Simply Wow! My family and I stayed at this gorgeous place for over a week and enjoyed our stay. The owner, Mr. Abhinav Singh, personally takes care of every need of the tourists and goes the extra mile to make sure that the tourists are comfortable and are having a pleasant experience. The property is very immaculate, and all the famous places in Varanasi are nearby. Mr. Abhinav Singh helped us organize our amazing trip to Varanasi, and also our awesome journey to Ayodhya Dham and Vidhyavasini Dham Shaktipeeth. The staff and drivers are always willing to help with a pleasant smile on their faces, they all are very kind, cooperative, respectful and warm people. I recommend this Hotel Golden Lotus Varanasi to everyone. I am grateful to Mr. Singh, all the drivers and the staff. Many blessings to all.

The hotel was great for its hospitality and the facilities. The breakfast was also nice with variety of Indian foods. I will definitely come back here next time I come to Varanasi,

El hotel está situado en el centro de Varanasi, a unos 4 km del río Ganges, y ofrece un excelente lugar para descansar en la ciudad. El desayuno es bueno, pero no muy extendido, la comida para cenas era buena precio. La única cuestión que tuvimos fue el ruido demasiado alto de la ventilación en el duche que tomó mucho drama antes de que se desactivó, una petición que tuve que repetir tres de cuatro noches. En general, recomendaría este lugar, sin embargo, es profesional y decente y una oasis en comparación con lo que encontrará una vez que se encuentre en las calles.

Впервые приехали с супругой в священный город Варанаси. При поиске жилья, остановились на отеле Heritage inn. И не зря. Отель расположен в тихом переулке, где не сильно слышен гул дорожного трафика, а это важно, так как тут он особо громкий. Персонал на ресепшене, да и вообще в отеле, очень отзывчивый и дружелюбный. Заселили быстро. В номере все удобства для комфортного пребывания. По меркам отелей Индии, всё очень хорошо. Да, есть небольшие ”косяки”, но на них быстро закрываешь глаза. На крыше есть ресторан с открытой террасой, с которой открываются чудесные виды на старый город и на реку Ганг. У нас был включен завтрак, стандартный для отелей: индийские блюда или европейский. Так же ходили сюда и на обед и на ужин. Блюда очень вкусные, готовятся недолго. Самое важное абсолютно не острые (может это кому-то важно). Персонал в ресторане очень вежливый и расторопный, всё быстро и по делу. Почему я выбрал именно этот отель, так это с одной стороны очень близкий выход к реке на Assi Ghat, и в то же время подальше от центра, где, поверьте, жизнь бьёт ТАКИМ ключом, что может случиться лёгкий перегруз нервной системы, а тут, на окраине старого города намного, НАМНОГО тише. Если Вы, как и мы, хотите посетить Варанаси, но не хотите жить в самой гуще событий, то Вам сюда, в Heritage inn.

I highly recommend staying at this hotel which is a great hotel. We ran into trouble as soon as we arrived at Baranashi. It was still before check-in time, but when I went to Hotel Bagla Atithi Banaras, the front desk staff contacted the manager. The manager rushed to me immediately and supported me as much as I could. The manager was worried about us during our stay and spoke to us. If I hadn't met the manager and staff of this hotel, my memories in Varanasi would have been sad. But thanks to them, it was a wonderful stay. This hotel is within walking distance of the most famous Dashashwamedh Ghat, located in the center of Varanasi. The location is also great. The hotel room, bathroom, bed, everything is perfect. The shower has plenty of warm water. The shower has plenty of warm water. the bed was large and clean, and it healed my tired body by walking around the city of Varanasi. If you are hungry, please go to the restaurant on the 4th floor. you can eat clean, warm and delicious food. All the restaurant staff are also very kind. The location of the hotel is god if you want to live near Ganga ghats and get there by walking. The room wasn't clean, in the wardrobe was a dirty sheet, one bottle with shampoo was half-used. We left hotel early in the morning (between 5-6 a.m.) to have a sunrise boat ride. There was a sleeping staff member near the reception and we didn't want to wake him up. But when we returned we was asked to say if want to go early and had to return to the hotel before 22-30. And we were extra charged for 157 rupees during checking out, even though we had prepaid the whole amount of money via trip's app. The manager said that trip.com haven't civered the whole summ and we had to pay more.

El personal está bien apoyado, vestido y servicio Incluso si voy a las 15:00 para hacer las formalidades de estadía, puedo hacer las formalidades de estadía de forma normal, incluso si voy a las 12:00. El restaurante es hermoso. La cama es muy suave y duerme muy cómodo. Buen servicio La piscina es hermosa. No es el nivel que no vas a nadar. El menú de desayuno de autobús cambia cada día. Viví dos noches, pero me alegro de que haya cambiado. (Peor) Mi amigo se ha ahogado en la habitación, pero no lo encontró. Cerca de 2 horas después de la salida ... El turbo es muy viejo El ruido de la construcción es muy alto en el día El tiempo 々 parada de la electricidad (que requiere aproximadamente 1 minuto para recuperarse, pero la frecuencia es muy alta ...) Instalaciones del hotel (techo, sala de estar, etc) 々 Algunos lugares no son perfectos En general, se siente viejo y estúpido. Overall good. Located on main road towards Kashi Vishwanath temple (around 1 km). Food was good, home type. Basic amenities, good enough. We received good services. All staff were kind, polite & very helpful especially Mr Ashish who guided us properly throughout our stay there. There is a scope of improvement in maintaining cleanliness. However, overall it was okay as we had visited during busy days. Prices are bit high was due to the auspicious time.

El hotel es bueno con todas las comodidades cerca de Pero el servicio es muy malo o no esperaba esto de este hotel Muy muy lento servicio n no responde hasta la 2ª llamada Compruebe el equipaje, pero nadie viene a ayudar, aunque se mencionó que enviarán a la persona de apoyo en 5-10mins n hasta que la recepción de segundo recordatorio no se molesta en enviar al tipo. La habitación está en el centro de la ciudad, donde se encuentran los niños y los niños. Gracias a los chicos en la sesión de desayuno por su respuesta rápida n atención por lo que es necesario para mi mamá de 78 años n le hizo cómoda para su elección de comida . La comida es buena con todo tipo de opciones de desayuno Lo extraño que noté por primera vez es durante el check out lugar de recepción nadie se molesta preguntar cómo fue la estancia 😃  Finalmente chicos ( rojo)
