Nice new hotel, but breakfast was disappointing The hotel itself is clean, modern, and clearly pretty new. The room was comfortable and everything felt fresh and well-kept. But the breakfast was really underwhelming — barely any choices, and it felt more like a snack than a proper breakfast. Definitely not what you'd expect from a hotel in this price range. Overall, still a good place to stay if you just need a clean, quiet night — just don't come hungry in the morning.

I have been there 3 times, and the recent one was really 😡. The room is clean, front desk is so warm hearted and everything is perfect except the breakfast service. The first day breakfast is on Friday morning, the Asian girl was so nice and we are allowed to take Starbucks coffee from the fridge which included in our breakfast plan. However, on Saturday morning, the breakfast bar server was a white old lady and she said no Starbucks coffee, I said yesterday was Okay and she answered today is today! I guess she is the owner of this hotel and changed the policy over one night! Besides, she was rude because my one long hair dropped on the check desk and she said “ Your hair!” I was shocked by her reaction! Am I polluted her check desk? ***!

La chica vino y se vacía el basurero, cambió la cama y dejó toallas limpias, pero todavía no dejó café, ni champú. No me sentía como si estuviera en un hotel de calidad. Mi marido dijo que tendríamos un mejor servicio en un motel 6. Nos hemos beneficiado de ninguna de esas instalaciones de tarifas de resort, por lo que nos sentimos aprovechados.

La ubicación es excelente, con acceso conveniente a la playa justo a lo largo de la calle. La habitación era muy limpia y el mantenimiento de la casa hizo un trabajo fantástico refresco mientras estaba fuera. Una pista para futuros huéspedes: asegúrese de seleccionar el tipo de habitación si desea una vista directa frente al océano. Reservé una habitación descrito como una ”visión del océano” con balcón, pero no se dio cuenta del restaurante adyacente (El Spot) con sólo el océano visible en el fondo. Cuando me preguntaron sobre una actualización, me dijeron que no era posible porque había reservado a través de Trip.com. También, por favor, tenga en cuenta que el estacionamiento no es gratuito y la lotería no está directamente conectada al hotel. En general, fue una agradable estancia por el precio.

The room was overall clean, but when the toilet didn't quite smell right (yuck) and when I looked there was evidence that the area under the rim hadn't been properly cleaned in a long time. We were happy with the location being a bit out of town for the price. The staff was great, the upfront push to buy a timeshare was expected and only took about 10 minutes of our time. Overall, we'd stay again but ask that our bathroom be cleaned more thoroughly.

It started out with non-operating elevators. It took two hours just to unload into the room from the car. The next morning I found out that a tree that I parked nearby had dropped sap all over our car to the point the windshield was virtually unusable. It will cost me hundred of dollars to get the sap removed from the car. The next night at about 9:30 PM the fire alarm in our room went off because the neighbors we cooking something next door and required maintenance to come up to the rooms to reset the alarms all while the alarm was blaring. Then since we were booked for 4 nights, the amount of towels provided was never enough. The check-in took way too long as we were subjected to way to much after-sales pitches just to get a parking pass. Then the room keys didn't work and we had to go all the way back to the office to get that fixed. The pool was enjoyable and not too busy while we were there.

The hotel is clean, big, ( even the washroom), with great ocean view Balcony.. it only just need extra careful ( of course) when crossing tye road , if you want to explore the beach... The location may a bit far from the downtown, if you need to explore more the town... but it has a closer theme park, Moody Garden ,which is very nice place to visit for a day... They have a ready , trusted , recommended transpos, if you need too..

Este es nuevo en esta ubicación y su sólo medio bloque de océano.Compraron el otjer bueno hotel y están en medio de reconstruir cada habitación así que en un gran desastre ahora.Difícil de conseguir habitaciones aquí causa sólo unos pocos han sido reconstruidos y cuando son Abren el camino rápido. La habitación es muy agradable, pero me gustaba mi estancia.
