UUsuario invitadoStayed for one night and could stayed within hotel area without going outside. Room was clean and decorated nicely. Enjoyed sunset at pool bar with nice wind. Int'l buffet restaurant had many variety. There are low rate casino tables and easy to play. I pretty liked almosphere of Solaire and surely want to visit again and stay longer. Strongly recommended !

The room is very spacious it perfect for family size.
Downside
I really expect to get room facing okada, i assumed all offered rooms regardless of the type as posted in tiktok or other social media platform . So i duno if it has to booked in other apps to get those view
The other buildings on pacific side , looks like abandoned building , im at 32nd floor it looks creepy when i opened my window, it reminds me of horror story. The bathroom getting flooded when you used the shower.
The pool at the 2F was alright, i havent touched the gym. But 2 facilities are enough tp accommodate quick staycation
I wld recommend to booked premium room to enjoy the bayview. But for quick stay like i did.
What you pay, is what you get. .

UUsuario invitadoEste es exactamente el lugar ideal después de visitar Manila. Quienes van directamente de su casa en Londres al aeropuerto y paran aquí en taxi al llegar, quizá no aprecien este lugar.
Imaginen que Manila es la metrópolis más densamente poblada, con 24 millones de habitantes. La mayoría se apiña en sus edificios de la época de Jruschov. Entonces, el contraste con este complejo de élite se hará evidente de inmediato.
Ahora, los deseos:
1. Como he alquilado apartamentos anteriormente, entiendo que para un registro cómodo, se necesitan instrucciones paso a paso. Un video desde el momento de la llegada/entrada hasta la entrada a la habitación. Un punto en el mapa con coordenadas para que el conductor se detenga.
2. Quizás se necesite una política de precios más flexible. Tengo estatus Platinum en trip.com, así que recibí un descuento al reservar. El precio del alojamiento aquí fue ligeramente más alto que en el Hotel Savoy, cerca del aeropuerto, donde me alojé después de llegar.
¿Volvería aquí otra vez? Por supuesto que sí. Aquí te sientes como el centro de atención. Como casi no hay residentes en la casa, hay docenas de guardias de seguridad alrededor. Cerca hay un complejo VIP con casino. Hay una tienda con todo lo necesario en la entrada.
Si algo no queda claro, el dueño del apartamento responde rápidamente por WhatsApp.
Detalles tan necesarios como botellas de agua al llegar sin duda serán de gran ayuda, y la posibilidad de refrescar la ropa en la lavadora es simplemente fantástica.
Dos aires acondicionados, un televisor inteligente de 55 pulgadas, un refrigerador grande y una ducha excelente, además de una vista preciosa desde el balcón.
Me quedaría aquí mucho tiempo, pero ya compré un billete a Boracay.

MMaCE 11Enjoyed everything about our stay ❤️❤️❤️. From the booking procedure (they're very organized ☺️) Also, very open about what to expect upon checking in. And when we arrived, to much of my delight - we were very much assisted with parking in the basement up to our luggage handling ❤️. We chose their Junior Suite which came up with a balcony, 2 rooms, a living room, dining & kitchen with induction cooker and water heater (microwave oven is subject to availability and bring your own rice cooker) and two separate toilet & bath. In addition, what made our stay more memorable is that we got the chance to see the beautiful fireworks🎉🎉🎉 of MOA's last pyromusical event from our balcony in which you can also see the river, Diokno & Macapagal Avenues ☺️❤️
Lastly, the location - I so love it's approximity to Parqal, MOA & Ayala Mall by the Bay. There's also a nearby catholic church and areas where you can walk or jog ☺️
I also want to commend the housekeeping & utility men for assisting us during our needs ❤️
My group enjoyed a lot in their huge and clean swimming pool (they have 2 big pools) surrounded beautifully landscaped garden. They also have a gym, a basketball court and a ktv area ( to be coordinated).
During the time we checked in, they're still working on their restaurant. They allow food and drinks from outside.

I would like to provide feedback and raise a concern regarding my recent booking experience.
I booked a stay for 15 guests at a specific hotel ( Lux Penhouse), and the booking went through successfully without any issues. However, just a few hours before our scheduled check-in, I was informed that we would be moved to a different hotel ( bayshore phase 2), with the reason being that the original hotel “could not accommodate 15 pax.” This was extremely disappointing, especially since the booking was clearly made for 15 people and was confirmed.
The replacement accommodation provided did not meet expectations:
• The utensils were incomplete, and basic amenities such as toothbrushes and towels were not ready upon our arrival.
• The swimming pool was closed for maintenance, which was not communicated in advance. This was one of the main reasons we chose the property.
• Overall, the place felt unprepared for a group of our size.
On a positive note, I would like to acknowledge that the few staff who assisted us and the lobby personnel were helpful and courteous, and we appreciate their efforts.
While we understand that unforeseen changes can occur, proper notice and preparation are expected, especially for confirmed group bookings. I hope this feedback helps improve your service and guest experience. I would also appreciate a response regarding this matter.

Honestly check in process is a bit of a hassle. I wish this was all explained in the advert. Just getting into Azure by car the guards wouldn't let us in without a QR code which we wasn't given. Host required pictures of our IDs before we can get in. Then ID is to be left as reception for check in. Again QR code is required for this. Wouldn't of be nice to know all of this either beforehand or atleast message sent from host straight after booking confirmation. Luckily reception wasn't so busy when we checked in. Check in on the weekends would be a nightmare! Seen plenty people having to sit outside during this process.
Place was OK, BUT first thing I noticed when walking through the front door was a cockroach trap. During our stay we saw plenty! The hangout spot was on the fridge! Even found some roaches in the fridge. Hot water wasn't working on the first night, they got maintenance and issue was resolved.
Be aware there is a charge to using the pools on site. Health club is only accessible to residents not guests. Host did discount the ”cleaning fee” which I felt shouldn't be a thing because of the infestation. I was told they had pest control but had to stop as I rented the place. I was offered another room which was a little better but the hot water constantly tripped out when using. Had to flip the switch in the fuse box every time. Shower mount was broken which fell on my head when I used it first time.
