MMsElledgeSThe hotel and the location is perfect for peaceful and easy access area to go to the Heart of Vigan we stayed 2 nights we did 1 day in ilocos sur travel to ilocos norte the next day and came back to the same hotel.its clean employees have a pleasing personalities restaurant menus is okey food is great.
The only issue i have since i am used to stay on a buffet breakfast hotel this place requires you to choose your breakfast on the small option list.and drinks option are weird so if you choose juice thats all you get you cannot get a coffee even if you offer to pay for it very weird way.but overall the hotel is great! Good for group families and kids friendly

UUsuario invitadoWe had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The Staff and the owner were friendly and accommodating, always ready to help. They allowed us to early check -in without fee. The location was also very convenient and just around Calle Crisologo. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend this place.

MMaIt is good location, but the hotel need improvement the sliding door of the toilet and the shower wasn’t good. It’s hard to open and close. They don’t have wash clothes,
There food wasn’t good they change the menu without telling us. I order a bangus with fruit cocktail the server said they don’t have they change it without knowing. They should tell a front so we know.
Btw it was a good comfort over all for the families.
The service need their customer service. Just thankful and grateful.

Llegados limpios y muy rápidos.
He pedido a un calesa que nos conduzca alrededor de la ciudad, y dijeron sí, tienen un contacto que nos recogerá en el momento acordado. Y luego llegó el tiempo y el calesa no aparece, llamaron al conductor de calesa y dijo que tiene un cliente. Así que aconseja a los hotelistas que nos dicen que sólo vayan a buscar calesa en el parque. Este (servicio) habría sido 5/5 si nos hubieran dicho inmediatamente que es la temporada ocupada, por lo que no sabemos si alguien puede recogerte (y podría habernos recomendado que sólo iba a recoger una calesa en el parque de Burgos donde hay una estación. ¡Más allá de eso, eran excelentes!

DDearSunsetHotel Veneto de Vigan is a beautifully restored heritage mansion dating back to around 1740. It was once an ancestral home and is now a charming bed & breakfast right in the heart of UNESCO-listed Vigan, just a short walk from Calle Crisologo. I really appreciated how they preserved the Spanish-era architecture and colonial details—it truly feels like stepping back in time.
That said, while the ambiance is lovely, the facilities could use improvement. The hot water isn’t actually that hot, the water pressure is very weak, and the “high-speed internet” isn’t as advertised. They have dozens of different Wi-Fi names, so you need to reconnect every time you move to another part of the hotel. Although some room upgrades have been made, the amenities still feel a bit dated. Overall, I’d recommend this hotel for its history and location, but expect some compromises in comfort.

FFlorenceThe location is excellent. And the place is nice. Only that we were already accomodated at the annex. So we have to walk a little to the Annex building. The annex building is good but I can notice that that floor and stairs wasn't waxed for quite a time already. And furnitures and CR are already dusty. The Room for family is nice only that it doesn't have a CR. You have to go out everytime you need to go to the CR.

HHersheyNice place to stay with family and what we liked the most they are pet friendly. The beds are very soft and comfy and their buffet breakfast was delicious. The owner is very accommodating, the staff are very helpful. A 2-3 minutes walk to Calle Crisologo. Definitely, we will be back here. Thanks.
