UUsuario invitadoThe staffs are friendly but the bedsheets and blankets are dirty. The breakfast buffet not much varieties, repeated the same menu for both days. The refill process is slow as well. Overall, the location is good, near the beach but there are rooms for improvement.

HHemawathiI had an absolutely wonderful stay at Pangkor Pop Ash Hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly warm, friendly, and helpful, making me feel truly welcome.
The hotel is perfectly located just a short walk from Pasir Bogak Beach, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, which made everything very convenient. The room was spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable. I especially appreciated the strong air-conditioning, comfortable bed, and the overall cleanliness of the space.
What impressed me the most was the attention to detail and the peaceful environment—it’s a great place to relax and unwind. Even though it’s a budget-friendly hotel, the quality of service and comfort exceeded my expectations.
Overall, this hotel offers excellent value for money, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Pangkor. I will definitely come back again on my next trip!

HHZDinWe had an unpleasant experience at this hotel. We booked a 2-night stay, and upon arrival, the receptionist assigned us a room on Level 1. However, we soon discovered that the door lock was faulty and could not be secured. We requested a room change, which the receptionist approved, and we were moved to a room on Level 2.
The first night was fine, but on the second night, the air conditioning stopped working, leaving us in an uncomfortably hot room. When I informed the receptionist, she stated that all rooms were fully booked, despite a higher-priced room still being available. At 4 a.m., I could no longer endure the heat and insisted on a solution. Eventually, at 6 a.m., we were moved to the higher-priced room on Level 1.

BBehBeh PLHotel decente con buena ubicación. Reservamos la habitación más básica sin ventana cos que sólo quedamos por unas pocas horas antes de nuestro entrenador nocturno. La habitación está bien y cómoda, hay un distribuidor de agua en el corredor que es un bono.
