UUsuario invitadoGood overnight stay. Bed was fine, room was clean and just the right size, view was of the Manila bay. They stopped giving plastic amenities (shampoo, soap, etc) and have the dispensers already which helps reduce plastic waste. Water pressure in the toilet and shower is good. In room dining service was also fine, they were busy during breakfast which is normal and the food reached us exactly after 45 minutes. Tried the rooftop bar and there was ample selection of drinks, view was relaxing and air was cool last night. Really convenient to have a connecting walkway from the 4th floor of the hotel to Ayala Mall Manila Bay. All staff were friendly and polite and greeted us if we see them along the hall.
Would have been better if they allowed at least up to 1pm late checkout.

MMon WangPros: nice architecture , nice SPA & service, free mini bar (cup noodle & Pringle chips, coke and pineapple juice)
Cons:
- super slow reception (bad line management), smells really bad since it’s a casino and alot of random people walk in and out and smoke.
- NO OUTSIDE FOOD or FOOD DELIVERY!!! that’s actually absurd, since as an tourist, I want to enjoy local food in the comfort of my own home/room, and that is not allowed.. really crazy.
- NOBE restaurant is also extremely overpriced and bad, we got the omakase.. and the presentation was horrible.. food was so so average..
- The pool is only open till 8pm, you don’t really have much time to enjoy it since during the day time it’s so damn humid and hot outside, realistically you will start using the pool around 6 pm ish when it’s least hot
- loud noisy room, you can hear the loud train, traffics, airplane noise outside, combined with the room next door.. it’s so loud , I am honestly shocked by how bad the sound proofing is

DDalia LantigSpacious and clean however the location is not quite good if you like to go around the metro like moa or Ayala mall, they do provide shuttle but I had a bad experience with their shuttle for going back to the hotel, waited an hour in the waiting area at Ayala mall said the shuttle been there for pick but I really never saw it, then they did nothing about it. I was in the exact location for pick up. Anyways I tried to book near to the metro next time. But this one have competitive price for an overnight stay.!

NNelly!Stayed for a night with bestie. Check in was a breeze. Room was clean and very spacious. There’s a fridge, a safe and tv. Complete toiletries and comfy bed.
MOA and Manila Bay is about 1km on foot. For entertainment , City of Dreams is about an 8min walk.
Sequoia Hotel seems to be popular with families. Pool was a nice spot to chill and have a drink or two.
Breakfast was nothing special. But good enough. I feel as though it’s not worth the price. There’s a 7-11 around yhe corner for a quick, affordable fix.

JJerdean17Tuve una estancia agradable en este hotel. El personal, en general, fue muy servicial y atento, especialmente gracias a los guardias de seguridad, que siempre estaban dispuestos a ayudar. Llegué alrededor de la medianoche y pregunté a la recepcionista de noche si podía salir a la 1 p. m. en lugar de la hora habitual, y amablemente accedió, lo cual agradecí mucho.
La habitación, aunque pequeña, estaba limpia, ordenada y bien mantenida. La conexión wifi fue potente y estable durante toda mi estancia, lo que la hizo muy práctica para trabajar y ver vídeos.
El único inconveniente fue mi experiencia al salir. El miembro del personal que me atendió por la mañana parecía irritado y poco acogedor, lo cual fue decepcionante después de una estancia por lo demás buena.
En general, es una excelente opción para una estancia corta y cómoda, y me plantearía volver.

UUsuario anónimoAl entrar en la habitación, me recibió una cucaracha diminuta. Me sentí mal enseguida, así que pregunté en recepción si me podían cambiar. Dijeron que enviarían al personal de limpieza (lo cual me pareció un rollo), así que acepté y me fui. Al volver, todo seguía igual. Es una pena.
Está a unos 15 minutos a pie del MOA y a 5 minutos del centro comercial con restaurantes. Está cerca de una tienda de conveniencia. Hay varios restaurantes chinos cerca. No parece haber comida filipina ni puestos de comida. No hay salones de masajes. El personal de seguridad está debajo de cada condominio, así que solo vi a unas cuantas mujeres corriendo por la noche.
Parece que parte de un condominio chino se está utilizando como hotel. La habitación no es muy espaciosa. Te traen un secador de pelo si llamas a recepción. También se proporcionan cepillos de dientes, peines, etc. Solo hay una toalla de baño. El control remoto del aire acondicionado no respondía y el televisor tenía dos controles remotos, lo que dificultaba verlo. Cargaba constantemente, pero nunca llegaba al televisor. Es un misterio. Pedí ayuda al personal, pero no me entendieron bien.
La piscina era utilizada por personas de todas las edades, desde niños hasta adultos, de la mañana a la noche.
El depósito fue de 1000 pesos.
Está cerca del aeropuerto, pero hay congestión vehicular, así que es mejor calcular entre 20 y 30 minutos.

Honestly check in process is a bit of a hassle. I wish this was all explained in the advert. Just getting into Azure by car the guards wouldn't let us in without a QR code which we wasn't given. Host required pictures of our IDs before we can get in. Then ID is to be left as reception for check in. Again QR code is required for this. Wouldn't of be nice to know all of this either beforehand or atleast message sent from host straight after booking confirmation. Luckily reception wasn't so busy when we checked in. Check in on the weekends would be a nightmare! Seen plenty people having to sit outside during this process.
Place was OK, BUT first thing I noticed when walking through the front door was a cockroach trap. During our stay we saw plenty! The hangout spot was on the fridge! Even found some roaches in the fridge. Hot water wasn't working on the first night, they got maintenance and issue was resolved.
Be aware there is a charge to using the pools on site. Health club is only accessible to residents not guests. Host did discount the ”cleaning fee” which I felt shouldn't be a thing because of the infestation. I was told they had pest control but had to stop as I rented the place. I was offered another room which was a little better but the hot water constantly tripped out when using. Had to flip the switch in the fuse box every time. Shower mount was broken which fell on my head when I used it first time.

I would like to provide feedback and raise a concern regarding my recent booking experience.
I booked a stay for 15 guests at a specific hotel ( Lux Penhouse), and the booking went through successfully without any issues. However, just a few hours before our scheduled check-in, I was informed that we would be moved to a different hotel ( bayshore phase 2), with the reason being that the original hotel “could not accommodate 15 pax.” This was extremely disappointing, especially since the booking was clearly made for 15 people and was confirmed.
The replacement accommodation provided did not meet expectations:
• The utensils were incomplete, and basic amenities such as toothbrushes and towels were not ready upon our arrival.
• The swimming pool was closed for maintenance, which was not communicated in advance. This was one of the main reasons we chose the property.
• Overall, the place felt unprepared for a group of our size.
On a positive note, I would like to acknowledge that the few staff who assisted us and the lobby personnel were helpful and courteous, and we appreciate their efforts.
While we understand that unforeseen changes can occur, proper notice and preparation are expected, especially for confirmed group bookings. I hope this feedback helps improve your service and guest experience. I would also appreciate a response regarding this matter.
