortable rooms. Although the location caters primarily to business travelers, its proximity to major tech campuses ensures convenience. The friendly, attentive staff further enhanced my stay. Overall, Tetra Hotel offers a refreshing blend of luxury and practicality, making it an excellent choice for both business and leisure trips.

Tranquilo. Se puede solicitar la salida tardía hasta la 1:00 p. m. El menaje de cocina está completo. El servicio de recepción es bueno. No venden agua en recepción. El desayuno se sirve de 7:00 a 9:00 a. m., pero la selección es limitada. Hay una pequeña piscina, pero se puede hacer barbacoa al aire libre. Hay un Safeway cerca, dos supermercados coreanos y una tienda Whole Foods a 10 minutos en coche. Excelente ubicación. Está al lado de una zona residencial, por lo que es muy seguro. Si no buscas comida china, hay muchos restaurantes cerca. ¡Hay gasolineras y McDonald's cerca! ¡No hay gimnasio!

繼前一週住了2天之後，週末去國家公園遊玩了2天，然後又回到Wittle連住4晚。這次的房間有個大沙發和茶几，更適合休閑，衹是室內空調機聲音有點大。不知為何從平台上衹能預訂第3天後的房間，但是直接到前台跟接待的大叔一説，他馬上就幫助無縫銜接地給解決了。前台大叔非常和藹可親，儘可能為我們提供更舒適的房間。房間每天都有人來打掃，小冰箱、微波爐和咖啡機都有，可以簡單存放或加熱食物。私家車可以直接停放在門口，非常方便。周邊有餃子館和川菜館，向南幾分鐘就可以步行到24小時營業的Safeway，到Rosse店更近，向北步行去Target衹要8分鐘。總之Wittle inn是個方便、温馨的留宿之地。

On the positive side, the receptionist upgraded our room to one with a balcony without us even asking. However, a few things were subpar. We understand that mistakes happen from time to time, but what made it worse was how they handled the issues with zero apology. 1. We checked in to find the body wash dispenser completely empty and we only realized it late at night. The night receptionist provided three small tubes but couldn't replenish it. When we asked the front desk again the next morning, we were told to find housekeeping. We tracked down housekeeping, only to be told to go back to the receptionist. 2. The bed linen had an obvious stain, and we weren't sure if it was still wet, so we just covered it with a towel. We decided not to complain further because it was already late that night, and the receptionist hadn't been very helpful with the body wash anyway. 3. Breakfast was pretty much gone by 9:29 AM. The kitchen staff was there initially but didn't do anything. A receptionist helped us try to locate them around 9:35 AM, but no one could be found. They finally showed up and replenished only the scrambled eggs at 9:55 AM, nothing else, but by then, it was already too late for us. The receptionist actually told us to file a formal complaint anyway, mentioning it has been a recurring issue.

El hotel es muy limpio y el sueño es muy tranquilo. El estacionamiento no es caro. El desayuno es sencillo. Las habitaciones son grandes y están equipadas.

The room environment is quite good. There is no unpleasant smell in the room. Although the window can't be opened, it's still pretty nice.

Muy limpio y el personal de servicio también es muy agradable. Aunque la tarifa de desayuno, el café y el agua dulce son autoayudas. La fruta escribió 1 yuan por uno, pero voy a pagar, el camarero me dijo gratis. El entorno es bueno, hay muchos restaurantes en el otro lado de la calle, el centro comercial no está lejos, en general muy satisfecho. El único problema es que el aire acondicionado es demasiado alto, pero el clima es ca, no está abierto.Algunos pasajeros hablan en alta voz en la recepción a media noche, y son más timidos.

En general, es limpio y conveniente para la conducción autónoma en el borde de la carretera. Todo tiene que venir con motel, comprensible. La desventaja es que es un poco ruidoso cerca de la alta velocidad.
