SSHICHAOHay un pequeño problema con el check-in. Tiene tres suites en total, pero solo una da al puerto. La imagen de Ctrip solo muestra esa suite. La habitación n. ° 2 que nos dieron primero es de hecho una suite, pero esperamos quedarnos en la habitación n. ° 1 de la película original, frente al puerto. El patrón dijo que la agencia de viajes no lo especificó, solo que era una suite y que la habitación 1 ya estaba reservada. Después de ponerse en contacto con el servicio al cliente, el jefe pronto cambió sus palabras y dijo que nadie más vino, podemos mudarnos. Es un pequeño episodio, la actitud de recepción sigue siendo muy buena. Hay un estacionamiento en la puerta, sin cargo. El desayuno no está mal, no hay tiempo para experimentar la piscina, pero se ve bien. La habitación es cómoda y de satisfacción general.

1. The hotel is located in the best central area of Alaçatı.
2. There are plenty of parking spots just a few steps away from the hotel.
3. Free breakfast is provided.
4. The hotel is clean.
5. The view and interior design of the hotel are very beautiful and appealing.
Negative Points:
1. Consider increasing the variety of the breakfast buffet and offering coffee as well. The breakfast selection, especially the hot menu, is limited.
2. Since the airport is quite far from the hotel (1.5 hours), there is no transfer service, or the cost is quite high. I suggest subsidizing part of the transfer cost for your guests.
3. There is no heated pool. It would be great to have warm water in the pool during the colder seasons.
4. The outdoor seating area by the pool is unusable during the colder months. I suggest adding heating equipment near the tables and chairs by the pool.
5. No special slippers are provided in the bathroom and toilet. The available foam slippers are not suitable for wet areas and get soaked.
6. There is no welcome drink or anything similar. I suggest offering a welcome drink to guests.
all in all I will choose it again.

BberliantiThe experience of staying at Alacati La Vista was very pleasant, the owner was very friendly and welcoming, the rooms were clean, and for breakfast the food was very delicious, she's the good chef... really felt like at home with family. even my son really wanted to spend another night at alacati la vista. I will definitely stay there again when I go to Alacati.

UUsuario invitadoLocation: The location of the hotel is really good. It is in the center of Alacati, easy access to the attractions around. The hotel has the only Michelin guide restaurant in the town, they have live music in the evening, It can be heard in the room. But do not be afraid, the music is really chill. Alacati is really lively at night, you can find a lot of bars and restaurants with live music. But you do not need to be afraid to be bothered in the hotel, the loud music did not reach to our room at least. We really enjoyed to take a walk in the city center after diner, doing so every night during our stay. Enjoying the lively city, walking around then back to hotel to chill afterwards.
Cleanliness: The room is really clean and the staff is really friendly.
Services: We have breakfast included, the buffet option is relatively limited comparing to other hotels we had. BUT it has freshly cooked turkish beef bacon with Turkish Fried Bread (Pisi) served to your table with a list of other things, vegetable, cheese, butter, jams, olives etc. Start a lovely day with fresh made traditional Turkish breakfast, it was great.
Facilities: The pool is not really big, but good for relaxing. Next to the pool there are benches and a lime tree. You can chose to stay under the sun or under the shadow. We really love the hotel building itself, it looks great, really beautiful building and the decoration in the hotel also looks lovely.

UUsuario invitadoErtu and his parents are running a lovely little hotel business! We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The hosts were very hospitable. Very helpful, and friendly. The hotel is positioned in great location. The room we stayed in was very clean with good working air conditioning. Simple design with the spacious bathroom on the first floor and bed and balcony on the second floor. The breakfast was absolutely beautiful, with fresh and home made items! Pretty undercover area to have breakfast.
Unfortunately poor/limited wifi connection on the second floor of the room.
I would be wary of the room you book if you were tall, as the room we stayed in (economy double room) had very low ceilings. It didn't bother me but the other guest kept hitting their head.

XXenaEl hotel es el segundo alojamiento en este hotel. Es super agradable!! El puerto se puede llegar a pie en 5 minutos y es hermoso con muchas opciones de comida y muy bonitas pequeñas tiendas de moda. Desde el Hotel Balcony tienes una gran vista al castillo de Cesme. Cuando estuvimos el año pasado en nuestro camino a casa, nos dimos cuenta de que mi hija había olvidado su teléfono celular y este año la recibió de nuevo.
El hotel lo mantuvo durante un año, lo cual no es una cuestión de naturalidad.

CCynthia991Estaba en este hotel por una noche para tomar el ferry temprano el día siguiente. Un hotel acogedor. Reservé una habitación estándar. Estaba en un tamaño decente con pequeño balcón. La habitación era limpia y luminosa, bien aire acondicionado. El personal del hotel era amigable y útil. Sabiendo que tuvimos que salir temprano y no podíamos tomar el desayuno en las horas normales, prepararon deliberadamente el desayuno para nosotros antes. Gracias especial a Selim y Mehmet por su generosa ayuda. Muy apreciado. Recomiendo este hotel para un corto período de estancia.
