Overall, the hotel is a ln acceptable option in terms of quality/price. It is clean, and the staff tries to help. But the minibar refrigerator engine was so loud, it wakes you up in the night. I had room looking to east, and the room catches the rising sun, and it also wakes you up. The room does not have blackout curtains. So the sleep experience was very poor.

Судя по номеру создается впечатление, что отель старый: ковер в номере выглядит не первой свежести в ванной краска отходит , а вот когда заходишь в ресторан тут все комфортно и красиво. Выбор на завтрак не велик, но может быть и к лучшему. Туалетной бумаги не было в номере, пришлось обращаться на рецепшн

We had a great stay. The room was even better than the pictures. We had a night flight to Astana and checked in 5AM (we booked the extra night) and the 24h front desk was working and we were in our room in lest than 3 minutes after we entered the hotel. Its conveniently located right next to 24/7 big supermarket and the local market. There are a lot of restaurants nearby and the walk to the river is really nice. The fridge and kettle in the room were a nice addition. The only downside was the sound proofing and we had the displeasure to have loud teenagers on our floor. Will stay again when I come to Astana again.
