UUsuario invitadoEl hotel era fácil de llegar, el estacionamiento era conveniente y fácil de recorrer. El edificio y la decoración eran hermosos y limpios. No jugamos, pero el casino se veía bien. Conseguimos la habitación porque las críticas anteriores decían que las camas eran cómodas. Nuestra cama no era genial, parecía bastante típica de un hotel. La ducha era agradable, con fuerte presión de agua. Yo diría que estaba un poco demasiado caliente... incluso en la temperatura más baja tenía calor, y me gustan las duchas realmente calientes. Muchas opciones de comida, aunque caras. Me encantó la vista al mar desde el piso 40. Tuvimos un problema con nuestras llaves: teníamos 2 reservas diferentes porque el viernes por la noche se agotaron en el hotel, así que tuvimos que conectarnos en línea para la segunda noche. De alguna manera nos registraron en el medio de la noche y nuestras llaves se desactivaron sin nuestro conocimiento, por lo que nos quedamos fuera de la habitación. El personal resolvió el problema con bastante rapidez.

UUsuario invitadoEn general buen hotel de ese tamaño y número de huéspedes. Personal amable, la habitación estaba muy limpia. Buena ubicación. Había mucha gente la fecha en que nos registramos. Fue un poco inesperado que tardaran tanto en registrarse. También cobrarían más de lo esperado porque hicimos el check-in antes de las 4pm.

CCarlos ManuelWell located, close to a bunch of nice restaurants. The room and the amenities were nice. The only bad thing was that we arrived one hour before the check-in time (4 pm) and they wanted to charge us ~$50 for an early check-in, so we had to hang out for an hour.

CCRodOk so first let me just say for the price we paid on the days we went. It wasn't horrible. I would go back BUT YMMV so this was my experience.
Location was great. Right on the boardwalk and an easy walk to Hard Rock when we went to the concert.
Service was meh. The only time I had a friendly anyone in the establishment was the woman who checked us out. Everyone else that we interacted with were either disinterested or perfunctory. No help on where to find our rooms, no help on any services offered. We didn't even get the annoying (did you want to sign up for our card?) that you get in ****** hotels. I guess that was a plus.
From my understanding we were on the ”older side” of the establishment. But regardless, staying on an entire floor that says non smoking it smelled of smoke. both cigarettes and ****. I don't care if you do either but I do care to smell either in my room or right outside my door (defeats the whole purpose of non smoking). Everything is dated which is whatever. but the blinds didn't work the coffee maker wire was too short for the ”dresser” so you had to keep moving it to the nightstand to use it. The room itself was relatively clean although the back of the nightstands hadn't been touched in a long time with all that accumulation of dust. Its design is just...weird. like so much random open area. I guess you can dance there lol. The ”dresser” didn't have drawers it had...like cubby holes. We didn't use them seemed pointless. I didn't even bother with the tv it was too far away and faced away from any sitting area (again weird layout).
The ****** itself was ok. Nothing crazy although I did like that rotating bar they had. But again. EVERYWHERE just reeked of smoke. To use a comparison, at Hard Rock when you were on the ****** side sure people smoked there (i get it) but the hotel side of things smelled clean refreshing and airy.
In the end, manage expectations and you'll be fine. If you are a smoker I am sure you will be fine too. If all you plan to do is sleep there its fine (although we were on the 7th floor and could still hear the music bumping below but the music was good so w/e lol) It works, again its not horrible. Its definitely 2.5-3 star range.

UUsuario invitadoFirst time I've stayed here, and was pleasantly surprised. Nice bar on the roof where you can enjoy the weather outside, or sit inside and watch the ball game while having a beer and a hoagie or nachos. Nothing fancy. Just good stuff. The TV and cable channels beat previous hotels I've stayed at in the area that were far more expensive. I got a good deal, and had a good time. Definitely a do over.

UUsuario anónimoThe young lady that works evenings is wonderful! She is very nice and very attentive. The gentlemen that work here are nice as well. The breakfast is not great at all. It’s four mini muffins in a greasy bag, given by the attendant behind the desk. The apple juice is so concentrated, you have to water it down yourself because they do not. You can see that they just wallpapered over the previous moldy wallpaper and the air conditioner is practically falling off the wall. But no bugs and pretty clean for the most part.
