BBORIVATHI appreciated the calm atmosphere of the hotel, and the staff were generally friendly and courteous. However, after check-in, I was asked to change rooms and was informed that this would be an upgrade, as a walk-in guest already took my original room. The new room did not appear to be an upgrade (my original was a private one but end up with the connected room). Furthermore, the room was not ready, and I was required to wait an additional hour beyond the official check-in time.
I chose not to raise this issue during my stay, as I did not want to disrupt my holiday. Nonetheless, I believe this feedback is important for future improvement. Anyway, I appreciate the friendly staffs.

UUsuario invitadoUpon arrival we were very impressed with the hotel room when we arrived late in the evening the room was excellently presented and clean. We actually had a balcony with two chairs which overlooked the pool which was a nice view. The Reception staff were really friendly. The hotel pool is extremely clean and nice for swimming. The hotel itself is impeccable everywhere they have security on the gate which is reassuring, location wise It’s a good 5 to 10 minute walk into the town so probably not the best location but you can walk in or get a tuk tuk which does not cost a lot of money. It has tea and coffee facilities and a wet room, a tv, a safe and a fridge and good Wi-Fi.

UUsuario invitadoUn lugar hermoso, relajante y magnífico con un hermoso jardín, bungalows cómodos y acogedores. El personal está atento a tus necesidades y la piscina natural sin tratamiento químico es refrescante. ¡Una vez que conozcas este lugar, no querrás irte nunca! Recomiendo.

AAh Choo 168Peaceful Retreat with Excellent Service
Overall, Bali Villa Kampot is a great place to truly unwind and do nothing for the whole day. The environment is very peaceful and quiet, perfect for relaxing and escaping from the city.
The only setback is the location. Google Maps and Grab do not link directly to the villa, and there are two listings named “Bali Villa Kampot” on the Grab app. If you select the wrong one, you may end up dropped off in a very remote area. It took me some time to figure this out.
That said, the staff service is excellent—so warm and helpful that it quickly makes you forget about the transportation inconvenience. Their hospitality really stands out and enhances the overall experience.

UUsuario anónimoOur stay was good as usual. This is the hotel we always choose for our budget travel to Kampot. (Third time already). Only one inconvenience issue this time is that the rooms charges were 30$/room, we requested extra bed upon arrival (there is no extra bed option in the app so we put a comment in advace during booking) and had to pay 10$ upon arrival. The extra bed was just the thin bedding on the floor. When we requested for a blanket said it would be exta 5$. Moreover, didnt provide additional amenties while charging us addtional for the extra bed. Had to request for the towels as well. Apart from this, everything was okay. I will stay there again next time but may be not with odd numbers of group. 😅

VVikkiC19This hotel is okay. I found the location to be good and just a short walk to the main busy areas. The young lads who work there are lovely and always greet you when entering or leaving which is lovely. Where this place fell short for me was I had a leak in the bathroom. The water was dripping out onto the floor constantly. When I told them the bathroom floor was full of water they didn’t seem concerned or interested in fixing the solution even after looking at it - I had to ask for a room change, it was not offered. None until next day which was fine but I had to then ask for a bucket to try and prevent having to walk through water every time I needed to use the toilet. I got one and it filled it very quickly. I got moved to another room next day and had no fridge - they put one in there for me after me asking. I stayed for 4 nights and no one came to sweep my floor or provide a new bath towel/ toilet roll. Also I asked about laundry and told it be done by afternoon the next day. I left a bag of clothes. Went to collect the ‘evening’ of the next day and my bag was just left under the reception counter not done. Not sure why no-one didn’t ask each other why is this bag still here? It had been longer than 24h. I had to be up and on a bus out of Kampot the next morning :-( I have scored well because they change me to another room but I had to ask for it. That pipe need fixing - someone could slip and hurt themselves.

SSam the WeiEl hotel está situado en el centro de la ciudad, a 5 minutos a pie de la ciudad, a un personal agradable, amigable y útil. Pero el hotel generalmente limpio tiene algunos errores. Restaurante disponible para el desayuno y la cena. Otra alternativa es la entrega para el almuerzo.

UUsuario anónimoA cozy small hotel that's a little secluded from everything. Would recommend getting a motorbike if u are staying here. The cleanliness can be improved as everything is very dusty during my stay and lights in the room are broken. Don't expect much from breakfast, as it doesn't even include drinks and very little option to choose (rice, noodle, omelette)
