Hhsgr330Good location, close to the mall and within walking distance to the Subic freeport. Easy to access everywhere to shop or eat. The room is clean and tidy. Accidentally shower wasn't working propery but they prepared the other room immediately. Breakfast was amazing. All the food is fresh and we loved the omelet that was cooked at the live kitchen. All staff are always smiling and very helpful. We had such a wonderful time and relaxed while staying at the Subic Riviera Hotel. We really would like to stay again. Thank you so much.
Subicの中心地という好立地。ショッピングモールやレストランまで徒歩圏内で行けます。お部屋もとても綺麗で、温かいシャワーが出ないというアクシデントがありましたが、お部屋をすぐに変えてくれました。スタッフはいつも笑顔で出迎えてくれてとても親切でした。朝ごはんは、オムレツやパンケーキ・ワッフルを料理してくれるライブキッチンがあり、どの料理も新鮮で美味しかったです。また機会があったらぜひ利用したいと思います。

The room was beautifully designed—spotlessly clean, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. Every detail, from the luxurious bedding to the thoughtful amenities, reflected a commitment to quality. I especially loved the stunning view and the quiet, relaxing atmosphere.
The facilities were top-notch. The pool and fitness center were well-maintained, and the on-site dining was fantastic. The breakfast selection was fresh and varied, and every meal I had was delicious.
What truly set this hotel apart, though, was the attention to detail and the personalized service. Whether it was arranging transportation, offering local recommendations, or simply checking in to ensure everything was perfect, the staff made the experience feel special.
I can confidently say that Le charme Hotel lives up to its name—this was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and exceptional hospitality. I will absolutely be returning!

But not that great a location if you are looking for activities for children’s or night life. Those are very far away from this place. Very limited food options in the cafe behind the hotel.

SStephanieNever a hotel charges an extra when you ask for a blanket and sheet but this one. Only provided us with 1 room card and don’t have any extra. The hotel is located close to the event that we need to be, that’s why we agreed to switch it this one when Trip.com failed to confirm our original booking with another hotel. Not recommended to others at all.
