Had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn & Suites Al Khobar! The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, with all the modern amenities. The staff was friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. Breakfast had a great variety, and the location is perfect — close to shopping areas and the Corniche. Overall, it was a pleasant and relaxing experience. Highly recommended for both business and leisure stays! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

We loved our stay at staybridge khobar. The room is spacious with a fully occupied kitchen & huge washroom. Their service is extremely praiseworthy, whatever we asked for fulfilled immediately. They have complimentary 24hr coffee service, which I haven’t seen in any other hotel. Their breakfast items are good & tasty but they don’t have a separate restaurant area which somehow disappoint me as we imagined its Staybridge, so there must be a huge dining hall

One of my best spot in al khobar, near dahran mall and street 21, walking is great there and you can explore many places

Great hotel, location, service, quick check in and check out, along with plenty of parking space. Fast food and cafes are across the street. Mall of Dhahran is opposite to the hotel. Overall, great accommodation and will go to them every time going to Khobar.

El hotel es bastante antiguo, con una atmósfera que recuerda al siglo pasado en American Horror Story… Aunque la iluminación es cálida, es algo tenue, especialmente en el restaurante. Era la primera vez que veía un restaurante tan lleno y ruidoso; muchas familias cenaban allí y estaba abarrotado a cualquier hora del día, ¿quizás debido a algún festival local? El restaurante servía mucha carne, pero no se ajustaba a mi paladar chino… La cobertura wifi del hotel era mediocre y la velocidad de internet un poco lenta, lo que resultaba en una latencia particularmente alta para el teletrabajo. El gimnasio estaba bien, con muchas máquinas, pero eran bastante antiguas. La piscina era pequeña y la usaban principalmente los niños. El servicio del hotel era aceptable, las habitaciones estaban bastante limpias y el aire acondicionado y el agua caliente en la ducha eran adecuados. Si bien el hotel tiene un ambiente de resort, es innegablemente antiguo y un poco inquietante…

Hotel was clean and complementary breakfast was very nice

I don’t mind paying for another day if I arrive early but I couldn’t understand why they lied to me. I came to the hotel at 3:30 in the morning of the day I booked for check-in. I was told to pay in full and didn’t get a breakfast. The guy at the front desk said I should come downstairs to check in again at 12:00 for another room because they didn’t have the type of none smoking room I booked. It was all fine. You didn’t allow me spend several hours in the sofa in the lobby “because we are are five star hotel!”(although during the coming several days I have seen people including myself and my colleagues staying in the sofas all the time without paying for any coffee or snacks). The pain I had is they told me to wait until 3pm for changing rooms. I called the front desk several times and in the end called back to China to talk to Ctrip. The guy who changed me full day for less than 7 hours stay has seen my Ctrip booking in my cellphone. The lady at front counter told me they didn’t know I had another booking! Don’t understand what system they were using to manage the hotel. Eventually I carried my luggage out to lunch and then got my other room at 1:30pm. Regarding hardware I want to complain about the bench in front of the bed. It was a hard and heavy thing that would break your knees if you hit it during the night if you go t bathroom or come back for sleep. Couldn’t understand why in such a small room they want to squeeze everything in. The lattice for salad in breakfast had sands. Maybe I was unlucky? Anyway as a guy who stays in five stars all the time I would not come back to this hotel in the future.

El hotel necesita trabajar mucho más en el check-in y la actitud de recepción. Esto lleva tanto tiempo, el receptor es muy lento, no bienvenido, y nunca se sorrió. La habitación es decente, el aire acondicionado es muy alto y el ducha es muy fuerte.
