Stayed at My Inn Hotel Tawau for 3 nights. The room was clean, comfortable, and suitable for a short stay. The location is convenient, with easy access to nearby shops and food. Staff were friendly and the check-in process was smooth. Overall, a good budget-friendly option in Tawau.

Mi segunda estancia en este hotel. El personal es amable, pero pls aseguran que la limpieza de la habitación es maravillosa. bcs cuando entré en mi habitación, el piso todavía está húmedo. el baño era tan sucio. la alfombra es amarilla. I clasificado 5/10

La habitación era normal y el precio estaba bien. La ubicación era excelente, justo al lado de un restaurante, muy conveniente. El resort nos recogió al día siguiente.

Overall, the location of Hotel Emas Tawau is its biggest advantage, especially if you have business at Hospital Tawau as it’s just a short distance away. There are also plenty of shops and eateries nearby, making it convenient. Unfortunately, my stay was let down by the room’s condition. The bathroom ceiling had visible mold, which was quite unpleasant. The bathroom tap was also leaking, which should be repaired. I was also surprised to find a lizard in the room, which affected the overall cleanliness experience. Service could be improved as well. I requested bottled water, but was told to wait for room service, even though it seemed like they could have provided it directly. A simple request like this could have been handled more efficiently.

The hotel is undeniably beautiful and located in a very strategic and convenient area. close to everything I needed. The design and ambiance were lovely, and overall, it had great potential for a comfortable stay. However, I was quite shocked to find a cockroach on the bed. This was really unexpected and affected my experience. I believe cleanliness should be a top priority, especially in guest rooms, and I hope the housekeeping team can be more thorough in the future. Additionally, I noticed there wasn’t an iron provided in the room. It would be much more convenient for guests if basic amenities like an iron were available in every room without needing to request one. Thank you, and I truly hope the hotel can improve in these areas — I would love to come back if these issues are addressed.

The cheapest hotel we found in Tawau for these past few days. But need to be alert, no lift provided, need to use stairs. Selalu kena raid dengan jabatan agama ya guys.

Best hotel i ever had. Reasonable price. They were friendly and even lent me their charger when i need it. For girls that need iron, they also provide that. No meal provided but overall is good. Will repeat it again
