New modern style hotel ideally located at quiet street just 3 minutes walk to the river. Many local cafes around. Nice modern design of lobby and room. Very good mattress and pillows. Modern bathroom and good hot water with good pressure. Room is ideally designed for perfect stay. Separate toilet and shower, refrigerator, TV, hair drier. There’s free coffee machine and cookies in lobby. There’s parking for 5 cars in front of entrance. Staff is very friendly. Please note - there’s no balcony in rooms. Hotel is very new and good. Highly recommend.

The service was very good and we had a clean and comfortable room with a great view of the Mekong river.  The A/C worked well and the room was very quiet.  The only issues we had were with the parking and the breakfast.  The hotel was booked full, so if you arrived back at the hotel later in the evening, you may not have any parking spots available.  The breakfast was on time each morning, but the selection of food was very limited and the quality was quite mediocre.  On several occasions, we stopped eating breakfast at the hotel and chose to pay extra to eat at a restaurant in town.  So in that regard, it was not a good deal for the money.

1st day arrived. Back door to room . I checked not locked and window not locked . I stayed o. Ground floor alley way . I find this a problem in Thailand always check doors and windows . I walked to the river and returned. Wanting a skower went into bedroom . Cockrochers running up around sink and cups. Lucky i carry fly spary but couldn't shower until morning . Smell of fly spary . Walking back to hotel . Got bailed up by 3 dogs coming at me . I walked back into town cross the road dogs come out to centre line . I reported it to reception . Told the Man . He said yes and showed me 3 fingers . So understood . One day some be biten . Be aware at night time

Small compact room, with comfortable bed with good quality linen and towels. Hot shower with plenty of water pressure. Shower small.and a larger person would struggle to use it. Good AC and nil issues. Bar fridge not working. Told the reception desk about it and did not seem interested. Parking at rear of hotel and rear entrance/exit point directly to reception.

สถานที่บรรยากาศดี ตกแต่งน่ารัก ดูอบอุ่น มีที่จอดรถและมีที่ชาร์จไฟฟ้าแต่พนักงานแจ้งว่าไม่สามารถใช้ได้เพราะกำลังไฟไม่พอ ที่พักหาง่าย ติดริมถนน ด้านหน้ามีร้านขายของชำ สะดวกดีค่ะ อุปกรณ์ในห้องครบครัน แต่เนื่องจากที่พักล้อมรอบไปด้วยต้นไม้ทำให้ในห้องมีแมลงค่อนข้างเยอะ เกาะทั่วพื้น ผนัง และบนที่นอน

buen valor para dinero,la habitación es aireada,puede abrir la puerta y la ventana para obtener el viento,incluido el desayuno,la puerta siguiente hay un café llamado boon home,la decoración es hermosa,Hay gatos para jugar

น้ำร้อนไม่ค่อยคงที่ ร้อนไปเลยกับเย็นไปเลย น้ำค่อนข้างเบา ฝาท่อระบายน้ำที่พื้นห้องน้ำทั้ง2ฝา มีพลาสติกคลุมไว้ คือทำให้น้ำที่พื้นล้นไปถึงหน้าประตู ไม่แน่ใจว่าให้ลูกค้าดึงออกเองหรืออย่างไร แต่ก็ใช้วิธีเผยอฝาท่อออกให้น้ำไหลได้ 😐 เรื่องเสียง ไม่เก็บเสียงใดๆ ข้างห้องฮัดเช้ยได้ยินชัดมาก 😅 ส่วนแขกที่จัดงานที่ห้องจัดเลี้ยงชั้นล่าง ได้ยินเสียงมาถึงชั้น7 แม้เบาๆแต่ก็ได้ยิน ถ้าออกมายืนคุยที่ลานหน้าห้องจัดเลี้ยงคือได้ยินชัดเลย 😂😂

excellent location, near the Mekong river with good view both in the morning and late afternoon, with car parks, basic room with reasonable size with river view, quiet despite next to the main road, both lady staff are friendly but speak no English, free coffee and toaste in the morning, i will recommend if you need a clean, basic room with parking in a budget price.. no doubt i will stay again
