El hotel cuenta con instalaciones modernas y bien mantenidas, con un lobby espacioso y elegantemente diseñado que crea un ambiente agradable. El centro de fitness está equipado con máquinas de última generación, y el área de piscina limpia y invitada fue un espectáculo de mi estancia. La cama en mi habitación era increíblemente cómoda, con una madrastra de apoyo, ropa fresca y suave, y cucharas que me permitieron personalizar mi experiencia de dormir. El servicio en la Plaza de Crowne fue excepcional; el personal era amable, profesional y atento desde el momento en que llegué, ir más allá y más arriba para satisfacer mis necesidades, ya sea proporcionando recomendaciones locales o respondiendo rápidamente a cualquier solicitud. En general, recomiendo muy bien a cualquier persona que busque una estancia cómoda y agradable, ya que la combinación de excelentes instalaciones, cómodas camas y un servicio excelente lo hace una elección ideal para los viajeros.

I’m glad that my family and I stayed the night over for my baby girls birthday. Service was awesome and the employees are very friendly. I will do it again anytime with my babies, it was a weekend well deserved! Thank you for your services!!!

Al principio, era para jugar al golf, la temporada más pobre siempre estaba mal, y el río podía probar el rango de conducción. A causa de la epidemia de tres años, hay algunas señales tropicales en la superficie de las viviendas de las instalaciones de vacaciones, es la falta de manejo, se estima que los costes de mano de obra son demasiado altos y se puede encontrar un corto período de parada de electricidad, pero la sanidad de las instalaciones interiores sigue siendo buena, excepto el chic fluorescencia. We were welcomed by friendly staff at 5AM. Our accommodation comes with daily buffet for 4 pax and access to their waterparks. The buffet spread is great with a lot of options even for kids. Menu changes every 2 days. The hotel feels a bit old with carpeted floor. Room can be more comfortable is pillows are not too soft. We requested for additional pillows since only 1 is provided per guests. Daily make up of room is available which is awesome. Staff are the best. Special shout out to Nelson - bfast staff who made our stay extra special. Location is a bit fast from downtown. So better to get a car rental and take your dinner before heading back to the hotel. Waterpark is okay, beach is under renovation though. The side party event for hotel guests is a nice way yo end our stay.

Location: Close to the airport, within walking distance of Ipao Beach (though the surrounding area lacks security and safe road maintenance). A car is recommended. It's not easy to coordinate with the operating hours and methods of convenience stores or nearby retail establishments. Room Conditions: Equipped with facilities worthy of a 3-star business hotel, the hotel offers efficient accommodations. The rooms are comfortable and safe (with network access) compared to the familiar hotel facilities. The hotel also offers the latest trendy video equipment (global content for all ages). The receptionist's prompt check-in and personalized service will help ease any awkwardness upon arrival. ☀️ Above all, Guam’s signature wide-open skies and warm sunshine let you truly soak in the feeling of solarity. When I had the chance to ride along Tumon Beach and visit with a small group, I found even more joy by making use of the main facilities like the BBQ area, outdoor pool, and fitness center. There was so much to enjoy—and even more to look forward to!

I like this place and often book for the infinity pool but I was a bit bummed with this recent booking. The weather wasn’t great, not the hotels fault so I didn’t swim but still enjoyed laying in the pool area. I had upgraded my room this time thinking the beds would be better since they all seem outdated and the higher priced room wasn’t any different. Just had a beach view that I liked. My major is issue was upon check in and how very unnecessarily slow the process was. I’ve worked at hotels before, no one should take this long to check in their guests, especially when the entrance doesn’t turn on their AC for their guests. On top of that I had important dinner plans that were delayed bc I couldn’t get ready in a timely manner due to the outlets being broken and broken hair dryer. I had to blow dry my hair over the toilet. I was happy the manager spoke to be next day she seemed very sweet and I am hoping I am somehow compensated in the near future. I was very disappointed that I booked this stay and hope the hotel can redeem itself.

The hotel was lovely! The customer service was kind and helpful! Despite a minor mishap relating to attention to detail, customer service was able to help resolve the issue quickly and effectively. The pool was honestly the top peak to it all! The views were AMAZING! I went down to the beach and therocks are SHARP and there are sea urchins a distance out so be careful but nonetheless an AMAZING experience and I can’t wait to come back💛

Las instalaciones eran bastante anticuadas, pero la habitación estaba limpia. Había leído algunas reseñas que mencionaban cucarachas, pero encendí y apagué la luz varias veces durante la noche y no vi ninguna. El hotel está muy cerca del aeropuerto, lo cual fue una ventaja y una desventaja a partes iguales. Se tarda menos en viajar, pero se oía el ruido en la habitación cada vez que un avión aterrizaba o despegaba. Hay un supermercado grande, Payless, cerca y también una gasolinera, muy conveniente para llenar el tanque del coche de alquiler antes de devolverlo.

El hotel me dio un buen tiempo. El personal era muy amable y útil, así que me sentí bienvenido desde el momento en que llegué. Las habitaciones estaban a tiempo y bien equipadas, y la ubicación era perfecta para la vista en la ciudad. El desayuno buffet fue fresco y excelente con una variedad de menús.

only 8 minutes from kmart and even less for future donki stores. you could take red bus to city center just atound 10 minutes. room is very large and staff are friendly. free car to airport 24 hours. take 25 monutes to walk from airport just one simple way.
