I have stayed here many times, but I am very disappointed to find that the standards have significantly declined during this visit. Upon entering the room, the floor felt sticky and uncomfortable to walk on. The towels had a noticeable unpleasant odor, and the washbasin was not cleaned properly. In the past, this hotel was known for its excellent service and cleanliness, but it now feels neglected. It is truly disappointing to see such a drop in quality.

El hotel está situado encima de una tienda de muebles. Las instalaciones son nuevas, las habitaciones son limpias y el desayuno es bastante bueno. Sin embargo, el principal desventaja es que la habitación tiene una ventana interior, lo que significa básicamente que no hay ninguna ventana real. Esto no se mencionó durante mi reserva ni en el check-in.

Newest hotel in BSD. Wait a long time for check, otherwise great experience to stay in this hotel. They have kids club too, not as big as I expect, and only 1 hour / day / kid.

Had a great stay at Herloom! Brought our dog along, additional 300k/night for small dog. They provide bed and food for our furbaby. Highly recommended!

Staying at the Aryaduta Lippo Village is a wonderful experience, truly feeling like a resort-like escape right in the city. I specifically asked for non smoking room due to allergic condition, the allocated room I got at first smell stale cigarrette smoke. When my allergic starting to trigger (breathing difficulty astmhatic sympthom), I request for room change cause it is not possible for me to continue on. Although the hotel promptly change my room, it would be better if from the check in, they directly allocated correct room. The hotel has gymn and swimming pool, swimming pool looks good but I didn't try. I did try gymn which has quite good equipments but air conditioner was broken during my stay, it is kind of suffocating as the gymn has no window able to be opened. The people services are really good though, from the security all the way to housekeeping staffs very helpful and kind.

Awalnya di kamar AC tidak dingin, dan peralatan dapur tidak lengkap. Besok nya bisa di tukar kamar yg lebih besar dan AC berfungsi dengan baik. Peralatan dapur lengkap tapi sandal hanya 1 sedangkan yg menginap 3 orang.

The room is very very clean and the AC is working very well. The host is very helpful and polite. He shows you the process since beginning until check out. Very recommended!

房型挺不錯，衞生還算過得去，就是拿鑰匙需要到樓下箱子裏取，總體上來講還是不錯，性價比也還行吧，吃喝購物相對方便，樓下就是商圈。

I stayed here few times because of the price also location wise. But dont expect like the usual hotel. Its just at par for the comfortness. For those who are sensitive with the cleanliness of toilets will definitely want to avoid.
