My last experience was not that good with Fern. They had serious issue with their service particularly with food as we got extremely late service with the ala carte system they had in place for consecutive two day. Earlier they had buffet system for dinner as well which wasn’t the case this time. Really not happy with their service this time around

The location is about 2.5 kms to the main market. There is not much one can do around the hotel. The rooms are clean, big in size, the sunset and sunrise is visible from the hotel. Best part was the food that was there. Poha, dosas and vada pav were really good and tasty. I feel the sambhar should not be made sweet. Overall good cleanliness and spacious rooms. Definitely worth it to stay again!!

The property location is good, it's in Bhilar village which is close to Panchagani. Mapro garden is approx 2 kms from the property. The food quality and portion is good. They have good variety in breakfast as well. The property has a swimming pool and indoor games like Carrom, TT, Snooker, Ludo etc. They offer spa services as well however we didn't opt for it hence can't say about the service. The property is very clean, hygienic and very well maintained. The staff is very polite and cooperative. We enjoyed the stay and will definitely visit in future as well.

Overall great experience. A very helpful and polite reception staff. The rooms and bathroom were near and clean, sufficient toiletries for 4 persons. A bit costly for the kind of view it offers, but it's compensated by the location. Would recommend this stay to friends

La estancia fue sorprendente, especialmente una vista desde las habitaciones de la valle y la piscina infinita es excelente. La comida también es buena. El gran jardín es una acompañante adicional para pasar algún tiempo de calidad con sus amados.

Frist i booked this hotel for only one day but during my stay i found this hotel so good clean n also beautiful lawn n cooperative staff so i thought to continue here only and i booked it for another 3 days
