We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The unit was clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. A special thanks to Haris for his exceptional service. He was incredibly attentive, professional, and made sure our check-out process was smooth and stress-free. His hospitality really made a difference in our trip. The location is also great, making it easy for us to get around. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Kuala Lumpur!

La cama tan dura no podía dormir por la primera noche. La experiencia fue muy mala, pero el día siguiente trajeron un topo y fue muy bien, pero la reconstrucción en curso en el apartamento cercano no me permitió hacer ningún trabajo y descansar correctamente. En el hotel, el hotel está muy bien situado, y el hotel está muy bien situado. El equipo de servicio al cliente respondió a mis masajes y preocupaciones, pero no me quedaría aquí otra vez y me permitieron que me tirara mis maletas en el apartamento antes de que el cheque en el que fue de gran ayuda.

Had a pleasant stay at Arte Plus by Sleepy Bear. The location is excellent, with easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and public transport. The room was comfortable and generally clean, providing a cozy environment for both business and leisure travelers. The service was outstanding, with responsive and helpful staff throughout the stay. The amenities were good and met my basic needs, making the overall experience convenient and enjoyable. A few minor improvements in cleanliness and facilities would make the stay even better, but overall it offers great value for money. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit.

It is not friendly to the elderly and wheelchair users. The TV has only 1 channel, which is boring. Wi-Fi is not available, even though it is stated that it is. The extra pillow given smells bad.

good location, parking acceptable as is shoplot area. underground parking is always being told occupied - probably not allowed any longer.

Hotel tiada parking utk guest. Guest terpaksa parking di lot parkir berbayar. Byk jg tolak dr TnG. Soket hanya 1 saja dlm bilik. Bilik yg kami dpt soket yg 1 tu pun rosak. Yg ada lebih 1 pun utk tv tp keddkannya tinggi & tangki pam tandas bocor. Ada guest bw masuk family yg ada ank2 kck menyebabkn bunyi bising smpai x blh tdo. Bilik x kedap bunyi. Blh dgr suara jiran sblh dgn jelas

The room was clean and convenient for three of us. The bathroom is clean, water pressure is good. There is water cooler downstairs at lobby. Two ladies who incharge at counter were friendly. Parking is at shop lot area, need to pay to mpaj but still manageable to get parking in front of the hotel. I think all is good, the cons only difficult for muslim to find foods nearby. But this is only minimal things, overall about the hotel, good job!

PINTU WC Takleh Tutup, Tombol Rosak y WC AAK Berkeladak. Por favor, sentar WC utk hilangkan daki toilet daki. Cadar Ada Kesan Kotor, esperando que Kesan Kotor tu mmg takhilang después de cuci. Lain ok je, vale la pena con el precio lanjgk.

Check in and out by self service, some of the light in the room isn’t working, the toilet door cannot be lock, and there is sound throughout the night, like someone renovated
