Hoteles en Filadelfia con aparcamiento

La cerradura de la entrada principal está rota. Hay pelos en el baño. No hay gel de ducha, solo jabón. En fin, la habitación sigue siendo cómoda. Tiene gimnasio y café gratis todo el tiempo.

El servicio fue cálido y amable, con personal siempre disponible para ayudar, casi como una deidad local. Las instalaciones también estaban muy limpias. El único inconveniente fue el ruidoso ventilador del baño, que podía resultar bastante ruidoso en el baño, aunque apenas se notaba desde la cama. La ubicación junto al puente y el muelle ofrece hermosas vistas y es conveniente para acceder a las atracciones del casco antiguo.

Second time staying here — the hotel itself is clean and very comfortable, the rooms are well equipped. Breakfast is pretty good. This time around we had a bit of a struggle at check in which also caused a problem at breakfast the next day. The lady who checked us in (Megan) asked me four (4) times if I needed parking and didn’t seem to believe me when I kept saying no. She also told us our room wasn’t ready even though we checked in at 4pm, an hour after check-in time, and told us we’d need to take a 2 queen room instead of a king room. I told her we’d rather wait for a king room because that’s what we paid for, and lo and behold, suddenly she had one. We paid for breakfast with our stay, but she forgot to give us tickets for breakfast. Made it very awkward when we went to breakfast the next day and had to insist that we’d paid for breakfast. They still gave us a bill for breakfast, but then after talking to the front desk realized it was a mistake. They were kind, but it was still very awkward having to defend the fact that we’d paid for breakfast already. They said we were the second group that day which the front desk had forgotten to give breakfasttickets to. All in all, aside from the people and the awkwardness caused, it was a good stay. We’ll hope for better service next time we come back.

Service was excellent, room was clean. Only problem was the parking. They couldn’t accomodate the minivan for their valet parking due to its size. It was hard to find parking on the streets on a weeknight. Other than that everything was perfect. (Family of four, one child with disability)

El hotel tiene un buen personal, pero un ruido terrible en la habitación. Además de las aire acondicionado, hay una ventilación forzada que golpea en la cama y ruidos como un motor de avión. No se puede desactivar, así que toda la noche fue un gran ensayo. También en el corredor a las 5:00 todo el tiempo fue ruidoso debido al limpiar el asiento.

En el centro de Filadelfia, una buena ubicación, a poca distancia del Ayuntamiento y los alrededores están relativamente limpios. La cama del hotel es grande y las instalaciones son normales. Este precio es muy rentable.

My partner really enjoyed this hotel. He slept for over 12 hours.. haha that explains the whole story. The swimming pool was really nice too so we had fun in the morning. Also they give you water bottle. Nice hotel to stay over if you are visiting around.

The sound insulation was bad, can heard the water pipe, the people in the hallway, and the outside cars. If you are a quite sleeper, don't choice here. Overall the value of the cost is okay. The parking charge is not that reasonable.

The service is good, and the cleanliness is excellent, but the pool was closed for the weekend. The rooms do not have a minibar or smart TV.

El hotel no estaba a la altura de la atracción. Había un equipo de deportes que se quedaba allí, y sólo 2 ascensores, así que había una línea para esperar al ascensor. También había una sola persona en el escritorio, así que, otra vez, una larga espera para el check-in. Cuando dije: ”¡Ay, realmente necesitas ayuda aquí,” la mujer dijo: ”No, estoy bien. Tengo tres hijos, puedo manejar esto!” (Bueno, no te preocupes, señora!) También, el costo de estacionamiento es $25, de lo contrario puedes estacionar en la calle (Absolutamente no hay espacios!) La habitación era adecuada, el lugar era limpio, pero no valía la pena el precio alto.
