El residente está limpio como nuevo, excepto el inodoro, que huele un poco mal. Las instrucciones de entrada y salida fueron fáciles de seguir. El agarre de las zapatillas del inodoro era algo fuerte; se requería una fuerza excesiva para levantar las piernas, especialmente al entrar en contacto con el agua. Mi madre casi tropezó debido al agarre adicional al intentar avanzar.

The location of the unit is very convenient because very near to town area. The unit is very clean and maintained well. The owner also very friendly and helpful in all the procedure from check-in all the way to check-out. The facility also include gym, swimming pool, mini theater showing movie at certain time. It is suitable for family to have a relax day if to lazy to go around. Good job to the owner. Thanks.

Easy communication, house is well equipped. We enjoyed our time in the accommodation. Easy to access, instructions were clear. The pools were great too. Please note the single bed is actually mattress on the floor, not an actual bed in the bedroom, that was a bummer. You can cook, wash and watch, all provided. Not daily cleaning, which also was a bummer. We had to request for it.

Me alojé aquí durante 3 noches. El apartamento es espacioso y, en general, cómodo, pero el edificio empieza a mostrar el paso del tiempo y algunas instalaciones se ven algo anticuadas. El mayor inconveniente son los ascensores, que pueden ser extremadamente lentos en horas punta y a veces requieren una larga espera. Dicho esto, la experiencia mejoró notablemente gracias a la empresa gestora, Uptrend Home Management. Su equipo respondió rápidamente a nuestras consultas por WhatsApp y amablemente nos permitió hacer el check-in antes de la hora prevista, lo cual agradecimos mucho después de nuestro viaje. Su servicio de atención al cliente fue profesional y atento durante toda la estancia. En resumen, aunque el edificio en sí podría beneficiarse de algunas mejoras, la excelente gestión y el apoyo de Uptrend Home Management hicieron que la estancia fuera agradable. Consideraría volver a alojarme aquí.

The building has a very proper drop off/pickup point, so calling a cab is very easy for both driver and passenger. Owner gave very clear instructions on how to check in and the security guard was very helpful as well. The apartment is very clean and well maintained. Appliances like the microwave oven, washing machine with detergent provided, water purifier and clean dishwashing sponge, etc. were much appreciated! I especially like the TV box in the living room where there are endless shows to choose from. I’d definitely love to revisit this accommodation if I’m back in Penang again!

We had a sea view unit. The master room had a baby cot and the other room had 1 queen and 1 single with two extra mattresses and a futon bed in the sitting area.

The house was clean and tidy. The location was very convenient and it is near to most of the place that i wanted to go. The carpark was just in front of the lift so it was super convenient if bring along elderly, because no need to walk to far to the lift. I wound definitely recommended this to my friends and familys. I definitely be back here again.

En general, buena habitación y servicio. Te da lo que pagas. El espacio de baño es espacioso en comparación con otros hoteles presupuestarios, la presión del agua es buena. Tiene un amplio espacio de estacionamiento justo detrás del hotel. Tiene un distribuidor de agua en el lobby, agua caliente y fría. Es muy agradable para un corto viaje.

Strategically located at karpal singh drive,many food and attraction places surrounding. The unit is big and clean,able to fit big groups. Seaview is a bonus point😃will definitely book again next round

La gestión del hotel es buena que hacen el servicio de limpieza de la habitación a tiempo y en general la habitación es espaciosa y aire acondicionado con WiFi gratis y agua caliente y fría también está allí
