Hoteles en Sandakan con aparcamiento

La ubicación del hotel es excelente, muy cerca de los lugares históricos y las atracciones de Sandakan. Se puede realizar un recorrido a pie muy conveniente que incluye la Casa de Agnes Keith, los Cien Escalones, el Monumento a William Pryer, el Museo de Sandakan, el Edificio del Consejo Municipal de Sandakan, el Memorial de Sandakan, el Templo Sam Sing Kung, la Iglesia de San Miguel y Todos los Ángeles, el Mercado Central y el Muelle de Sandakan.

El entorno es precioso y tiene un toque muy especial. El personal de recepción es muy amable y siempre está dispuesto a ayudar; algunos empleados hablan chino, otros no. Se encuentra a un kilómetro a pie, aproximadamente, del RDC. También está a poca distancia en coche del aeropuerto. Es una excelente opción para aquellos que viajan específicamente para visitar el RDC y el Centro de Conservación de Orangutanes y Osos Malayo. Las habitaciones de las cabañas de madera tienen un aire acondicionado excelente. La habitación triple es perfecta para alojar a familias. Se agradecería una silla adicional en la habitación. El vestíbulo y el restaurante son abiertos, sin aire acondicionado, por lo que los mosquitos son bastante molestos por la noche. Dispone de una piscina al aire libre. El desayuno es un tanto básico. Sin embargo, la comida a la carta está bastante buena.

We stayed here in 2019 and enjoyed our stay back then, so decided to book again. Unfortunately after this stay we will not be coming back. First off, our room had the most cumbersome door lock, which required you to slide a wooden bar through the handle and padlock it. A pain when your hands are full. Second the front desk person told us to call if we needed anything, but there was no phone in our room nor a phone list with numbers or contact info. Third nowhere to put luggage but on the floor, even though there is a huge dead space along a wall where a luggage stand could’ve easily been placed. The area where to hang clothes, the bench area was too narrow to fit a suitcase. Fourth , no lamp at the bedside, so you have to get out of bed to turn off the lights after reading. Plus the main light is on while others are trying to sleep. Lastly we asked 2 different front desk people to call the RDC to reserve a spot for us for the night walk. Both parties said they would. We when we got to the RDC our names were not on the list. Luckily they let us join as my daughter was really looking forward to it and it was our only night to go. I won’t stay here again. We checked into the Sepilok Nature Lodge after, and for a little bit more we had the most fabulous room, with an upstairs and 3 beds, double sinks, large fridge, bench at the end of each bed for suitcases etc.

We stayed there three nights. We had a family room. I couldn’t say it’s very clean, but it’s definitely not very dirty. It’s a rustic kind of stay. Staff was very helpful. Keen to help whenever we needed. We had laundry service, but quite expensive. So don’t bother. I think they said it’s done by outsider. Not many options for food. Didn’t see much at the jungle in front of our balcony. We had a snake visiting our bathroom. Quite scary. My partner threw it back into the jungle. They offer free transfers to and from orangutan and rainforest areas which was nice. Happy to recommend this place to anyone. It’s different from normal hotels.

Very happy with my stay here. Older hotel but I think well managed. TV and air con both work well. Would definitely stay again. Photos show view from window and nearby attractions and Pasar Melam

This time, there was no water supply in Sabah and the water supply in the hotel was pitifully small. The hotel is too old and don't have lift, the telephone and hair dryer is not working in the room

Book for business trip & it's just a short stay. For me, not the best place for vacation. Got club nearby where the music can be loud. Room is quite clean and spacious The staff quite helpful

La ubicación es estratégica, pero este hotel descuidó el atractivo, aunque es un hotel con buena estancia. Los baños necesitan una renovación. En general, el hotel está limpio. Solo es un hotel de 2 estrellas. Las toallas son de 5 estrellas.
