Es un hotel con gran diseño y gusto. Está un poco alejado de muchas atracciones a pie, pero es bastante cómodo. Tiene su propio estacionamiento gratuito, lo cual es muy conveniente para conducir sin conductor. Las habitaciones también son muy buenas y las instalaciones completas. El servicio del hotel también es muy bueno. El personal de recepción es muy entusiasta y responde a todas las preguntas. Considerándolo todo, este hotel es muy rentable y muy recomendable.

Absolutely loved my stay. Perfectly located with tons to do nearby. Check-in was a breeze, and my room was sleek, modern, and packed with all the essentials. For the price, it’s a steal! Just a heads up – there's a construction site next door, but don’t let that stop you. Highly recommend this gem!

La pequeña desaparición**ente fue la falta de gimnasio. Sé que caminamos por ahí, pero sería bueno tener la opción como mi marido y hijo quieren practicar un poco. Además, el salón de TV que puede ser agradable para los adolescentes/niños para usar mientras esperamos que nuestras habitaciones estén listas fue bastante simple en términos de diseño interior, sólo paredes de concreto grises, Aquí está el hotel, y el hotel está muy bien situado, y el hotel está muy bien situado.

Mi estancia de una noche en el BessaHotel de Oporto fue muy agradable. La habitación era elegante, limpia y moderna, y proporcionaba un ambiente confortable. La experiencia en la piscina fue positiva, sobre todo porque estuvo lloviendo durante todo el día, a pesar de la desorganización que provocó la ocupación constante de las tumbonas por parte de otros huéspedes que se marcharon sin recoger sus toallas y ocupándolas inútilmente. La ubicación central, cerca del Metro Bulhão, facilitó el acceso a varios puntos de la ciudad. Servicio rápido y sin mucha burocracia. ¡¡Volvería!! :)

One of the Best Serviced Apartments We’ve Stayed At This was easily the best serviced apartment we’ve stayed at recently. All the facilities were brand new, and the cleanliness—especially in the kitchen and bathroom—surpassed even some 4-star hotels. Everything we needed was provided, and the interior design was excellent. The bed was also very comfortable. Great location, great price, great amenities. Here are a few potential downsides that might matter to some guests: • The internet was very slow. The Wi-Fi signal on the second floor was the strongest, so we used that, but it was barely sufficient for even checking emails. It felt as if the connection was intentionally throttled. If you need stable internet for work, tethering through your phone might actually be faster. • No elevator. Our unit was located on the second floor, and we had to carry about 30kg of luggage up the stairs ourselves. Even a small, old-fashioned lift would have been a huge help. • Noise from upstairs. Although the apartment was newly renovated, the flooring is still the original wooden structure, so noise from the upper floor can be heard. We were tired enough to sleep through it with earplugs, but sensitive guests should take this into account. Booking the top-floor unit might solve this issue, though that means climbing even more stairs. • Early check-in confusion. We had requested an early check-in, but it wasn’t communicated properly. As a result, we had to drop off our luggage at the YOUROPO office, which is about a 6–7 minute walk from the apartment. I wonder if we could’ve left our luggage directly at the property if the message had gone through properly—perhaps someone from the team could clarify? Despite these minor issues, I would still give this property a full 5 stars. If we visit Porto again, YOUROPO will be at the top of our list.

The room is very nice and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. It's easy to walk to the city center. My husband and I are very satisfied with the Renaissance Porto Lapa Hotel.

Just far enough from the busy crowded spots to feel peaceful, yet close enough to walk and or catch many different forms of transport. We booked planning to use the Sauna and Spa after a busy days sight seeing. Unfortunately they had time Limits that didnt allow such comfort, but that just made us do more in gorgeous Porto itself. The garden are well kept, a lovely, and not so small, green space to sit and enjoy the sunshine. Ana checked us in, she was wonderfully fun and full of so much helpful Information!! She gave us a fantastic, if not a little too ambitious itinerary for our short visit. And not one piece of advice Was wrong! Thankyou!! The apartments are nice, they have a warm grounding vibe. Everything Was comfortable except our bed, but that is always relative to who's sleeping in it. Well equipped for short stays, extra kitchen Equipment was available on request. But theres too many delicious options practically on your doorstep. We barely Even had coffee in our room. I would gladly return and stay at Apartments Oporto Anselmo again. And recommend

A little out of the centre but clean hotel with friendly and helpful staff. We stayed a night before we were booked in for the first night of an organised cycling trip . Staff had moved our bags to the new room while we were out sightseeing. Fantastic food hall just through a door from the hotel with huge choice of food and beer!

El hotel en general bien. Limpieza muy bien. Desayuno y comidas muy buenas Atención de los camareros genial. Pero la chica de la recepción que nos atendió en varias ocasiones muy mal, casi no nos atendía, nos ponía problemas en vez de soluciones, malas caras para atendernos, no nos miraba, cortante y seca, sin embargo su compañero y una compañera nos atendieron muy bien.

I recently spent four nights at Aparthotel Oporto Sol, and while my stay was overall okay, it came with a few drawbacks. First, the location is a bit outside the main area of Porto, which required some extra effort to get into the heart of the city. While the surroundings were quiet and less crowded, I did find myself relying on public transport or taxis more than I would have liked. One of the main issues was the absence of air conditioning in the bedroom. During my stay, the temperatures were warm, and it made things uncomfortable at night. Opening the windows was not an option due to the presence of mosquitoes outside, which meant I struggled to find a comfortable sleeping temperature. On the positive side, the apartment itself was spacious and generally clean. The amenities were adequate for my needs, and the staff was friendly and helpful, albeit a few blocks over. I appreciated the kitchenette, which allowed me to prepare some of my own meals during my stay. In summary, while my stay at Aparthotel Oporto Sol had its merits, the lack of air conditioning and its location outside the main area impacted my overall experience. If you're sensitive to heat or prefer to be in the city center, you may want to consider other options. Otherwise, it serves as a decent accommodation for those seeking a quieter spot.
