RR Katy YMy 1st experience booking an apartment. For a first timer, clear and precise instructions were deeply appreciated. Paradigm Residence is a well maintained building with impressive security facilities, convenient access to e mall as well. Our apartment with 3 bedrooms comfortably fitted 7 of us, it was on a high floor with a great night view. A couple of points to mention is that cleanliness can be improved and that as we were next to e highway, e traveling vehicles could be heard throughout e night, prayers nearby were audible around 6 or 7am too. There was a vacuum and a mop at e yard and we cleaned up upon checking in.
Delight Homestay team is very prompt in providing instructions and response. Ultimately, it was a pleasant stay for my family and we will be back.

UUsuario anónimoRight above JB Paradigm Mall. Very convenient if that's your destination. Apartment was well furnished with lots of kitchen utensils, pots, bowls and plates etc. Has fridge, water dispenser (water of different temperatures), washing machine, ironing board, hair dryer, house-keeping equipments. Also has tv and board games for entertainment. BUT, because there were so many things, I couldn't take photos of everything and was worried if they find anything missing or spoilt they will deduct from my MYR200 deposit. Luckily that didn't happen and I got my deposit back at 7 pm. Beds and bathrooms were clean, but MBR aircon blows directly at one side of the bed, so a bit uncomfortable for person sleeping on that side. Video of direction to carpark and room tag collection was helpful, but the letterbox is the one in the lobby and not inside the mail room, so maybe need to update the video. Luckily got staff at lobby to help us. Cons: not much choice of nearby breakfast shops. Nearest shop houses were 15 minutes walk away. Mall eateries all open at 10am or later, so it's inconvenient if watching 9:15 am movie.

HHi there!Apartment is located just above the Paradigm mall. We were only given one access key card for our 2 bedroom unit. This caused much inconvenience as we can’t get in and out of the apartment freely as individuals. Unfortunately for us, the washing machine was leaking and unusable. We were only given one bath towel for each of us during our stay, without any hand towels. No toothbrushes, shampoo, conditioner and only 2 trash bins/bags in the unit. There’s no microwave and no wine opener too. Every unit is allocated one fixed parking lot. Additional parking requires approval for parking in visitors lot from the guard house. There is no front desk to get help from even during the day. Everything is communicated thru WhatsApp.

The hotel felt a bit outdated, and the rooms could use some attention in terms of cleanliness and maintenance. On the positive side, the hotel is within walking distance of Aeon Shopping Mall, which is very convenient for shopping and dining. There’s also a convenience store right outside, making it easy to grab essentials.
Overall, if you're just looking for a basic, no-frills place to stay in a prime location, JS Hotel could work. However, if you're looking for a more modern or well-maintained experience, you might want to explore other options.

El piso de la habitación está amarrado.
Bowl de baño cracked, desechar insafe para usar.
También vio vomitar en la mesa en el área de espera del lobby.
Hasta ahora, la ubicación es buena.

La habitación está muy ocupada, las paredes están desgarradas, las cortinas son muy sucias, los baños siguen con pelo extraño, las platas están todas sin lavar, plástico, rusos y hongos casi en todas partes. No se pudo conectar el wifi inmediatamente, no se pudo configurar el sonido de la televisión, los niños estaban muy configurados.

TThiam WoonCleanliness can be improved. The window in toilet was opened, wild birds like pigeon poop on the wall and not to mention spidey from trees nearby...
Distance wise is centrally located in middle of Aeon mall, Ikea and toppen mall. GT go-kart is also stones throw away with mininpasar malam.
Not encouraged if you are a light sleeper as crows start calling at 5am+ and a lot of noise from main road. It also depends on your luck that other stayers are no as noisy in the living/common area. Basically it is a house that has 4 rooms rented out as homestay with shared kitchen and hall.
If you are looking for a budget stay which is convenience then that's fine. Overall i am ok with the stay so would give an overall 3 stars as the owner is also friendly.
