My 1st experience booking an apartment. For a first timer, clear and precise instructions were deeply appreciated. Paradigm Residence is a well maintained building with impressive security facilities, convenient access to e mall as well. Our apartment with 3 bedrooms comfortably fitted 7 of us, it was on a high floor with a great night view. A couple of points to mention is that cleanliness can be improved and that as we were next to e highway, e traveling vehicles could be heard throughout e night, prayers nearby were audible around 6 or 7am too. There was a vacuum and a mop at e yard and we cleaned up upon checking in. Delight Homestay team is very prompt in providing instructions and response. Ultimately, it was a pleasant stay for my family and we will be back.

It’s a very pleasant place for family to stay here . The place was clean and the environment is very nice. It’s closed to the shopping mall that takes only a few minutes to reached. Everything is smooth for check in and checkout

Positive Feedback 1. Location was superb, easy access to the mall. 2. Room is fully equipped with induction hob, microwave, fridge, kettle, dining plates, utensils, mugs, iron and iron board . 3. Room is spacious, bedroom, living room and dining room. Negative Feedback: 1. Staff at the counter should be trained with customer service. No greetings nor smile during check-in. 2. Toilet has very bad smell. The edge of the shower room is slimy, probably not cleaned properly. 3 Deodorants were supplied in both the toilet as well as the bedroom but unfortunately all of them were empty (see pictures) 5. Toilet ventilation vent is dusty and drop of dusts occasionally fell onto us or the wash basin. 6. The iron provided isn’t safe for use as wires are exposed which is a SAFETY HAZARD (see picture). Someone might get electrocuted. 7. TV was provided but no ‘Live TV’ available as it always showed ‘No Signal’ (see picture). 8. ‘House Rules’ indicate ‘No eating and drinking in the room’ but the room is fully equipped with the dining cutleries/utensils and cooking equipment (see picture). So, is eating and drinking allowed? 9. In the bedroom, there is this thing hanging directly above the bed. Not sure what it is but, to me, it’s of no use. We will definitely stay here again because of the location and the spacious room. If the negative feedback can be addressed, it would be a bonus.

Cariño, viaje, La casa es muy buena, y tuvimos una agradable estancia. En términos de comunicación, el equipo respondió rápidamente, que apreciamos. Pero esperamos que haya una mejor conciencia de la situación en torno a. Durante nuestro viaje antes de la llegada, varias carreteras fueron cerradas debido a un evento de mallas. Cuando pedimos rutas alternativas, nos informaron que no había información sobre el cierre de la carretera, aunque habíamos compartido fotos que mostraban a la policía y a los guardias que bloqueaban las carreteras. Esta situación nos ha causado un poco de pánico, ya que nos encontramos en un tráfico pesado sin dirección clara. Sería útil si el equipo pudiera proporcionar reaseguro y orientación práctica en tales situaciones, por ejemplo, aconsejando que podamos acercarnos a los guardias para abrir los conos mientras somos invitados a ingresar. Una guía como esta habría ayudado a reducir nuestro estrés. Gracias.

El apartamento está situado justo por encima del centro de Paradigma. Sólo nos dio una tarjeta de acceso para nuestra unidad de 2 dormitorios. La máquina de lavar fue desafortunadamente para nosotros, fugando y inusable. Sólo nos dio una toalla de baño para cada uno de nosotros durante nuestra estancia, sin toallas de mano. No toallas, champú, condicionador y sólo 2 toallas/tacos de basura en la unidad. No hay microondas ni abierto de vino. Cada unidad se asigna un parking fijo. Parking adicional requiere autorización para el parking en los visitantes de la casa de guardia. No hay escritorio frontal para obtener ayuda de incluso durante el día. Todo se comunica a través de WhatsApp.

Avantgarde Hotel is surrounded by many foods/drinks shops/restaurants. There's a shop selling durian next to the hotel 😆 The hotel located 5 mins walk from Sutera Mall entrance door. It's happening in the mall now where many stalls selling cny foods, biscuits & decors. Beware when walking there as the pedestrians side road is blocked for construction. The hotel is a 3 storeys building with 1 lift. I appreciate the hotel staff for letting us to check in early. Unfortunately, we were given middle room where there's no window. So, the room can feel a bit suffocating with smell until the aircond fully cooled the room. The room is very spacious with 2 queen beds & a 2 seater sofa with a small round wooden table. The toilet is super spacious too but there's no wet/dry separation. The shower water will flow till the basin sink area. There's also no toilet/room slippers provided. Overall, it's a decent 1 night stay. ps : We have no problem to order Grab at 5.30am to reach the airport. It's also easy to order Grab during the day to travel around.

I was skeptical at first to stay in this hotel looking at the past reviews. To my surprise, not only the location was good, the hotel room was in very good condition too. We enjoyed our stay in Cel hotel. Not forgetting the friendly staffs at the counter too. Do not forget to bring along cash RM50 to place as deposit upon check-in which will be refunded upon check-out. We will chose to stay here if we can to this area again next time. Wonderful staff ، kind and helpful. It’s a budget hotel so you don’t expect food and drinks, but they offer coffees and tea, some biscuits at the lobby. Nice place so quiet, area doesn’t have any surrounding shops so hi order food through apps or grab. Beautiful view from the room I spent a night at. I recommend it for people who seek peaceful escape from noisy places, add to the welcoming staff there .

Overall a good option for the area, with food, entertainment and shopping all around. The hotel has some minor weaknesses that can be worked on. Strengths: 1. Staff are pleasant. We especially loved the cleaning aunty who was very bubbly and helpful. 2. Second room card can be requested (with payment of a deposit) which helps guests move around independently. 3. Water dispenser provided for guests, adds convenience and is environmentally friendly. 4. Hotel looks to be in better condition than other options around the vicinity. Weaknesses: 1. Room floor feels slightly dusty, might help if cleaned with a vacuum. 2. Room had moths flying around, like plaster bagworms because the cocoons were seen everywhere, another problem that could be solved by vacuums. 3. Toilet does not have a towel rack, just 2 hooks which barely feels enough. 4. Water dispenser supposedly has a hot water nozzle, but does not dispense hot water. As mentioned, the weaknesses are minor, and can be easily worked on. I believe that Mood Hotel can actively look to renew their rooms as time passes to ensure it maintains itself as the lead option in the area! **Photo from Google, most of the other photos are from the early years (on Google or other travel sites).
