From the moment we arrived, we were greeted warmly by the reception team and delighted with a complimentary upgrade upon check-in. The upgraded room was not only spacious with breathtaking views but also impeccably clean and beautifully maintained, reflecting the hotel’s high standards. A special thank you to the reception manager, whose professionalism and welcoming demeanor made the check-in process smooth and set a positive tone for our stay. Their attention to detail and commitment to ensuring our satisfaction were truly appreciated. One of the thoughtful touches that enhanced our experience was the provision of bath salts, allowing us to unwind and relax after completing Umrah. It was a small but meaningful gesture that added to the overall sense of care. The service throughout the hotel was exceptional. The housekeeping team was proactive, consistently checking in to ensure we had enough towels, toiletries, and other essentials, contributing significantly to our comfort. Breakfast was another highlight of our stay. The breakfast service team was attentive and welcoming, ensuring we were comfortable and well taken care of. They even provided a walk-around tour of the buffet spread, introducing us to the menu and explaining the dishes. The breakfast theme was thoughtfully curated, offering a wide range of delicious options to suit every palate. Desta and Sandhy stood out for their exceptional hospitality. They were incredibly helpful, attentive, and proactive in anticipating our needs, making us feel truly valued as guests. Hajar also deserves special recognition for her patience and creativity in resolving our requests with practical and thoughtful solutions. The in-room dining team, especially Farouk, provided excellent service. Farouk’s attentiveness and efficiency ensured that every meal was delivered promptly and with care, enhancing our overall experience. Me hospedé aquí en 2019 y regresé el 4 de diciembre de 2025. Desde la recepción hasta el registro, el servicio y la habitación, todo fue excelente. Me encantó la habitación con vista al Haram y dormí profundamente sin ningún ruido. También hay una sala de oración en el tercer piso. El hotel ofrece una amplia variedad de comida internacional en el bufé y el servicio es excepcional. El personal de todos los departamentos siempre es rápido y atento. Me gustó mucho el Hilton Convention Jabal Omar y me impresionó enormemente.

¡La oportunidad de hospedarme en este hotel me ha abierto un mundo de posibilidades! El hotel está conectado con la Gran Mezquita a través de un pasaje subterráneo. Las habitaciones son amplias, cómodas, tranquilas e impecables. El desayuno es bastante variado y completo. Y lo más importante, ¡las vistas desde la habitación son espectaculares! El personal es amable y atento. Lo único es que, durante las horas punta, el proceso de check-in fue un poco lento; esperamos media hora. Por lo demás, todo perfecto. En general, me encantó. ¡Volvería sin dudarlo!

Fue una muy buena decisión alojarnos en Park Inn durante el Eid, ya que otros servicios de transporte te dejan en medio de la calle, pero el servicio de transporte Park Inn nos deja cerca del Haram para que podamos caminar e ingresar al Haram sin ningún problema. Apenas se necesitan 15 minutos desde el hotel para llegar al Haram.

Subject: Complaint regarding incorrect room assignment. Dear Hotel Management, I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent booking at your hotel. I reserved a room with specific features through your booking platform, and these details were confirmed before my customer's arrival. However, when my customer checked in, they were assigned a completely different room that did not match the confirmed reservation. The main issue was not the attitude of the reception staff, but the failure to provide the room that had been booked and confirmed. I would also like to mention that the issue was eventually resolved only after I personally contacted my customer and asked them to speak directly with the receptionist. I instructed my customer to explain that they wanted the room they had originally reserved. Only after this discussion did the hotel change the room and provide the accommodation that matched the original reservation. Although, I appreciate that the matter was eventually corrected, this should have been handled properly from the beginning, without requiring additional intervention. I hope you will review this incident and take steps to ensure that confirmed reservations are honored in the future, providing guests with the service they expect. Second time I opted this hotel. I reached there at 9.30am and check in starts at 16.00 so they charged extra payment for early checkin which is more then I paid via trip.com Hotel is good, breakfast is excellent, shuttle service is perfect. I never wait for more then 5 minutes for shuttle to move. It's always standing at door which is +++ point. But in rush hours police close the way directly to Haram from the drop point and you have to take a long round and go to Haram after crossing Makkah Towers from Ibrahim Kalil road. This distance summed up for 1.5km which is very difficult for elders and ladies. Overall in this price hotel is perfect.

Hotal es bueno, pero un poco lejos de Haram, a 15 o 20 minutos a pie. Proporcionan servicio de autobús desde el hotel hasta el haram. Las 24 horas. Si eres joven y la pareja es buena. Si la persona es mayor y no puede caminar, elija otra cerca de Haram y cerca de muchas tiendas.

Excellent hotel with great service and a nice breakfast. Highly recommended! Compared to other hotels, this offers the best value for money. However, the location is on a hill, which may be difficult for elderly guests to access.
