En general es bueno. Pero operan como un Airbnb mientras que al mismo tiempo se enumeran como un hotel. Así que recogen un depósito 200RM. O bien va a un lugar 2 minutos de distancia para pagar dinero o paga por transferencia bancaria que no puedes recuperar el mismo día de check-out.

Hotel was in a nice location, quiet and peaceful. Amenities were well maintained, but I hope the swimming pool could glass panel could be better maintained. It looks “mouldy” and dirty. Also, the shower door inside the common toilet in the suite I was staying in on the 21st floor would not fully open. The location of the towel rails needs to be changed to avoid any major accidents like the door shattering

The ambient weather was good and newly opened. Well maintained and even have great beds.

Staying at Almas was an excellent experience from start to finish. The accommodations were very comfortable and well-maintained, offering a relaxing and pleasant atmosphere. The staff were attentive, friendly, and professional, ensuring all my needs were promptly met. The location was convenient, making it easy to access nearby attractions and amenities. Overall, I highly recommend Almas for anyone seeking a high-quality stay with great service and comfort. It exceeded my expectations and I would definitely return.

De hecho, el hotel es un poco antiguo, pero las instalaciones siguen siendo muy buenas y muy limpias. Nunca antes habíamos visto críticas negativas. Todo el personal del hotel es paciente, educado y amable. Todas las zonas comunes y las habitaciones del hotel están alfombradas. También noté que las alfombras de colores claros e incluso las partes blancas parecían muy limpias. La habitación no está mal, tiene todo lo necesario y está equipada con material infantil. También hay una caja del tesoro con dos pequeños obsequios de Lego que a los niños les encantan. Aunque el baño parece anticuado, está limpio y sin manchas. Hay dos lavabos, uno alto y otro bajo, aptos para adultos y niños. Saliendo detrás del hotel está Legoland. A solo dos minutos a pie de la puerta principal hay un centro comercial con supermercados, restaurantes y Starbucks. ¡Es muy conveniente! La única insatisfacción fue con el desayuno. Había demasiada gente y tuve que hacer cola para esperar una mesa. El tiempo de espera fue de más de 30 minutos. El tiempo de comida es de 45 minutos. Y la variedad de comida que se sirve no es amplia. Los platos de Lego que contenían los cubiertos estaban sucios. En términos generales, si viaja fuera de temporada, la relación precio-rendimiento de más de 1.000 yuanes es buena y estoy satisfecho.

First time staying at this hotel. Away from the busyness of the town area. It's a quiet town and nothing much can be done except for those that having plans to Legoland. They have a mini Medini Mall. Full with eateries and a supermarket. Smooth check in and grateful to be given a late check out. A little bit rub down cause it's residence but for a night stay, no complains. Rooms comes with kitchen, microwave, big fridge and utensils. Will definetly come again for a short stay.

We stayed here just for a night to avoid day traffic. Location is near Second Link and is a quiet area. I was a bit worried after reading negative reviews about Pinetree Marina Resort, but was pleasantly surprised. The apartment was large, well furnished and generally looked new and well-maintained with Electrolux appliances and Grohe sanitary fittings. Bottled water was provided, and plenty of power sockets aroudn the apartment. Check-in was quick and fuss-free, even though we arrived at midnight. Amenities were provided, such as toothbrushes, comb etc. Breakfast was a bento delivered to the apartment, and contained a packet of nasi lemak, croissant, pain au chocolat and an apple, as well as a drink (choice of coffee, tea or orange juice). The food was delicious, and way better than I had expected. Check out was also easy. Now, it wasn't all perfect, and there were some negatives. The shower area in the bathroom of the master bedroom had a faint sewage smell. The aircon compressors are located right outside the master bedroom, and the compressors keep turning on and off, so this can be disturbing for light sleepers. I was not too bothered once I got used to it. Finally, the lobby is really hard to find from the car park. You have to look out for small signs printed on paper, and look for the security guard at the security office to unlock the lobby door. Also, bring your TouchNGo card to the reception to validate parking. Overall, it was still a great stay.

Relatively near to legoland Suite is spacious and clean, although the room is a little old TV, fridge, showers, air con are all working well Bed is on the hard and springy side Staff are friendly and helpful Lvl 1 parking is recommended as basement cp is very dark However, not very child friendly as there is only rainshower and no shower head. So its hard to bath the kids.
