Es un hotel con gran diseño y gusto. Está un poco alejado de muchas atracciones a pie, pero es bastante cómodo. Tiene su propio estacionamiento gratuito, lo cual es muy conveniente para conducir sin conductor. Las habitaciones también son muy buenas y las instalaciones completas. El servicio del hotel también es muy bueno. El personal de recepción es muy entusiasta y responde a todas las preguntas. Considerándolo todo, este hotel es muy rentable y muy recomendable.

Absolutely loved my stay. Perfectly located with tons to do nearby. Check-in was a breeze, and my room was sleek, modern, and packed with all the essentials. For the price, it’s a steal! Just a heads up – there's a construction site next door, but don’t let that stop you. Highly recommend this gem!

Hotel bueno y amigable en la ubicación correcta a las instalaciones. Muchos restaurantes cerca para comer. El crucero del río está a una distancia de paseo. El hotel es pequeño pero ofrece todas las instalaciones. El personal es amigable y útil.

Last year I had the most wonderful stay at Menina Colina, and was excited to return. Unfortunately I now wish I had reserved elsewhere, as it has been nothing but a disappointment. Prices are so much higher than a year ago, but I thought I got what was a good deal on the garden room. Turns out it is greatly overpriced for what is offered, as it has none of the exquisite design or attention to detail that the interior rooms have. It also seems to be neglected in terms of maintenance. The coffee machine was leaking, and after reporting it, it was made out to be my fault as I was using it incorrectly. I had to physically show a member of staff the leaked water for them to agree to replace it. I was really annoyed that they felt that they needed to demonstrate to me how it works rather than just replacing it immediately. The next disappointment was that the room was initially not serviced at all, and no explanation was given. When you are paying $165 for a mediocre room (not even including breakfast), one would at the very least expect the bins to be emptied. The bathroom also had a terrible smell that permeated the room, and mosquitoes were a problem too. Management did offer me lunch or attendance of their fado show, but none of these arrangements fitted into my busy programme. I thought a small financial compensation would have made more sense. That did not happen, and nothing further was mentioned or discussed on check-out. The final issue was the online check-out which they require. When I tried to complete it, my bill was for my entire stay, although 3 of the 4 nights had already been paid months in advance. So my conclusion is unfortunately that Menina Colina’s standards have dropped significantly, and that it is overpriced for the lack of attention to detail that is evident in several areas.

Una ubicación perfecta , a un paso del centro del casco histórico y con la vista del puente Luis 1 . Moderno , fácil de encontrar , recepción amable y 24 hrs. El desayuno incluido tenía buffet delicioso con conjunto de frutas , bebidas , panes y demás . Además q viene con una bebida de bienvenida gratis. La cocina abre hasta tarde así que puedes comer y disfrutar demás un trago por la noche acompañada de música . Las habitaciones y camas cómodas y limpias desde la ventana se puede ver unos pasos el puente Luis I . Tienes lockers pagados uno vez que hagas check out , una sala cómoda de recepción y recreo . Me encantó en todos los sentidos lo recomiendo el precio y servicios valen totalmente . Gracias por todo

Heel fijn hotel! Top locatie. Dicht bij veel leuke ontbijt tentjes en restaurantjes. Ook heel dichtbij bij veel bezienswaardigheden. Top!

The room is very nice and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. It's easy to walk to the city center. My husband and I are very satisfied with the Renaissance Porto Lapa Hotel.

Esta es sólo una ubicación. Sin embargo, el diseño de la habitación es bueno y el desayuno también es bueno. Este es un hotel muy recomendado en Oporto.

The least you expect from a five star hotel was a good service and cleanlinless. We stayed here for 5 nights and they did not change our bedsheet even though it was written that they will change it every 3 days, no refill of water, no refill of tissues and coffee and tea we had to request it. There’s a small cockroach in the bathtub. At the front desk they don’t even greet you whenever you passby I am not being entitled that I should be greeted I just compare it to other hotel where they always smile. It’s hard to call the front desk sometimes it will take 5 minutes.  On the positive side the food in the restaurant was really good and the drinks at the bar those who are working there was really nice and attentive too. I’d like to commend also Fabrizio who always smile and who helps us with our luggage when we check in and check out.

A little out of the centre but clean hotel with friendly and helpful staff. We stayed a night before we were booked in for the first night of an organised cycling trip . Staff had moved our bags to the new room while we were out sightseeing. Fantastic food hall just through a door from the hotel with huge choice of food and beer!
