Simple but clean and comfortable room. Soundproofing is ok (room was on 2F). We mainly chose this hotel because it had a free shuttle to Shiiba Sanso, whose rotenburo is truly wonderful. Taishoya only has indoor baths, unfortunately. We had dinner at the hotel, and felt a bit rushed, as if they wanted to close the kitchen early. Breakfast was more relaxed. We particularly liked the boiled tofu.

Need a car to reach the place, but it's easy to find via GPS. The hosts have been very friendly and guided us well. The kids had fun walking the goats, feeding the chickens, and helping with the cooking. It's a good place to destress and feel nature once again.

A very pleasant stay in Ureshino Onsen area. The hotel is modern, clean, and well-maintained, with comfortable and spacious rooms compared to typical business hotels in Japan. Although the hotel itself doesn’t have its own onsen, there are excellent public hot springs just nearby, which made the experience unique and relaxing. The location is quiet and perfect for unwinding, especially for travelers looking to enjoy nature and hot springs. Staff were polite and helpful, and the facilities were simple but convenient. Overall, a great choice for a peaceful and comfortable stay.

I think that the service was very good and so was the staff. The choice of onsens provided was very nnice too. But the view is definetly the best for me

La vivienda es un poco vieja, pero el cuarto es muy limpio y limpio. El olor en el ascensor es muy bueno, lo coloqué cómodamente en el cuarto. Bienvenido a escribir un nombre lindo en los dulces, me impresionó profundamente. El agua caliente en el jardín también es muy cómoda. Hay agua desintoxicada y hielo en las grandes piscinas públicas, me gusta mucho. La comida es deliciosa y hay muchas cosas. Si tienes una oportunidad, es definitivamente el hotel que quiero vivir.

Location is really good. Walkable to several places like the public bath, free foot bath, Lawsons etc. Room is big for 3 pax. The size is good. The room is pretty dated though and some parts are not cleaned and old and the worst thing is there's a smell in the room even though we stayed there 3 nights. We had to air the room each time we came back and luckily I had a room mist which I had to use quite often. The Onsen is good. Love the facilities and products given for guests to use.

好開心入住這間百年老字號的元湯溫泉旅館，位於嬉野市中心，沿途都充滿了硫磺的香氣，位置雖然比較遠，但好值得來！ -酒店有3個免費溫泉♨️，有大浴場、戶外池及傳統公眾浴場！大浴場不算很大，但地方不多人，很舒適！戶外池則要經過一個庭園才到達，有野外感覺很有風味！ -我揀的是雙床房，房間好大，好合適一家大少入住 地方因為新裝修也很乾淨！ -入住連一泊二食，食物種類好多，晚餐仲會有佐賀牛燒肉 味道好好👍 旅館性價比好高，十分推薦！

Everything was great except the breakfast. I made a reservation with breakfast included, but breakfast was not a buffet, but a sandwich. I paid additional 2,200 yen per person for the buffet.

It is an excellent onsen hotel. The service is wonderful. The facility is very good. The dinner and the breakfast are very, very delicious. I have to praise the people working in the hotel as they really care about the customer and explain everything in detail. Excellent experience.

Este hotel tiene una historia de 130 años. Hay una piscina cubierta y al aire libre para niñas y una para niños al aire libre. No hay sopa privada en el antiguo hotel. El jefe abrió un nuevo restaurante frente al hotel. Abrió el día que llegamos. Puede hacer reservaciones para la sopa privada en el nuevo restaurante. Afortunadamente, el jefe entusiasta nos acompañó. ¡Resultó que la sopa privada en la nueva sala es solo un gran barril de madera! La planta baja del nuevo edificio se utiliza como casa de huéspedes y el segundo piso es el hogar de la hija del jefe. Personalmente siento que se trata de mampostería de piedra más tradicional. La piel de las ampollas de las aguas termales es muy resbaladiza. Después de regresar a Shanghai, mis amigos dijeron que mi piel está en buenas condiciones, jaja. Cuando nos fuimos, el dueño y su esposa salieron a despedirlos en persona, ¡una tienda muy humana! Hice una reserva después de revisar los comentarios del huésped de que su comida es muy buena. Efectivamente, la cena y el desayuno fueron muy buenos, ¡con carne de res Saga Wagyu para la cena y sopa de tofu para el desayuno! Muy lleno y lleno ~~
