Pros: buena arquitectura, agradable servicio de spa y minibar gratuito (cips de nuedel y pringle, coque y zumo de manzana) Cons: - una recepción muy lenta (mayor gestión de líneas), huele muy mal desde que es un casino y muchas personas aleatorias caminan y fuman. - NO ALIMENTO EXTERIOR ni ALIMENTO DE LIBERTACIÓN!!! que es realmente absurdo, ya que como turista, quiero disfrutar de comida local en el confort de mi propia casa/sala, y eso no es permitido.. realmente loco. - El restaurante NOBE también es extremadamente caro y malo, tenemos la cocina... y la presentación fue horrible.. comida era tan promedio.. - The pool is only open until 8pm, you don't really have much time to enjoy it since during the day time it's so damn wet and hot outside, realisticly you will start using the pool around 6pm ish when it's least hot - Alto espacio ruidoso, puedes oír el alta tren, tráfico, ruido de avión fuera, combinado con la habitación a la puerta.. es tan alto , Estoy honestamente chocado por lo mal que es la prueba de sonido

Great place!!! Place is more of a hotel combined apartment. It has an induction stove, coffee maker (top brand), fridge, kettle and cutleries and pans and stuff making your stay more comfortable if you just want to chill and stay indoors. Hotel is located near ayala malls making it more interesting. Hotel is clean and room is very spacious. I requested a single bed and queen bed but they offered me 2 queen beds making my 2 kids comfortable in their stay. I would really recommend this hotel as it looks very new.parking is amazing. Pool is wide and very nice but also water is cold. Buffet breakfast has few little choices and offers sharing seats with pther guests. Staff were friendly and helpful. Elevators are fast but also has a very fast closing times (please check on that-my daughter had near missed) room is quiet and so as hallways.

Stayed for a night with bestie. Check in was a breeze. Room was clean and very spacious. There’s a fridge, a safe and tv. Complete toiletries and comfy bed. MOA and Manila Bay is about 1km on foot. For entertainment , City of Dreams is about an 8min walk. Sequoia Hotel seems to be popular with families. Pool was a nice spot to chill and have a drink or two. Breakfast was nothing special. But good enough. I feel as though it’s not worth the price. There’s a 7-11 around yhe corner for a quick, affordable fix.

Nuestra experiencia fue agradable y relajante, con varias características destacadas que la hicieron memorable. **Habitación y Servicios** Las habitaciones eran amplias, impecables y equipadas con mobiliario moderno como balcones privados y cocinas pequeñas con vistas a la Bahía de Manila. Servicios como el gimnasio, la piscina y la tienda de conveniencia añadieron comodidad sin necesidad de salir de la propiedad. La limpieza diaria aseguraba que todo se mantuviera confortable y fresco. **Servicio del Personal** El personal fue educado, servicial y siempre sonriente, brindando asistencia como llamar taxis o gestionar el check-in sin problemas. Su trato amable contribuyó en gran medida a la atmósfera positiva. **Ubicación y Seguridad** La ubicación cerca de Okada, Solaire, MOA y NAIA ofrecía fácil acceso a las atracciones en una zona residencial segura y de alto nivel con fuertes medidas de seguridad. Las vistas de la bahía y la ciudad desde los pisos superiores eran impresionantes, especialmente por la noche. **Áreas de Mejora** Algunos muebles se sentían ligeramente frágiles, y el acceso a pie a lugares cercanos como Okada estaba restringido a pesar de las afirmaciones de proximidad. En general, estos fueron detalles menores en comparación con la excelente relación calidad-precio y la comodidad proporcionadas.

Viajamos con dos niños, así que una suite de dos habitaciones fue la opción más sensata. Este hotel está a 10 minutos a pie del aeropuerto de Manila. Había restaurantes y el 11/7 cerca. El centro comercial Alyala también está a poca distancia. Había una gran piscina y otras instalaciones, pero no tuvimos tiempo de usarlas. El personal de recepción fue muy amable y atento. En cuanto al precio, era razonable (la mayoría de los hoteles en Manila eran caros, en mi opinión). Solo hubo dos pequeños inconvenientes: la presión del agua y el personal de limpieza tocó el timbre a las 9:30, demasiado temprano para quienes iban de vacaciones.

Before booking, I informed the host that I would be traveling with a baby who has sensitive skin and requested fresh beddings and a properly cleaned unit. I believe this was a reasonable request for a paying guest. Our stay was disappointing. The unit is quite small for a family of four, especially with the extra bed, which leaves very little space to move around. Upon arrival, we immediately found several cockroaches, and they continued to appear even after a deep cleaning. My daughter became so uncomfortable that she couldn't sleep well and chose to stay at our relatives' house for the rest of our vacation. We were also worried about our baby's safety. The cleanliness of the unit was below expectations. The shower head and faucet had visible dirt and mold, the mop provided was dirty, there were no extra trash bags, and it seemed the bathroom had not been thoroughly cleaned. We stayed for 8 days, but room cleaning, towel replacement, and changing the beddings were only offered after we raised these concerns. The booking was for four guests, but only two towels were initially provided. On the positive side, the customer service team took our concerns seriously and arranged a deep cleaning, replaced the towels, and the property staff responded after customer support followed up. We also appreciated the complimentary toiletries. Overall, I appreciate their efforts to address the issues, but I believe the unit needs proper pest control and a much more thorough deep cleaning. This review is based on our experience and is intended to help improve the stay for future guests. The photos I uploaded are only a few of what we experienced. Some of the other issues were too unpleasant to photograph, but everything I mentioned in this review is based on our actual stay.

A truly exceptional stay experience! From the moment we booked, the host, Guodong, was friendly and provided clear, helpful instructions. The apartment itself was a haven—stylish, quiet, and so comfortable. It felt like a home away from home. We slept great and loved the bedroom and the living room 'that gives natural light. Highly recommended if you're looking for quality and great hospitality! We will stay here again on our next trip.

El lugar es muy agradable. Es realmente limpio y cómodo. Bueno para las familias también. Lamentable que no pudiéramos disfrutar de la piscina durante la estancia debido al mal tiempo. Espero que pronto tengan aparcamiento de motocicletas y tiendas más cómodas.

Cozy place. Enough space for solo or couples. Honestly check in process is a bit of a hassle. I wish this was all explained in the advert. Just getting into Azure by car the guards wouldn't let us in without a QR code which we wasn't given. Host required pictures of our IDs before we can get in. Then ID is to be left as reception for check in. Again QR code is required for this. Wouldn't of be nice to know all of this either beforehand or atleast message sent from host straight after booking confirmation. Luckily reception wasn't so busy when we checked in. Check in on the weekends would be a nightmare! Seen plenty people having to sit outside during this process. Place was OK, BUT first thing I noticed when walking through the front door was a cockroach trap. During our stay we saw plenty! The hangout spot was on the fridge! Even found some roaches in the fridge. Hot water wasn't working on the first night, they got maintenance and issue was resolved. Be aware there is a charge to using the pools on site. Health club is only accessible to residents not guests. Host did discount the ”cleaning fee” which I felt shouldn't be a thing because of the infestation. I was told they had pest control but had to stop as I rented the place. I was offered another room which was a little better but the hot water constantly tripped out when using. Had to flip the switch in the fuse box every time. Shower mount was broken which fell on my head when I used it first time.

Feedback and Complaint Regarding Recent Hotel Stay I would like to provide feedback and raise a concern regarding my recent booking experience. I booked a stay for 15 guests at a specific hotel ( Lux Penhouse), and the booking went through successfully without any issues. However, just a few hours before our scheduled check-in, I was informed that we would be moved to a different hotel ( bayshore phase 2), with the reason being that the original hotel “could not accommodate 15 pax.” This was extremely disappointing, especially since the booking was clearly made for 15 people and was confirmed. The replacement accommodation provided did not meet expectations: • The utensils were incomplete, and basic amenities such as toothbrushes and towels were not ready upon our arrival. • The swimming pool was closed for maintenance, which was not communicated in advance. This was one of the main reasons we chose the property. • Overall, the place felt unprepared for a group of our size. On a positive note, I would like to acknowledge that the few staff who assisted us and the lobby personnel were helpful and courteous, and we appreciate their efforts. While we understand that unforeseen changes can occur, proper notice and preparation are expected, especially for confirmed group bookings.
