CCorinne_UAEEn general, uno de los mejores hoteles que he estado en.
Las habitaciones son espaciosas, hermosamente diseñadas, las camas son muy cómodas y los lavabos son el sueño de cada mujer (luz, espejos y amuebles).
El personal es muy atento, acomodable y naturalmente amable. La comida era más deliciosa y la variedad del bufete le hizo difícil elegir y aún más difícil no comer.
Felicitaciones a la dirección y al liderazgo de la equipo del hotel - usted realmente hace un trabajo increíble.
¡Estoy seguro de estar de vuelta!

But the problem of the hotel is the late arrival of bags and the lack of parking due to the use of people with guests in the same parking lot.

Во-первых,расположение отеля потрясающее.Он находится неподалеку от аэропорта,при этом в тихом,приятном месте.В соседнем доме есть mcdonalds,напротив отеля торговый центр с большим супермаркетом.Гиду легко было нас забрать оттуда,проблем с поиском не было.
Во-вторых,удобства.Отель выполнен в традиционном стиле.Он очень чистый.Полотенца,тапочки,шампуни,фен,вода-все необходимое есть.Завтрак отличный.Еда свежая,разнообразная и вкусная.Большое спасибо шефу.
Но главное-это персонал.Они готовы помочь со всем.Настолько человечного персонала мы не встречали давно.
Спасибо за это потрясающее место.Хорошего дня.Конечно,я рекомендую его всем.

Overall impression:
The hotel was overall less than expected compared to the pictures, which look nicer than the reality.
Room:
Rooms were spacious and comfortable.
Service:
Service was correct and professional, without being particularly notable.
Breakfast:
Breakfast was basic for a 4-star hotel. Instant coffee was served in the morning. When ordering coffee separately, Arabic coffee was served, which was not to my taste and was charged extra.
Location:
Hotel is centrally located, but taxis are still needed to move around.
Overall:
An acceptable stay for a first visit to Salalah, but expectations should be set accordingly.

UUsuario invitadoFriendly staff the only bad thing I can mention got nothing to do with the hotel but is the taxi drivers who wait outside in front of the street at the hotel. If you use the otaxi app they will respond and tell you you have to pay double price. You better of renting a car or book a taxi with the otaxi app from a location nearby.

SSafwaanNice hotel within vicinity of several food establishments including next door and has mosques nearby. It is on the bus route. The famous Sultan mosque is in walking distance.
It is a nice and calm hotel and no noise from fellow guests. I went in November and stayed one week
Lift has ramp for luggage and lifts. It is a calm place. Room is nice and clean with furniture. Bathroom is also nice and clean. Complementary toiletries. Staff are very polite and also arranged for some frankincense for my room. I have never used it before so that was really nice of them
