I have stayed a few days in a few of the places in lombok as well as Senggigi. Look no further, just boook this place. It's the best choice! Services was too notched. Some other resorts or villas that's we've stayed around the area was not as good as Jeeva santai even though some priced higher than Jeeva. Breakfast was superb. Although it's ala carte, u can keep refill till you're full enough. Try their fried rice! Room was spacious and love their roomy bathroom! Will definitely come back again!

A very good place to chill and relax. The resort is tucked away and offers a lot of privacy, making it ideal for a quiet holiday. The service is attentive, and the food doesn't disappoint. The breakfast spread is quality over quantity, and their fried noodles are definitely a standout—full of flavor and well-prepared. If you want a serene escape in Senggigi with great food, this is a top choice.

非常經濟實惠的酒店 位置很好 在聖吉吉的核心地段 服務好 衞生乾淨 我們住了貴的房型也住了便宜的 都物有所值 性價比之王！唯一值得注意的是 由於印尼穆斯林很多 每天凌晨都會有廣播禱告 這非常打擾睡眠 如果您睡眠淺 可能會被吵醒。但這個問題幾乎所有龍目島的酒店多少都會有。

El hotel está situado en la playa de San Jiji, a una hora del aeropuerto. La puerta del hotel 🈶 24 horas es una tienda de conveniencia. Cada personal de servicio sonrisa con un sorriso. El hotel no es grande, muy delicado, y el paisaje del sol es hermoso. El desayuno es un paquete de comida y tiene un peso suficiente. Un café / té + un café de fruta + un desayuno (elección), los niños no tienen desayuno, y un punto de 92 yuan. El spa del hotel es muy cómodo y el entorno es bueno en el precio. Dos personas 1H 1000K Indonesia. El gerente Mayo está muy entusiasta, gracias por su invitación a cocktail. La tumba de la isla de Longoku es muy mala, y hay que prestar atención a la defensa.

Pasamos una semana de nuestras vacaciones de 20 días aquí con nuestro bebé de un año. No salimos del resort salvo para surfear. El resort no es muy grande, tiene su propia aplicación donde puedes gestionarlo todo. El desayuno es bueno, a la carta, y hay tres restaurantes con diferentes temas cada noche. Los precios son bastante razonables. El spa ofrece descuentos por la mañana, y hay 2x1 en bebidas por la tarde. Fumigan regularmente y el agua potable es ilimitada. Algunas de las instalaciones de la habitación están un poco anticuadas y no funcionan muy bien, como el aire acondicionado, el secador de pelo y el hervidor de agua. Como era temporada de Navidad y Año Nuevo, estaba todo lleno y no pudimos conseguir un check-out tardío. Aun así, nos buscaron una habitación para alimentar al niño a mediodía, así que el servicio fue excelente. En general, la estancia fue muy cómoda.

We had a lovely stay at Aruna Senggigi. The hotel staff were amazing, especially Rijal, who went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. All the staff were friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. We did have a small issue with cleanliness, but Rijal immediately made sure it was rectified, and the rest of our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Thank you to the team for the wonderful hospitality!

Nos alojamos aquí una noche antes de irnos de Lombok para ver la playa de Senggigi. Antes vivíamos en Kuta. En general, durante la temporada de lluvias la playa no estaba mal, mejor que la de Kuta, e incluso la lluvia que duró casi todo el día no nos impidió nadar en el mar y en la piscina. La piscina tampoco está mal, con unas vistas estupendas. Por lo demás... es una zona interesante, pero da la sensación de ser demasiado colorida y abigarrada. Fuera del hotel no hay nada a poca distancia. La comida del hotel es bastante mediocre, bueno, en realidad, como en todos los sitios donde comimos en Lombok.

The hotel is in good location. The staff is the kindest in all Indonesia , they are so helpful and polite! 10/10. Unfortunately we were transferred to another room where the door was not closing properly so we got a huge COCKROACH in our room. Then in the night my husband got bitten by some animals in the bed and he got full red points on his arms, legs, chest and back… probably bed bugs or something else…. The walls had some mold. The shower head holder in the bathroom almost fell on my head cause it was not fixed on the wall…. (Around 1kg) This made our stay a bad experience. The ants that are coming to the hotels are also very annoying. However, the breakfast was excellent, really delicious and good quality! We met the owner who was really kind and he gave us a small compensation for their restaurant.

Mixed feelings The room I initially booked (paid extra for AC and hot water) was just dirty and I could not control the AC bc remote wasn’t working so it was always on I could clearly see that no one had cleaned it (see first three pictures) and tbh bathroom felt unsafe with electric cables next to shower I asked to change and they tried to give to charge me extra for another room - I told them either I have what I paid for (AC and clean bedsheets) either it’s ok they pay me back and I leave The staff said I’d need to talk to the manager and when I said ok bring me the manager they never got them and offered me third room without paying extra (feels dishonest that they didn’t show me this one first) Bedsheets were okayish (so many weird stains, see pictures) but this one had no hot water - and they clearly said that I got downgraded. They wanted me to pay extra for the upgrade but do you think they paid me back the difference for the downgrade? Of course not (feels dishonest to charge extra for things you paid for initially but no pay back when you provide less than was paid for) I don’t know how much a hotel like this needs a pool (which was really nice by the way) when they’re so close to the beach. Maybe they should put the pool budget into clean rooms and hot water lol
