SShanghaixinLa habitación de la vista del mar puede ver el hotel del mar es la principal apertura del restaurante rojo de la red japonesa de Nueva York, con un buen uso de lavabos de marfil, hay una sola vez en la habitación. Este es el hotel de alto nivel. El café está equipado con una buena cafetera especial, y dos chocolates japoneses, Es una marca LAX, se hospeda en una habitación específica, y se suministra agua dulce

YYELa ubicación del hotel es muy buena, a solo unos pasos del paseo marítimo. El servicio del hotel es muy atento y llevo dos días aquí para perturbar la limpieza. Hay una piscina en la planta baja, muy limpia.

UUsuario invitadoExcellent clean conditions and very friendly staff, I actually got locked out of my room in my socks and very friendly staff helped me with a new key. Very close to the boardwalk and beach. I will definitely stay there again. The only thing I would want to check into is, the parking. I believe there is a fee to park which seems crazy for someone staying in their hotel. I was not charged a fee as they had problems with their computer which delayed my check in so was comped parking.

CCRodOk so first let me just say for the price we paid on the days we went. It wasn't horrible. I would go back BUT YMMV so this was my experience.
Location was great. Right on the boardwalk and an easy walk to Hard Rock when we went to the concert.
Service was meh. The only time I had a friendly anyone in the establishment was the woman who checked us out. Everyone else that we interacted with were either disinterested or perfunctory. No help on where to find our rooms, no help on any services offered. We didn't even get the annoying (did you want to sign up for our card?) that you get in ****** hotels. I guess that was a plus.
From my understanding we were on the ”older side” of the establishment. But regardless, staying on an entire floor that says non smoking it smelled of smoke. both cigarettes and ****. I don't care if you do either but I do care to smell either in my room or right outside my door (defeats the whole purpose of non smoking). Everything is dated which is whatever. but the blinds didn't work the coffee maker wire was too short for the ”dresser” so you had to keep moving it to the nightstand to use it. The room itself was relatively clean although the back of the nightstands hadn't been touched in a long time with all that accumulation of dust. Its design is just...weird. like so much random open area. I guess you can dance there lol. The ”dresser” didn't have drawers it had...like cubby holes. We didn't use them seemed pointless. I didn't even bother with the tv it was too far away and faced away from any sitting area (again weird layout).
The ****** itself was ok. Nothing crazy although I did like that rotating bar they had. But again. EVERYWHERE just reeked of smoke. To use a comparison, at Hard Rock when you were on the ****** side sure people smoked there (i get it) but the hotel side of things smelled clean refreshing and airy.
In the end, manage expectations and you'll be fine. If you are a smoker I am sure you will be fine too. If all you plan to do is sleep there its fine (although we were on the 7th floor and could still hear the music bumping below but the music was good so w/e lol) It works, again its not horrible. Its definitely 2.5-3 star range.

And the remote control didn’t work I immediately called the from desk for a bout an hour and there was no answer

UUsuario invitadoLa habitación era agradable y limpia, se parecía a la imagen. El hotel es muy grande, con muchos pisos. También había una mancha en la ropa de cama que se salía por encima de las sábanas y acabábamos de llegar allí, así como pequeños cabellos sobre las almohadas. Me gustó cómo estaba conectado al ****** de al lado. Algunos de los restaurantes no abrieron. El bar de la azotea era agradable, podría haber tenido más cosas para elegir en el menú. Lo único que me molestó fue el tiempo de ESPERA que tomó solo para subir a un ascensor, estaba tan lleno de gente que subía o bajaba y todos querían meterse en un ascensor con 5 de ellos en uso. Sin mencionar que el ascensor del personal estaba fuera de uso, por lo que también tuvieron que usar estos ascensores. Aparte de eso, mi experiencia fue buena.

UUsuario anónimoThe young lady that works evenings is wonderful! She is very nice and very attentive. The gentlemen that work here are nice as well. The breakfast is not great at all. It’s four mini muffins in a greasy bag, given by the attendant behind the desk. The apple juice is so concentrated, you have to water it down yourself because they do not. You can see that they just wallpapered over the previous moldy wallpaper and the air conditioner is practically falling off the wall. But no bugs and pretty clean for the most part.
