El hotel es un hotel muy bueno y una habitación increíble. Es especial y tiene todo lo que necesita. La cocina tiene todo el equipo para usar. Y también hay una máquina de lavar.

Had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn & Suites Al Khobar! The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, with all the modern amenities. The staff was friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. Breakfast had a great variety, and the location is perfect — close to shopping areas and the Corniche. Overall, it was a pleasant and relaxing experience. Highly recommended for both business and leisure stays! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

El hotel es excelente en general, especialmente el restaurante y todo su personal, desde el gerente hasta el empleado más joven. El personal de limpieza es maravilloso y servicial. El personal de mantenimiento es indiferente; no está claro si el problema está en la recepción o no. Los recepcionistas son amables, pero necesitan algo de capacitación. El estacionamiento es muy limitado. Me impresionó el empleado (Wajed); fue excelente y se esforzó por encontrar soluciones.

Location is great , breakfast ok nothing special about it, hotel needs to have more services and get the small business center to what it used to be as only on pc that does not work the other one has been removed

Aloft es un hotel ideal para viajeros que desean un alojamiento con un excelente servicio. A partir de la recepción o el servicio de habitaciones, recibo la respuesta y el servicio necesario rápidamente y les daré 5 estrellas cuando los comparo con sus competidores. El hotel está situado a poca distancia de las cadenas de comida rápida, las tiendas de café y un hospital.

The open swimming pool is the highlight for the kids and adults

I don’t mind paying for another day if I arrive early but I couldn’t understand why they lied to me. I came to the hotel at 3:30 in the morning of the day I booked for check-in. I was told to pay in full and didn’t get a breakfast. The guy at the front desk said I should come downstairs to check in again at 12:00 for another room because they didn’t have the type of none smoking room I booked. It was all fine. You didn’t allow me spend several hours in the sofa in the lobby “because we are are five star hotel!”(although during the coming several days I have seen people including myself and my colleagues staying in the sofas all the time without paying for any coffee or snacks). The pain I had is they told me to wait until 3pm for changing rooms. I called the front desk several times and in the end called back to China to talk to Ctrip. The guy who changed me full day for less than 7 hours stay has seen my Ctrip booking in my cellphone. The lady at front counter told me they didn’t know I had another booking! Don’t understand what system they were using to manage the hotel. Eventually I carried my luggage out to lunch and then got my other room at 1:30pm. Regarding hardware I want to complain about the bench in front of the bed. It was a hard and heavy thing that would break your knees if you hit it during the night if you go t bathroom or come back for sleep. Couldn’t understand why in such a small room they want to squeeze everything in. The lattice for salad in breakfast had sands. Maybe I was unlucky? Anyway as a guy who stays in five stars all the time I would not come back to this hotel in the future.

Was a scenic resort with access to family waterpark, but lacking in options for food, do had to order from outside, which seemed acceptable. Breakfast option was not worth the price, would highly discourage anyone from taking breakfast option. For sports, there is nets and goals for football, but they charge for renting balls. Best to bring your own sports equipment such as badminton, volleyball, football, squash, tennis, etc.
