We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The property is new, clean, and very comfortable, making it a great place to relax. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always provided excellent service throughout our stay. The location is perfect, We also appreciated the discounts offered at several nearby restaurants, which was a thoughtful bonus. One of our favorite features was the beautiful outdoor bathroom—it was unique, spacious, and added a special touch to the overall experience. The only areas that could be improved are the Wi-Fi connection, which was occasionally unstable, and the natural lighting in the room. The room felt a bit dark unless both doors were opened to let in more daylight. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this hotel for its comfort, excellent service, unique design, and fantastic location.

Novotel Hotel in Kuta Lombok is honestly an amazing place to stay. The hotel itself is beautiful, very clean, peaceful, and perfect if you’re looking for somewhere quiet to unwind. What really stood out for me was the staff — incredibly warm, helpful, and genuinely friendly. They make you feel very welcome from the moment you arrive. That said, the location is quite remote. It’s not within walking distance of Kuta centre, so you’ll need to arrange a car. The hotel can organise transport for about 50,000 rupiah one way (roughly a five-minute drive). There’s no Grab or regular taxi service around because the local community supports their own drivers, which is actually a positive thing and understandable. If your plan is to relax, enjoy the hotel, and take things slow, it’s a fantastic choice. But if you like exploring, dining out frequently, or moving around a lot, keep in mind that you’ll need transport everywhere — and depending on where you want to go in Lombok, some trips can easily take a few hours.

El dueño fue muy amable y me explicó con mucha amabilidad las instalaciones del hotel y cómo usar los electrodomésticos de la habitación. La habitación era nueva, espaciosa, limpia y ordenada; los alrededores eran tranquilos y dormí muy a gusto. ¡Fantástico! ¡Sin duda volveré a elegir este hotel!

This villa made it to the highlight of our trip. Firstly, the service of the Lina Team is amazing. From the moment we checked in, even to the time we checked out, we were well taken care of by the staff. The villa was absolutely gorgeous. The villa was well-maintained and fully furnished. Really great touch by the team to provide turn down service every night during our stay. The villa is located near the main street Kuta but away from the hustle of it all. Fret not, as the villa provided free scooter shuttle within the Kuta area which made the stay even more accessible. Rentals for motorbike and airport shuttle was also settled by the team. Breakfast was really great and the team even offered to pack our breakfast when we told them we were travelling out early during one of our mornings. Definitely will be returning here when I’m back in Lombok.

Been return for third time in a year! That’s the best thing I would say to start the review. The location is off the busy streets of Kuta but very near to tanjung An and merese. The hotel is small and most of the time is not too busy. I enjoy the tranquility and the pool which oversee a lot of greens and ocean. Room is great size with balcony, will have to depends which direction it facing. Hot water might come bit late, lighting are all great, room is generally clean. Linen has some wear and tear but not alarming. The restaurant provide quite diverse menu and some of it are of good quality. Breakfast could definitely be done better in sense of selection and quality. Speed of cooking could be improve but it might be tied with small kitchen. Team members there are generally provide warmth service and quick to respond.

It’s situated not too far from the main busy area of kuta, but it’s still bit far from the beach. So overall not too bad for location. Pros: - Good facility of coworking space and a spa, which is much appreciated. - room layout is good with balcony. Would suggest to opt for the one level up so there is some privacy compare those has direct ground level access. - overall service is great, very strong SOP driven and ensure you are taken care the same by everyone. - room is clean and housekeeping is quite good. Thought some spots could be improved. Cons - the room sound proof is issue. Due to gaps and room material, can obviously hear all the rooster sounds, azan and even people talking. Might not be good for light sleeper. - it is surrounded by lots construction, though the noise doesn’t affect but it’s not too pleasant as at now. - restaurant food option is quite limited. Hard to stay excited if stay for longer. - wifi is an issue, hardly can connect at my room. But totally no problem at the coworking space

Lovely stay in the main hub of Kuta. Very central location close to shops and hustle bustle. Lovely service and a great team of staff. Extended my stay twice. Would recommend!! Thank you

The place is a bit distant from others as it is on top of the hill and the breakfast is a one plate course. Do take note that the jacuzzi doesnt warm up. It’s more of a chill pool However the view is nice, The room is nice, the staff are top. I would most definitely stay here again.

В номере не было элементарных вещей - стула, крючка для полотенец и тд. Персонал - милахи, принесли стул и сушилку на террасу (но во время душа полотенце все равно приходилось вешать на ручку дверцы, с которой оно постоянно падало). Отель очень уставший и требует ремонта. Плюс запах сырости, серые полотенца и тд...
