UUsuario anónimoThe host is friendly, responsive and understanding. However, the stay is a very forgettable one.
This review is solely based on the overall experience staying at this apartment. It is to create awareness for others in case they have kids and would like to stay here as it has 2 Queen bed accommodation. For context, it is a condominium with dual keys unit, meaning it has one main entrance followed by 2 separate doors for each unit. I do not want anyone to been through what we did.
We check-in late around 5pm, the kids are excited when they entered the room happily and shouting. Out of a sudden, we heard a guy shouting from the other unit, we opened the door and he shouted at us angrily. He said he is staying here and he is sleeping, do not make any noise. We obliged and tried to keep our volume down. We went out after and back to the stay around 10pm. My kids suddenly cried and he shouted “Hello!”and slammed the door loudly. We will all stunned and speechless. The kids are only 3 and 8 fyi, and I have to tell them to be quiet for the whole time while staying here. What’s the joy of staying here for? To be honest, it is late at night at level 39 and with an unknown mental unwell guy just beside us really makes our stay a very stressful and threatening one. We slept for the night as it is late and the kids are tired. We left the stay asap the next morning.

JJesslynNgWe booked a Premium King Room for one night. The room was clean and came with basic amenities such as disposable slippers, toiletries, TV, small desk for work, dining / coffee table for two, safety box and mini fridge. There’s also plenty of parking space just outside the hotel, and a nice western food store within walking distance.
Check-in was at 3 PM and check-out at 12 PM. The front desk operates 24/7, and the staff were friendly and able to speak both Malay and English, which made communication easy. There’s also cctv installed along the walkway outside the room.
However, there was no hair dryer provided in the room.
The biggest downside was the room location. We were given the last room facing the main road , and it was extremely noisy. We could clearly hear cars and motorcycles passing by throughout the night. I only managed to fall asleep around 4–5 AM due to the constant noise.
Overall, the room was clean and comfortable, but the road noise seriously affected our rest. If you're a light sleeper, we recommend requesting a room away from the roadside.

DDex PehLa limpieza es buena, nuestra segunda visita aquí, ya que encontramos este hotel es el más limpio de todo el hotel que hemos estado.
No obstante, algunas habitaciones TV deberían tener una televisión inteligente para que podamos ver Netflix! También, el secador de pelo aquí son demasiado viejos, necesitan un secador de pelo más fuerte.

NNeelavEl hotel es un hotel muy acogedor y es un hotel muy agradable. Si bien la propiedad es maravillosa, lo que realmente lo separa es el personal fenomenal específicamente, Janet y Roen. Janet y Roen son ambos excepcionales. No sólo siguen un script de hospitalidad estándar; completamente redefinen el servicio al cliente. En una industria en la que el personal puede ser restringido por la cinta roja de las empresas, Janet y Roen son un respiro de aire fresco. No tienen miedo de desafiar las reglas convencionales cuando una situación lo exige, tomando proactivamente las cosas en sus propias manos para asegurar que la experiencia de los huéspedes es absolutamente insostenible. Es increíblemente raro encontrar personas que están tan profundamente comprometidas con la satisfacción de los huéspedes que intervienen personalmente y se descriten para asegurarse de que cada detalle se cuida. ¡El hotel es un hotel increíble, un servicio increíble, Kudos a Roen y Janet para elevar nuestra experiencia y mostrar lo que es una hospitalidad real, poderosa!

UUsuario invitadoLocation is very near to tebrau highway, which is very accessible to Mid Valley (South Key), town area, mt austin, highway to Johor Premium Outlet. There is also a Korean restaurant right at the pool level. Right beside Ponderosa Golf Course (great stay for golfers). Checking in & out is also very accessible and convenient. However i think the cleanliness is a little poor. Floor were dusty when we enter.
