UUsuario invitadoGreat place!!! Place is more of a hotel combined apartment. It has an induction stove, coffee maker (top brand), fridge, kettle and cutleries and pans and stuff making your stay more comfortable if you just want to chill and stay indoors. Hotel is located near ayala malls making it more interesting. Hotel is clean and room is very spacious. I requested a single bed and queen bed but they offered me 2 queen beds making my 2 kids comfortable in their stay. I would really recommend this hotel as it looks very new.parking is amazing. Pool is wide and very nice but also water is cold. Buffet breakfast has few little choices and offers sharing seats with pther guests. Staff were friendly and helpful. Elevators are fast but also has a very fast closing times (please check on that-my daughter had near missed) room is quiet and so as hallways.

Cons:
- super slow reception (bad line management), smells really bad since it’s a casino and alot of random people walk in and out and smoke.
- NO OUTSIDE FOOD or FOOD DELIVERY!!! that’s actually absurd, since as an tourist, I want to enjoy local food in the comfort of my own home/room, and that is not allowed.. really crazy.
- NOBE restaurant is also extremely overpriced and bad, we got the omakase.. and the presentation was horrible.. food was so so average..
- The pool is only open till 8pm, you don’t really have much time to enjoy it since during the day time it’s so damn humid and hot outside, realistically you will start using the pool around 6 pm ish when it’s least hot
- loud noisy room, you can hear the loud train, traffics, airplane noise outside, combined with the room next door.. it’s so loud , I am honestly shocked by how bad the sound proofing is

**Habitación y Servicios**
Las habitaciones eran amplias, impecables y equipadas con mobiliario moderno como balcones privados y cocinas pequeñas con vistas a la Bahía de Manila. Servicios como el gimnasio, la piscina y la tienda de conveniencia añadieron comodidad sin necesidad de salir de la propiedad. La limpieza diaria aseguraba que todo se mantuviera confortable y fresco.
**Servicio del Personal**
El personal fue educado, servicial y siempre sonriente, brindando asistencia como llamar taxis o gestionar el check-in sin problemas. Su trato amable contribuyó en gran medida a la atmósfera positiva.
**Ubicación y Seguridad**
La ubicación cerca de Okada, Solaire, MOA y NAIA ofrecía fácil acceso a las atracciones en una zona residencial segura y de alto nivel con fuertes medidas de seguridad. Las vistas de la bahía y la ciudad desde los pisos superiores eran impresionantes, especialmente por la noche.
**Áreas de Mejora**
Algunos muebles se sentían ligeramente frágiles, y el acceso a pie a lugares cercanos como Okada estaba restringido a pesar de las afirmaciones de proximidad. En general, estos fueron detalles menores en comparación con la excelente relación calidad-precio y la comodidad proporcionadas.

Room - clean, cozy, relaxing
Table space - great specially for those who are working
Room Wifi - can be a bit unstable but overall great connection, choose 5g option for a more stable connection
Bed - king size with 4 pillows and warm duvet cover
2 sofa bed - can make larger beds with two sofa beds available in the room (you can request them to arrange this before your check in)
Bathroom - clean, warm and cold water, with hair dryer, towels can be replaced upon request for additional cost, standard set for hygiene care (toothbrush, toothpaste)
Fridge - available, just need to plug it in when you arrive
TV - only cable channel, no netflix or other streaming app
Safety deposit box - available
Swimming Pool - not heated, very cold, great in summer or hot weather
Breakfast - Buffet, a few selection but has appetizers (salad, fruits), main dish, desserts, drinks, coffee, cereals. Overall great food.

大大力鄭Viajamos con dos niños, así que una suite de dos habitaciones fue la opción más sensata. Este hotel está a 10 minutos a pie del aeropuerto de Manila. Había restaurantes y el 11/7 cerca. El centro comercial Alyala también está a poca distancia. Había una gran piscina y otras instalaciones, pero no tuvimos tiempo de usarlas. El personal de recepción fue muy amable y atento. En cuanto al precio, era razonable (la mayoría de los hoteles en Manila eran caros, en mi opinión). Solo hubo dos pequeños inconvenientes: la presión del agua y el personal de limpieza tocó el timbre a las 9:30, demasiado temprano para quienes iban de vacaciones.

Honestly check in process is a bit of a hassle. I wish this was all explained in the advert. Just getting into Azure by car the guards wouldn't let us in without a QR code which we wasn't given. Host required pictures of our IDs before we can get in. Then ID is to be left as reception for check in. Again QR code is required for this. Wouldn't of be nice to know all of this either beforehand or atleast message sent from host straight after booking confirmation. Luckily reception wasn't so busy when we checked in. Check in on the weekends would be a nightmare! Seen plenty people having to sit outside during this process.
Place was OK, BUT first thing I noticed when walking through the front door was a cockroach trap. During our stay we saw plenty! The hangout spot was on the fridge! Even found some roaches in the fridge. Hot water wasn't working on the first night, they got maintenance and issue was resolved.
Be aware there is a charge to using the pools on site. Health club is only accessible to residents not guests. Host did discount the ”cleaning fee” which I felt shouldn't be a thing because of the infestation. I was told they had pest control but had to stop as I rented the place. I was offered another room which was a little better but the hot water constantly tripped out when using. Had to flip the switch in the fuse box every time. Shower mount was broken which fell on my head when I used it first time.

I would like to provide feedback and raise a concern regarding my recent booking experience.
I booked a stay for 15 guests at a specific hotel ( Lux Penhouse), and the booking went through successfully without any issues. However, just a few hours before our scheduled check-in, I was informed that we would be moved to a different hotel ( bayshore phase 2), with the reason being that the original hotel “could not accommodate 15 pax.” This was extremely disappointing, especially since the booking was clearly made for 15 people and was confirmed.
The replacement accommodation provided did not meet expectations:
• The utensils were incomplete, and basic amenities such as toothbrushes and towels were not ready upon our arrival.
• The swimming pool was closed for maintenance, which was not communicated in advance. This was one of the main reasons we chose the property.
• Overall, the place felt unprepared for a group of our size.
On a positive note, I would like to acknowledge that the few staff who assisted us and the lobby personnel were helpful and courteous, and we appreciate their efforts.
While we understand that unforeseen changes can occur, proper notice and preparation are expected, especially for confirmed group bookings. I hope this feedback helps improve your service and guest experience. I would also appreciate a response regarding this matter.
