The host is friendly, responsive and understanding. However, the stay is a very forgettable one. This review is solely based on the overall experience staying at this apartment. It is to create awareness for others in case they have kids and would like to stay here as it has 2 Queen bed accommodation. For context, it is a condominium with dual keys unit, meaning it has one main entrance followed by 2 separate doors for each unit. I do not want anyone to been through what we did. We check-in late around 5pm, the kids are excited when they entered the room happily and shouting. Out of a sudden, we heard a guy shouting from the other unit, we opened the door and he shouted at us angrily. He said he is staying here and he is sleeping, do not make any noise. We obliged and tried to keep our volume down. We went out after and back to the stay around 10pm. My kids suddenly cried and he shouted “Hello!”and slammed the door loudly. We will all stunned and speechless. The kids are only 3 and 8 fyi, and I have to tell them to be quiet for the whole time while staying here. What’s the joy of staying here for? To be honest, it is late at night at level 39 and with an unknown mental unwell guy just beside us really makes our stay a very stressful and threatening one. We slept for the night as it is late and the kids are tired. We left the stay asap the next morning.

Booked the wrong date but they were accommodating and allowed me to change the date with them. Receptionist was friendly, room was clean and very spacious. Water cooler provided at the lobby Solid 5/5

Rooms are very clean and wide, position of the apartment is really strategic (close to a few malls), have a nice view, big swimming pool, theres even a gym inside, security is really good.

La limpieza es generalmente aceptable y el baño se mantiene seco. El personal es caliente y bienvenido, muchas opciones de comida en el hotel, incluso para la cena.

greeted by friendly staff from the hotel. hotel lobby is very big and simple, yet has everything you need. coffee machine, space to sit, vending machine, water dispenser. if you need hair dryer, do get it from the receptionist. there is a billard table for leisure and saw a few kids playing with it. lobby environment is v conducive for work too. hotel room has a king size bed. style is modern. toilet style is a bit different but is clean and functional. overall, i am satisfied with my stay as it is very near to big malls like aeon and toppen. it is also near to mount austin.

El hotel es un hotel muy acogedor y es un hotel muy agradable. Si bien la propiedad es maravillosa, lo que realmente lo separa es el personal fenomenal específicamente, Janet y Roen. Janet y Roen son ambos excepcionales. No sólo siguen un script de hospitalidad estándar; completamente redefinen el servicio al cliente. Location is very near to tebrau highway, which is very accessible to Mid Valley (South Key), town area, mt austin, highway to Johor Premium Outlet. There is also a Korean restaurant right at the pool level. Right beside Ponderosa Golf Course (great stay for golfers). Checking in & out is also very accessible and convenient. However i think the cleanliness is a little poor. Floor were dusty when we enter.

Hotel no frills, lo que paga es lo que recibe. Experiencia fácil de ingresar con el personal de la oficina. Ubicación convenientemente situado cerca de muchos establecimientos de masaje y opciones de comida cerca! Si se pudiera proporcionar un secador de pelo en la habitación, sería genial!

Aquí tienes un buen lugar para el presupuesto del hotel.
