El Hotel Vegan Plaza está situado en una ubicación inmejorable, al principio de la calle Chrisilogo. Es cómodo y fácil moverse a cualquier lugar desde aquí. La kalesa (carruaje tirado por caballos) y los triciclos se encuentran justo enfrente del hotel. La fuente está a 7 minutos a pie y la estación de autobuses a 8 minutos en coche. El hotel está muy limpio y bien cuidado. El personal es amable y servicial. Cualquier cosa que pidieras era atendida de inmediato y con una sonrisa. El desayuno estaba bien, debería haber más variedad. Ofrecen masajes en la habitación, lo cual fue genial. Tienen dos restaurantes con una variedad de platos locales. El baño es un poco pequeño, pero la ducha era estupenda. Es un hotel muy bueno y sin duda me alojaría aquí de nuevo cuando vuelva a Vigan. Una estancia maravillosa.

It is good location, but the hotel need improvement the sliding door of the toilet and the shower wasn’t good. It’s hard to open and close. They don’t have wash clothes, There food wasn’t good they change the menu without telling us. I order a bangus with fruit cocktail the server said they don’t have they change it without knowing. They should tell a front so we know. Btw it was a good comfort over all for the families. The service need their customer service. Just thankful and grateful.

I really like this hotel, though a bit difficult to find at the beginning, some people doesn't know this hotel and found out that's its just new. But eventually we figured it out, we saw the street sign Calle Jacinto. The room is clean with bath towel, liquid soap, tooth brush, bottled water. Paulo is very accomodating when we've reached the hotel. There are some decorative paintings around the living room area at the second floor. Though you can smell the freshly paint but since I love painting so I really don't mind it😁. It's a walking distance from the famous Calle Crisologo. We walked around and watched the famous dancing fountain at night and we don't have difficulty going back to the hotel since it's just near. The only problem we've encountered in our room is the toilet bowl has some problem but we've talked to Ms. Meg their supervisor and they will surely fix this asap. They served a set meal breakfast, you just need to choose which one you like to eat with coffee or juice. Overall, our stay is satisfactory and this hotel is highly recommended.

¡Buen lugar! Llegados limpios y muy rápidos. He pedido a un calesa que nos conduzca alrededor de la ciudad, y dijeron sí, tienen un contacto que nos recogerá en el momento acordado. Y luego llegó el tiempo y el calesa no aparece, llamaron al conductor de calesa y dijo que tiene un cliente. Así que aconseja a los hotelistas que nos dicen que sólo vayan a buscar calesa en el parque. Este (servicio) habría sido 5/5 si nos hubieran dicho inmediatamente que es la temporada ocupada, por lo que no sabemos si alguien puede recogerte (y podría habernos recomendado que sólo iba a recoger una calesa en el parque de Burgos donde hay una estación. ¡Más allá de eso, eran excelentes!

Hotel Veneto de Vigan is a beautifully restored heritage mansion dating back to around 1740. It was once an ancestral home and is now a charming bed & breakfast right in the heart of UNESCO-listed Vigan, just a short walk from Calle Crisologo. I really appreciated how they preserved the Spanish-era architecture and colonial details—it truly feels like stepping back in time. That said, while the ambiance is lovely, the facilities could use improvement. The hot water isn’t actually that hot, the water pressure is very weak, and the “high-speed internet” isn’t as advertised. They have dozens of different Wi-Fi names, so you need to reconnect every time you move to another part of the hotel. Although some room upgrades have been made, the amenities still feel a bit dated. Overall, I’d recommend this hotel for its history and location, but expect some compromises in comfort.

It was a nice stay. Location is fabulous, basically everything in walking distance. The room was clean, but you will only have a thin sheet to cover yourself. The weather is hot and you only need to adjust the AC temperature to your liking, so it works. Maybe they can provide more for you to cover, but I am very used to backpacking so I have things with me and didn’t bother to ask. There was only lukewarm water in my room. No hot shower but again, it’s hot and that works. Towels and all, you will have to prepare yourself. You get what you pay for with this price. If you use to backpack and want to save money, this place is great. But if you expect for a normal hotel service, then you should choose another place. As others say, this place is mainly run by persons with disabilities, which I personally think it’s a great thing and they earn with their livelihood! They speak good English and very very accommodating! They helped me to make phone calls to enquire the bus schedule, and let me check in right away when i reached there at 5am by an overnight bus. My booking started from that night and i was thinking to leave my suitcase there first and came back in the afternoon. But they gave me the room right away, so I could also sleep a few hours before starting my day. Truly appreciated and highly recommend to experienced backpackers.

The location is excellent. And the place is nice. Only that we were already accomodated at the annex. So we have to walk a little to the Annex building. The annex building is good but I can notice that that floor and stairs wasn't waxed for quite a time already. And furnitures and CR are already dusty. The Room for family is nice only that it doesn't have a CR. You have to go out everytime you need to go to the CR.

Nice place to stay with family and what we liked the most they are pet friendly. The beds are very soft and comfy and their buffet breakfast was delicious. The owner is very accommodating, the staff are very helpful. A 2-3 minutes walk to Calle Crisologo. Definitely, we will be back here. Thanks.
