I’ve been to Cameron Highlands many times, and every time my family would complain about the room cleanliness. But this was honestly the best homestay we’ve stayed in so far! Even though it was just for one night, we felt super comfortable. The rooms were really clean and tidy, which made a big difference. We really enjoyed our stay! We could even see the sunrise in the morning, and it was absolutely beautiful. It made the whole experience even more special.

Quiet and peaceful place. Good views from balcony, friendly staff, location is tranquil with view of sunrise from back facing rooms. 18 rooms only so its peaceful here. Enjoyed my stay.

Although the apartment is strategically located near many eateries and within walking distance to Centrum Market, the overall stay was disappointing. The apartment is clearly rundown and poorly maintained. The wooden flooring is scratched after long-term use and easily traps dirt. Even though we wore slippers indoors throughout the stay, it still felt unhygienic. We booked a 3bed 3bath unit; while the toilet seat was clean, the inside of the toilet was very dirty. Overall cleanliness was barely acceptable, with many areas appearing insufficiently cleaned. In addition, two of the bathroom water heaters were not working properly, which affected basic usage. I believe this is a unit-specific issue. In unit 302, the Wi-Fi connection was only available at the entrance area near the main door. Once you move further into the living area or bedrooms, the Wi-Fi is not accessible at all. As a result, the TV was also unusable, as it requires a Wi-Fi connection to function. We were later offered a unit exchange to unit 308. Nevertheless new unit offered stable Wi-Fi, slightly clean toilet and all water heater works. However, unit 308 had a noticeable damp and moldy smell in the room. End up we choose to remain at our original unit. Although the staff were helpful and made efforts to assist us, the issues with the old facilities and partially non-functional amenities remained. If you are able to tolerate these shortcomings, the place may still be acceptable.

TheI liked the location because it was convenient for eating, drinking, and entertainment; however, the sticky floor in the room was the most uncomfortable thing for me. Since we rented a family-style room, there were two bedrooms and a small living room. However, there was only one bathroom, and even washing hands was inconvenient because there was no sink; you had to use the toilet. I left my charger in the room and asked the hotel staff to help me look for it. Unfortunately, they said they hadn't seen it. A bit disappointing.

La vista era grande. Pero la ubicación está tan lejos de la ciudad principal. Como 15 minutos a las colinas. Así que en la noche, será muy oscuro. No nos gusta la habitación. No dormimos allí esa noche y decidimos reservar otro hotel en brinchang. Porque tengo un bebé y me temo que el bebé no dormirá bien a la noche. Para alguien que busca un lugar tranquilo y tranquilo. This is my second booking after the first stay, prefer apartment, comfy, quiet environment, clean and spacious, suitable for family trip. Hot water for both bathrooms all functioning well and I like the view from balcony. Thank you receptionist for the good service, will book nova apartment again.
