Es difícil imaginar el desempeño de alto costo, un pequeño hotel boutique con un total de cinco habitaciones, con una hermosa piscina, realmente quiero empacarlo para una fiesta en la piscina. Las habitaciones están bien construidas. Ya se trate de infraestructura o baños con aire acondicionado, el desayuno es delicioso y abundante. I have stayed a few days in a few of the places in lombok as well as Senggigi. Look no further, just boook this place. It's the best choice! Services was too notched. Some other resorts or villas that's we've stayed around the area was not as good as Jeeva santai even though some priced higher than Jeeva. Breakfast was superb. Although it's ala carte, u can keep refill till you're full enough. Try their fried rice! Room was spacious and love their roomy bathroom! Will definitely come back again!

Nos alojamos aquí una noche antes de irnos de Lombok para ver la playa de Senggigi. Antes vivíamos en Kuta. En general, durante la temporada de lluvias la playa no estaba mal, mejor que la de Kuta, e incluso la lluvia que duró casi todo el día no nos impidió nadar en el mar y en la piscina. La piscina tampoco está mal, con unas vistas estupendas. Por lo demás... es una zona interesante, pero da la sensación de ser demasiado colorida y abigarrada. Fuera del hotel no hay nada a poca distancia. La comida del hotel es bastante mediocre, bueno, en realidad, como en todos los sitios donde comimos en Lombok.

The hotel is in good location. The staff is the kindest in all Indonesia , they are so helpful and polite! 10/10. Unfortunately we were transferred to another room where the door was not closing properly so we got a huge COCKROACH in our room. Then in the night my husband got bitten by some animals in the bed and he got full red points on his arms, legs, chest and back… probably bed bugs or something else…. The walls had some mold. The shower head holder in the bathroom almost fell on my head cause it was not fixed on the wall…. (Around 1kg) This made our stay a bad experience. The ants that are coming to the hotels are also very annoying. However, the breakfast was excellent, really delicious and good quality! We met the owner who was really kind and he gave us a small compensation for their restaurant.

Reservé una habitación para mi amigo y el recepcionista me conocía y se quejó a mi familia que me reservaba una habitación para mí con gente. La privacidad de los clientes es la más importante y es lo que el hotel debe cuidar, ni siquiera decirles allí y aquí.

El lugar era muy bonito. fijó una menor expectativa basada en las evaluaciones para el mantenimiento pero todavía intentaron su mejor. pintar aquí y no debería haber un problema. Inmediatamente. Puede ver tanto el océano como la vista de la montaña desde nuestro balcón abierto, disfrutó de jacuzzi con esa vista y las estrellas de la noche eran demasiado hermosas. también tuvimos que ver el sol desde nuestra habitación. era demasiado de un lugar perfecto honestamente. desayuno era muy bueno. A modern and cozy hotel just cross the road to famous senggigi beach. Easy to find cafes and resto. So many tour operators along the road. Just pick any one you love and meet your budget. I rent a scooter to go around senggigi, mangsit, nipah and further up to bangsal harbour. Many nice view ports to stop by along the road from hotel to bangsal harbour.

Mixed feelings The room I initially booked (paid extra for AC and hot water) was just dirty and I could not control the AC bc remote wasn’t working so it was always on I could clearly see that no one had cleaned it (see first three pictures) and tbh bathroom felt unsafe with electric cables next to shower I asked to change and they tried to give to charge me extra for another room - I told them either I have what I paid for (AC and clean bedsheets) either it’s ok they pay me back and I leave The staff said I’d need to talk to the manager and when I said ok bring me the manager they never got them and offered me third room without paying extra (feels dishonest that they didn’t show me this one first) Bedsheets were okayish (so many weird stains, see pictures) but this one had no hot water - and they clearly said that I got downgraded. They wanted me to pay extra for the upgrade but do you think they paid me back the difference for the downgrade? Of course not (feels dishonest to charge extra for things you paid for initially but no pay back when you provide less than was paid for) I don’t know how much a hotel like this needs a pool (which was really nice by the way) when they’re so close to the beach. Maybe they should put the pool budget into clean rooms and hot water lol
