My 1st experience booking an apartment. For a first timer, clear and precise instructions were deeply appreciated. Paradigm Residence is a well maintained building with impressive security facilities, convenient access to e mall as well. Our apartment with 3 bedrooms comfortably fitted 7 of us, it was on a high floor with a great night view. A couple of points to mention is that cleanliness can be improved and that as we were next to e highway, e traveling vehicles could be heard throughout e night, prayers nearby were audible around 6 or 7am too. There was a vacuum and a mop at e yard and we cleaned up upon checking in. Delight Homestay team is very prompt in providing instructions and response. Ultimately, it was a pleasant stay for my family and we will be back.

Stayed with friends for our August birthday celebrations 🎂 and ended up having a small gathering at the apartment too. The apartment was spacious, comfortable and had a lovely view, with plenty of room for everyone to hang out, eat and chill. 🏠 📍 Location was convenient, with Paradigm Mall right next door, although we somehow didn’t even visit the mall! 😂 We mostly used Grab and getting around was pretty easy. 🚗 Check-in and parking instructions were slightly confusing at first, but the host was responsive and helpful. Overall, a good option for friends or families looking for a spacious place to stay and spend time together. It definitely felt more like a mini getaway than just a place to sleep.

Best part was the location and having 2 bedrooms in the apartment. On hindsight, should have gone for hyatt at the same building where lobby is accessible within the mall. For this residence, had a hard time even trying to check in. First of all, the auto reply welcome message told us to whatsapp the number 1-3 day before on check in. When i did, there was no reply all the way even thought the number was indeed under antlerzone. Had no idea if this was because check in was not ready until after 4pm on checkin day and no choice waited till then. But still no reply so tried to look around for alternative contact number and finally got reply from another of their whatsapp number and only begun check in process then. By then kids was tired and irritated and the instructions givennto access the lobby was not helpful for families not driving. Had to walk up the cars’ slope to reach. Advice on alternative lift and entrances were not helpful. Families with young children or elderly need to consider these.

Slipper & Comb are not provided. Towels are wrapped in plastic bags to indicate washed & cleansed. Would be great if shower and toilet areas are separated by a simple shower screen, so water does not hit the toilet and basin area. I have to take out the toilet paper roll so it stays dry. Noise isolation is good for our room on 2/F, probably due to its location at the back of the hotel. Overall fine and will return if I revisit Skudai.

Estar solo por una noche y en general está bien. Puede encontrar un estacionamiento aquí y muchos restaurantes cerca. Uno de los aspectos es la lámpara en la habitación no se considera lo suficientemente brillante. Sólo la luz caliente para el dormitorio y la luz blanca para la lavandería. Toallas de toallas de pasta de té todo concebido.

I was skeptical at first to stay in this hotel looking at the past reviews. To my surprise, not only the location was good, the hotel room was in very good condition too. We enjoyed our stay in Cel hotel. Not forgetting the friendly staffs at the counter too. Do not forget to bring along cash RM50 to place as deposit upon check-in which will be refunded upon check-out. We will chose to stay here if we can to this area again next time. Second time booking. Used to stay here during CNY holiday and now book again. Very clean and the bed very comfy. There are many chairs outside to sit and they give complimentary coffee and snacks

The premise is facing water piping leaking, sounds and smell issues especially washrooms. Aging and tired hardwares. Chipped off wall and door paints, floors full paints drop marks, moist smell. Besides the location at Sutera area, much improvement needed even as a 3 stars stay. Good is nearby to F&B outlets, the night shift security officer to ensure safety.
