LLovely small white酒店close rink is very convenient to us. But the pool is very small. Maybe it need to increase the number of staff, only one front staff when check out, spend a long time for waiting.

LLatawanI had request for a quiet zone room. But I got a room on the 2nd floor by the street which traffic started a lound noise since 4 am in the morning!!! Plus, every neighber rooms seems waking up since 5 am and so on. I only had 3 hours sleep here.
Shuttle bus service to/from the SeaTac airport is a plus.

LLIUYIXINDos camas grandes, tres para tres. Buenos dias. El suministro comenzará a las seis en punto. Echa un vistazo muy rápido. Muchas de las opciones para ir a Rainier Snow Mountain viven aquí, conduciendo hasta las montañas nevadas durante aproximadamente una hora. El supermercado Ole de los alrededores está muy cerca. Comer también es conveniente.

UUsuario invitadoMe quedé 5 días y en general fue una experiencia maravillosa. Lamentablemente, tuvieron un problema con la calefacción en ese momento (me dieron una calefacción portátil pero no fue suficiente) y un día no limpiaron mi habitación. Pero me encantaría recomendar este hotel debido al servicio de los empleados. Fueron súper amables y atentos. Y la ubicación también es perfecta.

UUsuario invitadoThe hotel staff are friendly, but not helpful. The washing machine was not working after I paid and put in the clothes and detergent, then I called the front, then they told me the washing machine is not working. I asked them why didn’t they put out a notice, the front desk said he just found out when I call. At the beginning he asked me to wait till the next morning, then they can call the washing machine company to try to give me a refund. Anyways, they are not sure about if I get refund or not!!! At the end, going back and forth, the front desk agree to refund me in cash and give some detergent to go to another floor for the laundry.
I arrive Seattle late around 11pm in the evening with the car. I paid for the daily fee for parking. As I will be leaving Seattle only few hours after checking out, they told me I could not leave the car in the garage until late afternoon because they need the space. I said I paid for a ‘daily fee’, so in principle I should be able to park the car till late afternoon, but they told me not, it is my choice to check in late and they cannot do anything to extend my parking till late afternoon.
I asked them if that is the regulation, they should put that down clearly in the description and inform the guests in advance, particularly those international guests who might have another interpretation about the ‘daily fee’.
At the end, they allow me to park until 2 pm which is too early for me and I need to change my plan at Seattle completely due to the parking issue.
In conclusion, the general attitude is they are sorry if the guest has any problem, but they can’t help much!!!!!

CColemanI have been flying to Seattle from Seoul and back every 90!-180 days year. I always stay at Skyway Hotel each time to eat at Bob Burgers. This js the first time on a short stay they wasnt open. But the hitel is very convenient from the airport with shuttle service.

UUsuario invitadoThe staff is great. Super friendly and accommodating. Checking was a breeze on Thursday afternoon. The hotel itself has a very nice small front lobby/breakfast area. This is the only area that appears to be updated and kept super clean. We had stayed here years ago and I think things have slowly degraded since our last visit.
Our first night we stayed in a standard queen room. The main hallways and rooms are really starting to show their age. They are superficially clean but when you look a little closer the stains and blems start to show. Bed was incredibly hard almost like sleeping on a box spring. After a bad night trying to sleep in this room we asked for another room and upgraded to a king suite. The suite rooms are much larger in size with a separate bedroom and pullout couch. Same issues though, the couch had stains that we could not even begin to identify and probably would have lit up as a rainbow under some black light. Had to throw a sheet over the couch just to be able to sit on it. The cabinets holding the microwave seemed to be bending under the strain and we didn't dare touch them as it looked like they were going to fall right off the wall.
The location is a little tricky the first time you try and locate the place, its tucked back off of a side road by the freeway. Overall this is a mid range hotel with decent pricing. Would love to see some updates done before we go back to it.

The carpet look so old and dirty every where ,lobby , haul way , in the bed room ,lucky the bed and the toilet look clean
The car that bring us to the hotel and the airport , inside need to remodel all the seats look so old and dirty , all interior need to make a new one .
In the room you should have refrigerator , the cashier or front desk people are not good service mind at all .
