Stayed at Casa Fontana for 6 nights, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. From the very first day, the whole team was incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive to every little detail. They genuinely made me feel at home and were always happy to help with any request. The hotel has such a charming, cozy, Italian-inspired atmosphere, the kind of place where you immediately feel relaxed and don’t want to leave. If you’re looking for a beautiful and authentic-feeling stay in Çeşme, Casa Fontana definitely won’t disappoint. I absolutely loved my time here and would happily come back!

Location: The location of the hotel is really good. It is in the center of Alacati, easy access to the attractions around. The hotel has the only Michelin guide restaurant in the town, they have live music in the evening, It can be heard in the room. But do not be afraid, the music is really chill. Alacati is really lively at night, you can find a lot of bars and restaurants with live music. But you do not need to be afraid to be bothered in the hotel, the loud music did not reach to our room at least. We really enjoyed to take a walk in the city center after diner, doing so every night during our stay. Enjoying the lively city, walking around then back to hotel to chill afterwards. Cleanliness: The room is really clean and the staff is really friendly. Services: We have breakfast included, the buffet option is relatively limited comparing to other hotels we had. BUT it has freshly cooked turkish beef bacon with Turkish Fried Bread (Pisi) served to your table with a list of other things, vegetable, cheese, butter, jams, olives etc. Start a lovely day with fresh made traditional Turkish breakfast, it was great. Facilities: The pool is not really big, but good for relaxing. Next to the pool there are benches and a lime tree. You can chose to stay under the sun or under the shadow. We really love the hotel building itself, it looks great, really beautiful building and the decoration in the hotel also looks lovely.

Positive Points: 1. The hotel is located in the best central area of Alaçatı. 2. There are plenty of parking spots just a few steps away from the hotel. 3. Free breakfast is provided. 4. The hotel is clean. 5. The view and interior design of the hotel are very beautiful and appealing. Negative Points: 1. Consider increasing the variety of the breakfast buffet and offering coffee as well. The breakfast selection, especially the hot menu, is limited. 2. Since the airport is quite far from the hotel (1.5 hours), there is no transfer service, or the cost is quite high. I suggest subsidizing part of the transfer cost for your guests. 3. There is no heated pool. It would be great to have warm water in the pool during the colder seasons. 4. The outdoor seating area by the pool is unusable during the colder months. I suggest adding heating equipment near the tables and chairs by the pool. 5. No special slippers are provided in the bathroom and toilet. The available foam slippers are not suitable for wet areas and get soaked. 6. There is no welcome drink or anything similar. I suggest offering a welcome drink to guests. all in all I will choose it again.

Será sin duda mi lugar preferido para quedarme cuando vuelva a Alacati.

Ertu and his parents are running a lovely little hotel business! We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The hosts were very hospitable. Very helpful, and friendly. The hotel is positioned in great location. The room we stayed in was very clean with good working air conditioning. Simple design with the spacious bathroom on the first floor and bed and balcony on the second floor. The breakfast was absolutely beautiful, with fresh and home made items! Pretty undercover area to have breakfast. Unfortunately poor/limited wifi connection on the second floor of the room. I would be wary of the room you book if you were tall, as the room we stayed in (economy double room) had very low ceilings. It didn't bother me but the other guest kept hitting their head.

El aire contenido no funciona. Les pedí a unos cuantos tiempo para venir y arreglarlo, pero no funcionó. Dijeron que dejaría 5 minutos y entonces funcionará, pero no está en marcha. Afortunadamente no fue un verano así que me atrajo en la noche. En el día tienes que abrir tu ventana para conseguir un poco de aire. La habitación estaba bien un poco más pequeña de lo que pensé. Casi no pude abrir mi equipaje en el piso.

El hotel afirma que no está incluido y imposible tener una discusión por lo que no podía hacer mucho. No estoy seguro si esto es una cuestión trip.com o una cuestión de hotel. 3. El desayuno es realmente muy bueno. Pero es un desayuno turco fijo, así que si tienes dietas puede ser duro. El personal preguntaría casualmente “tea, café, jugo? ” como si todo estaba incluido y luego cuando nos encontramos, obtuvimos una factura de 40 libras por unos pocos cafés. Nos dijeron que no nos informaron si era acusable, todo lo que hicieron fue ofrecernos 2 cafés por la mañana para compensar. 4. MUSICA LOUD. There is music playing loudly until 1am.
