UUsuario invitadoThe rooms and the dining are the best part of this hotel. The room was top notch 5/5 and the breakfast was amazing best I ever seen to be honest. I booked my room through trip.com while it was on promo, and the stuff sounded like their were not happy about the amount I paid. They told me it should have been double and they suggested if I like to pay more to get a better room but my rooms was already one of best including breakfast. The next day I asked them over three time if we can stay another night and they kept telling us no we are fully booked. I looked at all my travel apps and yes they took everything as sold out they i guess they really didn’t like how cheap it was. Few hours later they had rooms on all travel apps for double the price I paid. I end up leaving to another hotel. You will have to cross the road to get to Kabba it’s less convenient than Anjum hotel in my opinion

UUsuario anónimoPrice: Very cheap for a 4-star hotel. Good value for money.
Location: Quite far, located in the an Naseem area, but like the vive there.
Shuttle bus : very excellent and very punctual.
Room: Overall okay, but the toilet is quite small.
Breakfast: Has a good variety, but the menu is almost the same every day. I stayed for 7 nights and ended up eating nearly the same items daily.
Staff: Generally okay, but there was a serious incident that affected my stay. One night, a bellman attempted to open my room door 2–3 times. Fortunately, I had engaged the inner lock, so he was unable to enter fully. He was accompanied by other outsiders, which was a clear breach of guest privacy and safety.
I immediately made a complaint to the reception. They offered a room upgrade, but the room change process took a very long time. I waited from before Maghrib until after Isya, and eventually had to go to the reception myself to follow up.
Wi-Fi: After changing to the new room, the Wi-Fi signal was very weak. I had to sit near the lift area just to get a stable and stronger internet connection, which was very inconvenient.

BBalqis ZWhen we arrive it was quick and easy to get our keys.
Upon check in the room was spacious, clean and beautiful. There was no dry mat for foot, we requested and housekeeping said they don’t have it.
The toilet was slippery each time after we use them and as we exit the toilet due to no foot dry mat.
After a day, the housekeeping later gave us dry mat.
Overall location for shopping and eating Arabic/western/bangladesh cuisine is located less than 1min walk.
Towards Haram may take 10-15mins walk.
During each prayer time road will closed and will have your personal private van/car unable to reach the hotel due to police control about 500meters away from this hotel not allowing any private car in. Before and after prayer time road are open but restricted unless you walk to 500meters to the police where they control which vehicles can come in and tell the police which private vehicle is yours. So we were eventually late for our flight due to local restrictions by traffic police not allowing our private vehicle in as you have to walk 500meters and identify which vehicle to tell the police to let in. That’s the only inconvenience and the hotel can’t do anything about it nor assist your luggage to walk 500meters away to send your luggage to your vehicles.

Habría esperado que se respetara mi reserva, pero me dieron una habitación con dos camas individuales en lugar de una con cama extragrande. El hotel dijo que la habitación no estaba disponible, pero veo que otras personas han sufrido lo mismo. Además, mi habitación no tenía plancha, solo tabla de planchar. Por el precio que pagué, esperaba tener esta facilidad. Pagué 877 SAR por una noche.

UUsuario invitadoUn hotel de cinco estrellas relativamente antiguo. Después de quedarme dos noches, la tarjeta de acceso a la habitación no se pudo abrir el primer día después de que salí. Necesito bajar para hacer una tarjeta. ¡El camarero hace la limpieza a las 6 de la tarde! Si estás ocupado, agrega más personas. ¡Regresé exhausto del exterior y quedé devastado al ver la habitación que aún no había sido limpiada!

UUsuario invitadoExcellent hotel in Ibrahim Khalil Road, 10 mins walk from Masjid Al Haram. If you want a good priced hotel for yourself and family, no thrills. This would be the one, can’t really fault it. Breakfast isn’t the best however does the job.

MM8008The suite we got two days before we leave was very spacious and beautiful.
Thank you Abdulla, abdurahman, Fahad and Bader for the last experience.
The only thing we still don’t like is the behaviour of the housekeeping manager who doesn’t inform the housekeepers of our demands, we hope the hotel management will deal with this matter as soon as possible.
