Another wonderful stay at the 5-star ABC Hotel. This is my second time staying here. The staff is always nice and friendly. The room, amenities, and the food are great. The location is great as it's on Fields Avenue with Jolibee and night life down the street. Rio was my Bellhop in 2024 and this time in 2026. 😎

Our stay at Hilton Clark Sun Valley Resort was truly enjoyable, especially for families traveling with children. The property is beautifully maintained, with plenty of open spaces and greenery that create a peaceful and safe atmosphere for kids to explore and play. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable, making it easy to relax after a day of activities. The staff were warm, attentive, and always ready to assist, which made our experience even more pleasant. The breakfast buffet had a great selection of dishes that catered to both adults and kids, making mornings something to look forward to. Overall, it was a memorable and relaxing stay for our family. Hilton Clark is definitely a great choice for those traveling with kids, and we would happily return in the future

2nd time here. It’s our quick escape when we want to celebrate a milestone sa family namin. Conveniently located sa heart of Angeles City. Literal na staycation kasi we don’t need to go out to eat dinner meron room service. Kaya we ordered our food sa Cactus Smokehouse and Fortune HK Seafood Resto. Plus meron pang promo na buy 1 drink and get one free sa cafe sebastian nila. Gusto ko yung iced matcha latte there. Free buffet breakfast is decent for the price. Meron lang lang food choices dun na hindi pasok sa panlasa ko that time. Lahat ng staff dun are welcoming.

Location is pretty nice, close enough to airport. A bit noisy at night, clubs all around the hotel could hear some music but not crazy. Our room has a small family size of fridge, which is awesome! The weather in Philippine really need a lot of ice water to cool down. (However the fridge runs loud, with water dripping sounds too, we were okay for that) Staff were amazing, always helpful and cheerful! Overall, very good!

Nos encantaba probar el Prime Asia Hotel, basándose en las fotos que se vieron en línea. Bien: 1. La piscina de techo era lo suficientemente grande con numerosas opciones de asiento alrededor de ella. 2. El desayuno buffet tenía una amplia gama de platos. Amábamos que tenían dos platos cada uno para los huéspedes indios y coreanos. El arroz basmati tumerico era saboroso. El plato de huevos Gochugang y Cakes de pescado era delicioso. Aunque Masala Chicken no tenía especias, era blando. Cuando entramos, nos sorprendió encontrar una mesa de cama. ¿La gestión del hotel espera que sus huéspedes pongan su teléfono móvil, ojos/brillas de receta, TV remota, etc en el piso? En las fotos en línea, las habitaciones tenían tablas laterales. Tuvimos que bajar a la recepción para preguntar. Para ser justo, el personal de la casa buscaba una tabla lateral y podía traer una tabla (ver fotos). 2. No hay cocina eléctrica ni café/té. Los hoteles/motéis estándar incluso más bajos tienen estos. 3. La televisión inteligente no cargaría Netflix. Otra llamada a la recepción para que su personal técnico venga a repararlo. 4. El refrigerador de habitaciones no se apagaría. Cuarta llamada a la recepción para asistencia. El mantenimiento de la casa volvió y descubrimos que el refugio se descongeló al descongelar el interruptor. Para resumir, el hotel tiene mucho que hacer. Espero que la gestión actúe en estos puntos de mejora que no son difíciles de corregir. Por lo tanto, para ahora sólo ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ en general.

I chose this hotel as one of the amenities mentioned a sauna. Apparently, they don't have a sauna amenity-- but a room that has a sauna. That is awfully misleading. As soon as we checked in, I was already disappointed. While it is new and recently renovated, I find the various elements of the room overdesigned and not very user-friendly. The peephole on the door was too high for either of us to reach. It also didn't have a cover (security risk). It might’ve been 6 feet. The chair and desk was not very ergonomic, the table was too high and the chair low. I dunno, seems like they designed the room for big people and I’m just a hobbit in a human world. The tables’ glass tops easily slides off because it doesn't have rubber feet to keep it in place. The sliding doors of the closet could easily overlap that it’d be hard to pull them to close properly. The bathroom door was unnecessarily huge. The bathtub setup is not very accessible, it’s setup way too high that you literally need a foot stool (that they have ready) to climb on. Needing a footstool and a handle is very accident-prone (the room we got was not senior/PWD-friendly, or even for someone with injuries). Even as an able-bodied person, it feel like one wrong slip on the stool can have disastrous consequences. The tub drain can easily be stepped on and then it closes, weird. The staff were nice and friendly but it was odd that they didn’t seem too aware about various hotel policies and rules or even amenities when asked about: whether the sauna was an amenity, if asking for a bottled water was paid, if getting something printed at the front desk would be paid, or when the lights would turn on when the power went out. Speaking of the power going out, it took more than 5 minutes, perhaps even up to 10, for the generator to kick in or maybe it was the actual power coming back already--not sure. But there was absolutely no care to its customers about the power outage that we were just in the room waiting for the lights to come on… It was never spoken about when we checked out the next day. No one checked on us after the lights came back on either. We had to find the number to call the front desk as the phone needs power to work and the number on the keycard doesn't work. Only one guy in the restaurant seemed to be on top of things during breakfast. Also seemed like they used powdered pineapple juice. But hey, the bed was really comfy, everything was new and clean. The room was also spacious.

I had an amazing experience with SureStay Studio by Best Western Clarkview. I was looking for a special place where I could treat my wife and 3y/o son for Valentine’s Day. I’m currently working abroad, so I wanted to make the celebration extra meaningful even if I couldn’t be there with them. I messaged the property two weeks in advance with a special request a bouquet of flowers for my wife and Kinder Joy chocolates for my son. I knew this was beyond their usual scope, but they gladly assisted me. I sent the funds via GCash, and they took care of everything. I also requested if they could print a personal letter for my wife. I forwarded my message to them, and without hesitation, they printed it beautifully and included it in the bouquet of flowers. That extra effort truly meant so much to me. I would also like to mention that the bouquet in the photo (price list probably from their partner) they initially sent didn’t look very impressive but in actual, it was beautifully arranged and looked classy and expensive. My wife was really impressed! 😁 What truly touched my heart was that they went above and beyond my request. They prepared the room with a romantic setup, complete with petals and candles something I didn’t even expect. My wife was so amazed and happy. When they arrived, they were greeted warmly and with genuine excitement by the staff. The team was very responsive and accommodating from the beginning until the day of the surprise. Their effort, sincerity, and attention to detail made this celebration unforgettable for my family. The place itself is cozy, clean, and well equipped with a rice cooker, water heater, induction cooker, refrigerator, a very spacious bathroom, dining area, and even an indoor pool for both adults and kids. I highly recommend this place not just for a comfortable stay, but especially if you’re celebrating a special occasion. They truly care about their guests and make every effort to create beautiful memories. Thank you so much for helping me make my wife feel loved despite the distance. ❤️

Absolutely loved my stay here! The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and genuinely awesome. They made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was clean, comfortable, and very affordable. The hotel food exceeded my expectations. It was delicious and surprisingly inexpensive. Overall, a fantastic experience. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Service totally out is like the don't know what they gonna do... They kind of trouble in so many ways but they have atleast 4 reception in front but the way they did their Job kind of out for me. We have called the customer service for what bathroom matt they came too late we have to call atleast 2-3 for them to bring it..
