在中華街關帝廟對面，很好找，離JR和MM車站都是約10-15分鐘的距離，出來就可以逛中華街。 飯店很新，非常乾淨.舒適，自動化機器報到，有提供耳塞.拖鞋.毛巾.水，服務人員友善.禮貌。高規格且科技管理的膠囊，具有獨立空間的隱密性，讓人可以好好休息，有locker可掛衣服和鎖貴重物品，大一點的行李放不進櫃子，有鎖鍊，床邊功能一應俱全。 女性區域有按摩椅和養樂多，浴室有乳液和卸妝用品，大廳泡麵只提供到晚上9點，太晚到飯店沒拿到，有點可惜。B1有漫畫和要預約的泡澡。免費早餐選擇不多也不算高級，但有飯有湯能吃飽，很棒了。 小缺點是房間地板跟空間不是很大，一次僅能攤開一個行李，上方不是密閉的，隔壁間是聽得到的，所以還是要注意音量，空調是整間共用的，有的隔間可能會覺得熱。很多設施要注意使用時間，要記憶的事有點多，有點麻煩。大廳共用空間也有限時，半夜如果睡不著又不想吵到人的話，會沒地方去... 很適合商務旅客，有機會來橫濱還會再來住這裡。😊

Service and cleanliness is top notch. Location is slightly inconvenient since there is not train station nearby. Parking is not 24hours for self parking. Only limited to valet parking at 2000yen/day with operating hours from 9AM-8PM, outside of these hours you cannot collect your car if you would like to go out, or you cannot park within the hotel carpark, you can only park at the nearest outdoor public paying carpark nearby (with no cap on the maximum charges per night). Breakfast is not a true buffet spread. It is a selection of 1 main course / pax, with fruit juice, cereals, selection of breads, and salads as the buffet. Main course portion is rather small, so do take note if you're a heavy eater for breakfast.

this is my 3rd time staying in the hotel, there's another 4 business trip until August and I have secured the booking in this hotel too. So I looking forward to meet everyone in the hotel again a week from now.

We booked this Hilton hotel for our family trip with a toddler, room size is very suitable for us. The hotel staffs were so friendly and accommodating as well! Slight walking distance from Yokohama station, but its still considered ok as its nearby to some attractions like the Anpanman Museum, train toy museum etc. I do recommend it to families as the room size is a huge plus point!

La ubicación es excelente, justo al lado de la zona comercial y el parque de atracciones. Había reservado una habitación con vistas a la ciudad, pero al hacer el check-in pregunté si había alguna con vistas al mar y me la mejoraron gratis. ¡Muy satisfecho! 👍

先日2泊させていただきました。清掃も行き届いていて気持ちよく利用させていただきました。 ツインのお部屋が好きで、一人ですが予約しましたが、バージョンアップしていただけ、それはそれは広くて気持ちの良いお部屋でした。 横浜でイベントがある時は、グレイスホテルさんを利用させていただいていますが、最近はなかなか予約が出来なくて残念です。今日も11月23.24日で予約をお願いしたかったですが、すでに完売でした。また空きが出たらお願いしたいです。14階のダブルでツインのお部屋は最高でした。バスルームも広く湯船も大きかったです。眺望も良く窓からは街並みが見えるし、空が見えるのが一番です。同じ階のダブルのお部屋も利用しましたが、やはりツイン好きにはこのお部屋指定で利用させていただきたいです。 新幹線を利用しているのでとても駅近で便利です。 商業施設や飲食店も沢山あるので、これも便利です。 スタッフの皆さんはどの方も親切丁寧で対応していただけありがとうございました。

It's decent overall, about 10 min walk from the station, you can enter via Prince pepe which is a small shopping mall in of itself with a supermarket. Room size is pretty reasonable (16m²)

Me hospedé recientemente en este hotel y superó mis expectativas en todos los sentidos. La ubicación es perfecta, con fácil acceso a las principales atracciones y opciones de transporte cercanas. El servicio fue excepcional; el personal fue increíblemente amable, atento y dispuesto a ayudar. Mi habitación era espaciosa, limpia y bien equipada con todas las comodidades que necesitaba para una estadía cómoda. El equipo de limpieza hizo un trabajo fantástico para mantener la limpieza de la habitación durante mi visita. Las opciones para comer en el hotel eran excelentes, y ofrecían una variedad de deliciosos platos para satisfacer diferentes gustos. Las instalaciones del hotel, incluido el gimnasio y el salón, estaban bien mantenidas y se sumaron a la experiencia general. Aprecié especialmente los pequeños detalles, como la bebida de bienvenida y el servicio personalizado. La combinación de una ubicación privilegiada, un servicio excepcional y un alojamiento cómodo hicieron que mi estadía fuera memorable. ¡Recomendaría encarecidamente este hotel a cualquiera que busque un equilibrio perfecto entre comodidad y calidad!

What a great little find! Perfect price, perfect stay. The room is definitely teeny tiny BUT… the staff are friendly and helpful, there’s lots of toiletries to choose from on arrival, bakery items for purchase 24/7, sanitiser available on every floor, comfy bed, dressing gown and slippers…good breakfast buffet (though no hot selection for vegetarians other than soup). Bus and train within walking distance. Close to marina and a couple of great izakaya. Overall, just terrific.

가성비 좋은 호텔 깨끗하고 친절함 매일 방 청소 해주시니깐 민감한 사람은 귀중품 같은거 금고에 넣어두세요 위치는 무난한 편인데 익숙해지면 요코하마역에서 지하 상가로 바로 올 수 있는게 좋았음
