Lovely location and very clean rooms in an idyllic setting. Staff were friendly. Dolphin event which was free for residents was a bonus. Checking in and out procedures were quick and easy. Only stayed one night but unsure if amenities on site would suffice for a longer stay

Puede cocinar y comer, no está mal

Decent for Key Largo. Expect no housekeeping unless you stay 5+ days. Rooms are not soundproof so you'll hear noise. Front desk team was nice even though I had to ask to move rooms. Original room was next to the office and you could hear all the desk conversations. Second room much better and less noise though you still hear doors opening and closing. Good enough for a short stay but if you need absolute quiet to sleep this place is not for you.

On Balance Gilberts was ok but I would not want to stay more than a couple of days. We where probably not its target customers. The rooms where really nice with a great view but my sister was at the end of the block right by the sewage digester for the resort which made a humming noice which was audible in the room at night, it also smelt really bad in the mornings. Admiralty this could only be smelt outside the room. Suggestion screen the digester and put some filtration for the odour. Plus point they treat the sewage. Thursday night was Ok in the bar although the rock band thought they where playing a stadium, just way too loud, when they stopped and some normality returned the bar shut at 2100, Friday and Saturday, better music but the place was rammed with a lot of kids running around. We would have gone out but the resort is isolated and its almost impossible to get a cab, if you do its very expensive and no guarantee you can get one back. If you have a nominated driver than getting out is an option. Saturday the beach, the bar where just full to bursting, first stop on the Keys out of Miami. A lot of very drunk people having a good time which is fine but if you are not one of them its no fun at all. A visible police presence kept any potential trouble from happening. We where going to go to the pool but there was no room left in the water never mind the side. It is supposed to be for residents and they are supposed to ware a wrist band but that is not enforced, very few in anyone had a wrist band on. In short its not a bad place but don't go if you want a relaxed Keys vibe, stay away from the rooms at the end of the block and only go midweek but only do that if you want to be in bed at 2100. Good points, comfortable rooms, nice views, and very nice staff.

The room is huge. It has a gym and you can pay extra for breakfast. It has a parking space beside a marina. A convenient store is just outside. Very close to all nice restaurant and tourist spot.

Excellent location being on the water and close to everything from food and liquor shopping to have a restaurant with tiki boats to rent right next door, the fish house 2.5 miles away. Service was great from the office with TJ to have a good coffee machine in the office and 2 bottles of water in the room. This is my third time and always leave with nice memories.

Es un lugar bonito al lado del trublo. Se siente bien. El desayuno es desgraciadamente demasiado arriesgado para un período de estancia prolongado. Tuvimos dos días agradables.  Desafortunadamente, el restaurante ”Snappers”, que está cerca, independiente del hotel y único, sólo convenció de arrogancia, hectárea y incómodo.

Por $ 200 la noche, tenía una habitación que no estaba a más de 500 pies de la A1A, ... hablaba de escuchar pasar los autos, camiones y motocicletas ... La habitación: aunque estaba limpia, seguro que no estaba a la altura ¡fecha! Había cinta adhesiva en al menos 2 lugares del baño; la luz del baño era un accesorio del porche al aire libre (solo que sin una luz amarilla para insectos); la puerta del baño se abrió directamente a la puerta de la habitación; el espacio entre el piso y el atasco de la puerta de la habitación era ridículo (podría usarse como una luz nocturna brillante): tuve que colocar toallas en la parte inferior y colgar una del costado para tratar de bloquear la luz y algunas de las ruido de la carretera; la unidad de aire acondicionado se encendía cada 2-7 minutos, funcionaba durante 1-10 minutos, bastante ruidosa; el frigorífico (que no encontré hasta el viernes por la noche / sábado por la mañana cuando de repente empezó un ruido muy audible y me despertó, tuve que apagarlo), estaba escondido en los cajones falsos de la cómoda; el espejo de tocador me recordó a uno de esos espejos que ves en un carnaval (distorsionado); había baldosas astilladas en toda la habitación; el caballero de la recepción cuando me registré no era lo que llamarías demasiado amable; El servicio de limpieza entró, hizo la cama y trajo toallas y artículos de tocador nuevos; había un ”desayuno continental” gratuito que se servía las dos mañanas (café y té, zumo embotellado, danés envasado, yogures individuales, naranjas); la cama era cómoda; pero las almohadas estaban hechas para niños (tal vez de 2 pies de largo, al menos había 4 de ellas para poder apilarlas); ¿Y qué pasa con cubrir la cama con sábanas cortas? Hice mi reserva y pago a Trip.com, pero cuando me registré, el tipo dijo que tenía que responder algunas preguntas de Expedia.
