So our family books for deluxe twin (single twin). Suites for my two little girls.While me and husband share the other bed.The best part is,the room is quite big, totally comfortable for my family and the balcony is also large.The toilet and bathroom are very clean,no odor smells.Near shop like mr.diy,99speed & cks.Customer service very neat & humble.Thanks to the cleaner,the room was very clean.Since im kind person that love to booking hotes or homestay i can be honest this is the most comfortable hotel at cheap rate.

Had a comfortable stay! The room was clean, staff were friendly, and location was convenient. Check-in/check-out was smooth, and amenities met expectations. Great value for the price. Only minor issue was slow Wi-Fi. Would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit. Thanks for the hospitality.

Stayed here because the hotel is very close to Kota Kinabalu International Airport (about a 10-minute drive), which is very convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the facilities were generally fine during my stay. However, housekeeping needs improvement. The towels looked worn out and yellowish. One towel had a long strand of hair, and another had an unknown red stain, which was unpleasant. I reported the issue through the QR code provided but did not receive a response. The bed mattress also seems due for replacement as it was quite uncomfortable to sleep on. Overall, the location and staff are good, but better attention to cleanliness and room comfort would greatly improve the stay.

We just had the video and forgot to take a picture. Handle door is broke, room is really uncomfortable and we had ask to change room unfortunately that day was fully booked. Hoping the management take an action and we're look forward to see the best in your hotel apartment for the next staycation. Btw, the positive things abt this hotel it is very close (sharing buliding with ITCC mall) but you still need a transportation if you're wish going to city centre of Sabah.

Pleasant stay, the facilities are in great condition. Clean and cosy. Very recommended. Just walk to the mall for everyday need.

Very good hotel for a family stay. The kids’ facilities are excellent, especially the swimming pool, which feels like a mini water park and is perfect for children. There are also two playgrounds, giving kids more options whether they want to play or swim. Overall, we are very satisfied with the stay. The hotel also has a 24-hour self-service laundry, which is very convenient. There are nearby shops such as Speedmart and Orange, as well as several food options like Kopi Ping and Ayam Penyet, making it easy to find meals and daily necessities. I would also like to highlight the honesty and helpfulness of the staff. I accidentally left my tablet behind, and the staff contacted me promptly and helped arrange its return. Their service was truly appreciated and made our stay even better.

very good place! we got 21st floor quite high but wonderful scenery! and the most important CHEAP! a room with 4 adults only for rm77! Sky-high living with breathtaking views.calm by day, dazzling by night. not just a home, but a whole vibe
