UUsuario invitadoThe bungalows are cozy and clean, breakfasts are same every day without much choice but the food is not bad. The hotel is away from the road so you’ll experience all the beauty of nature. There’s no food in the hotel, so prepare to travel if you want to eat. If you take a bicycle at the hotel, do not lose the lock as they’ll charge you 10$ for it. I felt as I was being ripped off but I might be mistaken (hate this feeling!) Will not stay here again perhaps because of this particular feeling.

UUsuario anónimoThe guesthouse is in a good location, within walking distance of 711, Cafe Amazon and Sukhothai Historical Park. The store staff is also very nice, but the room is close to the main street and it is noisy, so you can only charge your phone when the lights are on. Everything else is okay.

Pph37czLa habitación estaba limpia y tenía ventilador (no aire acondicionado). Sin embargo, no era lo suficientemente fresca. Hacía demasiado calor incluso con la ventana abierta. Las sábanas estaban limpias, pero eran de poliéster barato. El colchón era duro. También ofrecían una manta normal (no solo la segunda sábana) y una toalla (también de poliéster). La habitación era tranquila.
El baño era sencillo, pero estaba limpio. Había agua tibia (aunque no era necesaria porque hacía mucho calor tanto dentro como fuera). No había champú ni gel de ducha, pero sí jabón y papel higiénico.
No había hervidor de agua en la habitación. Cada vez que se necesitaba agua caliente, había que ir a recepción. La conexión a internet era muy inestable y lenta. Prácticamente no pude usarla.
Está a 5 minutos a pie de la terminal de autobuses y ofrece la opción de alquilar bicicletas y motos.
El personal fue atento y amable.

However there was some construction done for the floring that was making lot of noise, and we could not really enjoy the pool. Next time please communicate earlier prior arrival to manage our expectations.

UUsuario invitadoI recently stayed at Sukhothai Treasure Resort and spa at the Loy Krathong festival. The hotel is located near the historical park. The property is spacious, with parking available in front of the hotel, and they provide shuttle services to the room.
We stayed in a Treasure Eco room, but the room looked quite old. Several wall plugs were very tight and couldn’t be used properly. The cleanliness was average, and the bed was extremely firm, which caused back pain the next morning.
As for other aspects, the breackfast offer a decent variety. The staff were polite and very helpful.

However, be prepared for a bit of a workout if you're assigned a room on the third floor, as there's no elevator. The location can feel a bit isolated, particularly if you don't have your own transportation. Despite these minor drawbacks, the friendly and helpful staff make the stay more pleasant. If you're just passing through and need a budget-friendly place to stay with parking, this hotel is a solid choice.

DDavid WildemanToon was an excellent launching point for exploring the Sukhothai temples, as the guesthouse is located right in front of the main entrance to the historical park. In addition to this, both bike and golf cart rental options are available at adjacent shops. In terms of service, it's pretty good - the owner lives in one of the rooms and is usually on-site, though they do disappear now and then to live their life. Check-in and check-out both rely on trust; when the owner is out they make arrangements so check-in can be done without them. In terms of amenities, the room had a good amount of space and soap, toilet paper, and a desk were included, as well as two bottles of water (but these were not refreshed on subsequent days). The facility also offers a free toast (bread/jam available) and coffee/hot chocolate breakfast in the morning to get some cheap calories in before your day exploring. Rooms don't contain a fridge, but there is one located in the main area of the second floor (though this wasn't mentioned when checking in to my first floor room, I found it myself later). Shower pressure/heat was pretty good, and AC proved sufficient once it got going, despite the apparent age of the unit. The bed was firm, but not hard, and corridor noise was pretty low. Overall, I'd say Toon is EXCELLENT value for visiting Sukhothai's old town, and a much better spot to start from than anything in the new town unless you really think you're going to want to do much of anything in the late evening after a full day of exploring temples!
